A 20 X 23 foot outdoor brick patio with a new dining table and comfortable chairs complement this lovely home! It's a fabulous gathering place for cookouts and socializing with friends.

Main level: Enter the living room from a front door or sliding doors off the patio. The sunny room has a vaulted ceiling and raised brick fireplace (not for use), a colorful stained glass window hangs above the sliding doors to the deck. The flooring is Portuguese tile. The dining area leads to a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, wall oven, cook top and microwave. Completing the main level are bedrooms 1 & 3 with a full bath. Hardwood floors throughout the bedroom areas with tile in the bath. A delightful stained glass window graces the bathroom.<br /> <br /> Upper level: An open stairway leads to bedrooms 2 & 4 and full bath (with a reading nook in between, stocked with books!).
