We have been coming here for several years now and could not be happier! The house is gorgeous, lots of space and has beautiful views from the deck. It is always immaculate and has plenty of space. The beach is a short walk and is a great family beach with smaller waves and plenty of exploring opportunities! The homeowner is an absolute pleasure to work with. We are already looking forward to our week here next year!

We enjoyed a very relaxing week. Felt like home rather than a rental. The house was immaculate with everything you could possibly need. Safe for teen and tween age kids to walk to the beach. Best part was relaxing on the deck with a great breeze and beautiful views.

What a great vacation! This is our second time at #25 and our time couldn’t have been better. Wish we could stay another week. Thank you again for housing our family. You helped us create memories that will last a lifetime.

This house met all of our needs. We usually stay in Eastham (for free) but decided to try something new. This house was worth every penny. So many great amenities! Loved that our kids could walk or ride bikes down to the water at their leisure. And as much as we love to eat out while on vacation, we stayed in and grilled/cooked several evenings because the kitchen was so well stocked and the deck had such beautiful views. Looking forward to another great vacation this August!

This was our third year in a row in this house. We have stayed in other homes in Wellfleet that were clearly just money-making rentals with mismatched furnishings and inadequate kitchen supplies. Not this home! It is clearly loved, used and perfectly maintained by its owners who built it just a few years ago. The kitchen is particularly wonderful if you like to cook. It is completely, fully stocked with all the implements you will need to cook up just about anything you can imagine. And the light and views from the second floor where you spend most of your time are perfect: sky, pines, and ocean. It's so relaxing just hanging out in the house. The little bay beach that is a short walk away is lots of fun and a wonderful change from the ocean beaches and ponds which are also close. The kids love chasing crabs up the estuary there and collecting shells. (Don't forget your water shoes/sandals for this beach! The abundant shells are fun but can be quite sharp.) It's heavenly to be able to just walk out the door and go for a quick swim or splash and then come right home.

The owners are exceptionally helpful and responsive. Though the house is quite new, a couple little things broke while we were there and they were right on top of it, sending in help the next day.
We like the home furnishings too. Simple, clean and no knick knacks lying around for the children to break. There are no busy roads nearby so that's also wonderful for kids, and we find the quiet roads around here nice for bicycling as well.

Wonderful! We enjoyed all that your home and Wellfleet have to offer. The deck alone gave us hours of joy, breezes, views and pleasure. We hope to be back.

What a lovely home you have. Once more it has been a delight to stay here. I think next time we must stay two weeks.
