Renovated 3BR/3BA Indian Neck Retreat, Walk to Bay Beaches!

This is a beautiful house and a great vacation rental. The house is very clean and it has everything you need. The kitchen was recently renovated and everything was beautiful, new and of great quality. We truly enjoyed the spacious and amazing deck, the new outdoor shower and the parking for three cars. The AC was enough to keep the house comfortable, along with the two large deck slidding doors and large windows. The keyless entry using the app was also very convenient and worked better then the key. The owners were super responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. The beach is within walking distance and very peaceful. The water was also clean and the sunsets were great, despite a few cloudy days. The wagon to bring our belongings and chairs to the beach was a also a big help and a nice touch. The owners really thought of everything to help make our stay relaxing and enjoyable, I would definitely stay here again and will recommend this home to others.

We have rented down the Cape from Falmouth to Wellfleet for 15 years and this place won us over day one. Cape charm paired with the perfect location for trips to PTown, Eastham and Orleans. You can see the water from the deck, the AC kept us cool when the humidity hit and you can walk to the sunset at Burton Baker Beach. There was enough space for two teenage boys to roam during the hours in the morning before our adventures. All the amenities came as advertised and in a unique twist, my wife figured out that she had stayed at this EXACT HOUSE, ten years earlier with her cousin! show more show less

My husband, 7 year old son and I had a wonderful week here at the cottage. Perfect distance to Indian Neck or Burton Baker for early morning or sunset walk, nice outdoor space to relax after a long day and comfortable living space. We didn't turn on the AC once because of the great cross breeze! The outdoor shower, washer/dryer and labeled cabinets made us feel well taken care of. We enjoyed bird watching on the deck and all the Wellfleet beaches and local food. Communication with Melina was prompt and thorough from the start. Second year renting this house- great location, clean, well cared for, spacious, everything you need for a Cape vacation! We loved the deck and the short walk to the bay. Sliding glass doors to deck made everything breezy.

During the day we enjoyed fishing and the beach. Each evening we walked to watch the sunset over the bay and the stargazing was top notch. So many shooting stars.

The home itself had everything we needed. Working remotely was no problem- WiFi was perfect even on the spacious deck! Great house! show more show less

What a peaceful cottage! The deck is AMAZING! Everything you want for a morning coffee retreat..private, shady, view of the cove, nice big sliders right into the kitchen/ living area..which is also perfect for a family getaway. Nice and open, full of large windows..feels like your in a treehouse! Alexa was a nice treat to listen to music in the house while cooking!

The location is great too..just walk down a private dirt road behind the house to a calm, beautiful bay beach...quintessential Cape Cod experience!

This house was perfect for our family of five! Plenty of room to hang out in the main rooms, big dining table to eat at and play games at, and, our favorite part, the beautiful deck. Drinking coffee on the deck in the morning with the birds coming and going to the bird feeders was such a relaxing way to start each day. A quick walk from the house, the bay has a great sand beach and is calmer than the ocean. Oh, the bay also has amazing sunsets! Plus, this house is in a great location of Cape Cod with so many amazing seafood restaurants nearby, plenty of scenic hiking trails, and Provincetown is only about 30 minutes away. Such a great house to rent! Close to everything we want to do on our vacation - town, beaches, lakes, PJ's & Beachcomber and so many other fun Cape Cod attractions. House was the perfect vacation house for us! Great deck for hanging out anytime of day, early morning coffee or dinner with our family. The trees around the deck provide great shade somewhere on it all day long. Kitchen/living room area very open airy and updated. Really was such a cute and charming area of your house. Loved the outdoor shower - something we can only experience when

This will be our fifth summer at this wonderful beach house and we can’t wait to get back. The rooms and kitchen are clean and comfortable. We love the open kitchen and living room floor plan so we can all be together whether cooking dinner, watching movies, or just relaxing. One nice feature is the very short walk to the beautiful bay beach, making it easy to go back and forth when needed. Our kids have developed lasting friendships over the summers and will remember this place fondly. The owners are very responsive and renting is simple. show more show less

We have stayed at this house for 5 summers since our daughter was 1 and took her first steps here. It is always clean, cozy, and with everything in perfect working order. We love the comfy living room for movies or reading or playing games, and taking naps. We love the wraparound porch and the big swing for morning coffee or relaxing evenings. And, we have always loved the location to walk to the bayside beaches, ride bikes, or go out for a run. The owners have maintained the property well and have made our rental smooth and easy each year. We look forward to returning each summer. The location is great - just a short walk down a quiet dirt road and path behind the house to a warm water bay beach. The kitchen and living area have been updated and get lots of sunlight, and the deck provides a nice option for eating outside, or just relaxing with a book, especially given the open view of the harbor. The only reason we are not renting again next summer is we need a bigger place to accommodate visiting relatives." show more show less
