My husband and I would love to stay in this home again next year!

The home was simply perfect for us:
- Very clean
- Spacious, with 3 bedrooms
- Bike or walk to beach (and to Pancake Man, Dairy Queen, etc)
- Spacious back yard
- Outdoor shower
- Comfy beds
- Dreamy screened in porch
- Washer and Dryer

This was the most amazing vacation house! We will definitely be back. It was in a wonderful location, the yard was spacious and comfortable, the house neat and accommodating, and definitely able to support a small family as well as several friends stopping by which was our situation. We really enjoyed the screened-in porch and the hammock and the owners went out of their way to provide us with any extras that we asked for to make the trip easier. I really cannot say enough about its proximity to attractions as well as the beach and I could have lived in the outdoor shower. It is also extremely reasonable for the cape. As I said we hope to return other years and feel that if you rent this you will have a wonderful experience with property owners who are so easy to communicate with.

Our family stayed two weeks (July and August) in this charming house. Located on a quite street, it's only a mile away from our favorite beach in South Yarmouth and main street with all the fun activities for the kids. We enjoyed grilling at night; a sun porch with lights, central AC kept us cool during the hot days. A vase with fresh flower upon arrival was a nice touch. Mary Lou was helpful with all our questions and made our stay very comfortable ! Thank you for one of our best summers on Cape Cod! We are looking forward to come back next year!

We had such a wonderful time staying at this cottage. This was the ideal location as it was close to the grocery store, beaches, restaurants and mini golf. Sitting on the back patio in the Adirondack chairs, sipping our morning coffee in this peaceful setting was the perfect way to start the day.

The neighborhood was very quiet and the neighbors seemed friendly as they waved when passing by on their morning walk. We absolutely loved relaxing on the hammock in the backyard and using the outdoor shower after a day at the beach.

We were so impressed with how clean and comfortable the house is. We especially appreciated how well equipped the kitchen is compared to other rentals. The owners invited us to use the fresh basil they had growing in the yard. What a nice touch! The spacious screened in porch was great for the nights we ate dinner in.

This was one of the best places we have stayed in Cape Cod! We are definitely hoping to return in the future.

We had a wonderful week at the cottage! This home was very clean and featured central air, a large screened in porch and excellent location. Neighborhood is quiet and in close proximity to Bass River and south side beaches. We will be back!

This was our first time renting this lovely cottage. The cottage was perfect for our family of four. It was clean, comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood. We loved the screened in porch for eating meals and hanging out. We loved the yard, hammock, grill and outdoor shower! It was an easy walk to the beach. The owner, Mary Lou, was a pleasure to work with. We will definitely stay again!

We've rented quite a few cottages in this area. This one was super clean and well stocked with dishes, etc... in a quiet neighborhood with a lovely yard and screened porch. During these crazy times of Covid, the owners were more than fair and easy to work with. They extended our payment due date and eased the lease agreement until we decided if we would still go n our planned vacation. They had cleaning crews pay attention to high touch surfaces like light switches, door knobs and remotes. I would highly recommend this cottage!

We had a great time staying at this house this summer. We come to the Cape every year and this house was so clean compared to others we have stayed in. It was well supplied and had plenty of kitchen utensils and dishes to use. We enjoyed so much time on the porch, including a rainy day but it made it so much better to have that space. The neighborhood was very quiet but close to the beach, restaurants and shops! The owners were extremely easy to work with throughout the process as well. We truly enjoyed our time at this house and can't wait to go back next year!

We have been vacationing on the Cape for over 20 years. This house in a really quiet Neighborhood with its wonderful screened in porch to let the warm summer breeze pass through was an absolute delight. The central air conditioning made the hot days far more tolerable. The location in Yarmouth made it easy to travel to either end of the Cape. Mary Lou is wonderful and very easy to deal with. We have found our new summer home away from home! We couldn't be more pleased!

We had a great time at this pretty summer house. Enjoyed the nice breezy porch/deck. Plenty of space, nice and clean, pretty flowers and relaxing atmosphere. Close to beach and restaurants, yet quiet and peaceful.

Our family vacationed at this wonderful home. It was very clean, spacious and cozy. We had everything we needed in the house. My children all can't wait to come back. The only thing we wished was it could have been longer. Thank you for such a great place to vacation.

We enjoyed our stay at this home. The house was cozy and very modern. We especially enjoyed the screened in porch which had a large picnic table. The house also has both an indoor and outdoor shower which made clean up from the beach less messy with the sand staying outside. The house is just a two minute drive from Seagull Beach, which was great and also just down the street from Rte 28.

We have three children, and this house was plenty big enough to accommodate all of us even though it is a two bedroom.

We rented this house for a week. It's a lovely house a 15 min walking from the beach. Close from all other activity. We wish we could have stayed longer. We really enjoyed the quiet neighborghhood.

We loved your house. It is so sweet and clean. So well thought out. Most of the time I am ready for my own house on Saturday but I could have stayed longer. It is very comfortable. We had a great vacation great weather. The kids came home tired but wanting to go back to your place. We will definitely be in touch for our vacation next year.
