DVD player in living room and kids bedroom. Air-conditioning provided in living room and master bedroom. Fans in all rooms. Outside deck has propane BBQ grill along with table and chairs. Backyard has fire-pit. Washer & dryer located in basement. Tenants supply own linens. No pets or smoking please.

    The Best Vacation House Ever!

    Our Family of 6 has been staying at Frank and Karla's Cape house twice a year for the last 15 years. We can not say enough good things about it! Its in a beautiful quiet neighborhood, which offers a great area for taking a nice walk or run. Seagull beach can not be beat and the proximity to town is wonderful - everything you need is right there, yet you are still set back away from hustle and bustle of town when at the house. The house itself offers all the comforts of home, kitchen is fully stocked with pots pans etc for dinners in - a wonderful deck and great backyard with a fence for kids to run and play. Always well maintained we look at it as our home away from home! Frank and Karla are wonderful people who are always attentive should you need anything. show more show less

    We have been returning guests to Frank's home for several years now and every time we visit it is simply perfect! This wonderful home has it all: clean sunny rooms; well equipped kitchen and bathroom; spacious back yard with fire pit. For us: Ideal location from both beach and shopping. We are very excited to come back this year and enjoy our stay once more.
