Ocean Side Cape adjacent to National Seashore

We have not rented for years but have been enjoying our Wellfleet property which we built in 2003. When the kids and grandkids were younger we would swim in the ponds, chase bluefish in the bay and hike the many trails. On a rainy day we would join the Provincetown shoppers. As they grew we enjoyed the Ocean beaches and eventually could accompany them to the Beachcomber.

Our house is located in the midst of the seashore and we now often walk to Duck pond for a great swim

What is special about this property?
The location is convenient to everything as the ponds, trails and even the church are within walking distance, The center is a short drive and we can use Long Pond road to get there hen traffic on Route 6 is busy. We are on the Ocean side of Route 6 so we can drive to Long Pond and the beaches without crossing Route 6.

The House stays cool as we can get breezes from the bay or ocean . It is situated on a short cul de sac with plenty of trees on a 1/2 acre lot for plenty of privacy.

What is special about your town?
Wellfleet has it all. Beaches, Ponds, plenty of open space in the National seashore and a harbor where you can moor a boat (and wait for a slip).

The harbor is quiet and safe and used to be frequented by many bluefish. Great Island is a wonderful spot to anchor and enjoy the water.
