Thank you for a wonderful stay! Your home is beautiful and your proximity to the beach can not be beat! Thank you for the gifts when we arrived, and for providing all the essentials for a comfortable stay. We were able to enjoy a lot of the cape this week from the beach to shopping to museums and a lot of great clam chowdah! We hope to be back again before too long!

This was the third summer my family of 4 vacationed with my in-laws in Yarmouth. The past two summers, we have looked longingly at Brian and Gail's house each day (as we finished our long schlep from where we were staying, to the beach.) This year we got our act together and booked it - and it did not disappoint! I will start with the location - you are literally on the beach. With two young kids, I cannot discount how nice it is to be able to quickly run back home in 60 seconds. Plus, even on the less sunny / non beach days, we still always knew that we were on vacation (because you're looking at a view of the ocean through the wall of sliders!) Beyond the location, it is a beautiful house (we all agreed that the photos on here do not do it justice.) It is really well laid out and well-appointed. With four adults and two kids, we never felt on top of each other. The upper deck was so fun to watch the sunset from! And finally, it has everything you need for the week: there were a million towels, and every plate / dish / utensil you could need. (I often feel like I find myself at the Dollar Store on vacation, buying a ladle or something basic that we don't have - that was not the case here at all.) Thank you so very much for sharing your lovely beach home with our family. We so enjoyed our morning walks on the beach and our well spent afternoons on the deck overlooking the ocean. Our adult children enjoyed reliving their childhood cape memories this week as your home is so centrally located to everything they fondly remembered. Absolutely perfect stay! The house was spotless and had everything we needed. We didn't even have to second guess packing extras. Gail is just so sweet and considerate, and you can tell it in every little detail. The location is unbeatable- convenient and near everything. We felt right at home and couldn't have been happier with our stay. Highly recommend!

We have been renting on the Cape for many years. This home is one of the best we've rented! Exactly as pictured; very clean and well-maintained. We really appreciated the nicely appointed kitchen with everything you could need - even a wine fridge. We especially enjoyed the upper deck and loft room. Very airy with wonderful views. The parking lot was a non-issue for us; as noted in the description, it is small and there is no overnight parking, and the fence assured privacy. Literally steps to the beach. The beach is long enough for a nice walk and is child-friendly. Gail and Brian were helpful with restaurant recommendations and responded promptly to questions. Would recommend. show more show less

What a great week we had at your beautiful home. Being so close to the beach was exactly what we were looking for. Great memories were made with our children and future daughter-in-law.

Close to many restaurants and attractions. Owner was very focused on helping us to make the most of our time on the Cape!
