You'll find all you need to enjoy the charm of Wellfleet in this two-bedroom home, featuring separate sitting areas in the living and sunrooms, a front patio for your morning coffee or an outdoor shower, and a back deck with a gas fire pit for lounging over drinks or at sunset. There are plenty of spaces to nap, read, and relax, plus smart TV and music systems for your enjoyment. The cook's kitchen is fully equipped, and an outdoor Weber grill is perfect for preparing local seafood. The indoor and outdoor showers are supplied with salon-grade products, fluffy and turkish towels, and there's a full-sized washer/dryer.

Walk down to the beach to view the Harbor, or stroll through the woods to Uncle Tim's bridge for a walk into town. There are wonderful restaurants with live music, galleries, and shops in town with fresh local seafood and produce. The Cape Cod Rail Trail, beaches, and kettle ponds are all nearby.

You'll find games, books, puzzles, tennis equipment, an inflatable SUP, stunt kite and other amenities for your enjoyment.

This home is ideal for a couple or small group getaway. It has not previously been rented, and our ideal renters may stay a few weeks or return regularly.

    Amazing Wellfleet retreat
    August 2026

    We had such an amazing time at this gorgeous Wellfleet property. A short walk each morning to a private cove to take in the high tide and beautiful morning son was the perfect start to the day. Fantastic location where everything was a short ride to great restaurants, beaches, kettle ponds etc… we were extremely grateful and proud to take our 1.5 year old son on his first vacation here. We will be back. Thank you Laura!

    I'm a psychologist with a college-aged son, living primarily in Boston. I love travel and have always wanted a peaceful seaside oasis, which I recently found in our Wellfleet cottage. Having had many positive prior experiences as a host and guest with platforms like Home Exchange and Airbnb, I'm looking forward to meeting new people and sharing the joy of our Wellfleet home with you!

    Our home has a very sunny, welcoming atmosphere, with clean lines, so it feels fresh and easy to be there. For a small home, the layout feels spacious, with several indoor and outdoor areas to enjoy across the day and evening.

    What is special about your town?
    Wellfleet is a special retreat, a small town with so much charm, and its location protects it from being overcrowded or overly commercialized. There are many options for dining out, with live music if you like, or picking up local seafood to make at home. With several beaches, clear kettle ponds, hiking areas, and the bike path, it's easy to spend days and evenings adventuring outdoors. At night, there are great options for the drive-in theater, music, or beach fires in season. You can easily create your ideal summer or cozy off-season getaway.
