From the living room with fireplace, vaulted ceiling and loft, dining room and kitchen area, you can excite all the senses – see, feel, hear, touch and smell the sea and salt air. Take it all in as you may discover that this is the real fountain of youth. West Yarmouth in particular is full of history and activity. No matter the size or make up of your vacationing party, you"ll find it all within a 20 minute drive. For those who want physical activity, there is hiking, horseback riding or bicycle riding along bike trails that meander throughout Cape Cod, weaving on and off of the coast line, or simply travel a spectacular section - The National Seashore Bike Paths.<br /> <br /> Parking area for 2 cars plus one off street in front of house. Owner lives in separate building on premises. Fence ensures pivacy for all. Small 13 car neighborhood parking lot between house and beach. Overnight parking not allowed.<br /> <br /> Due to town occupancy permit and septic tank limitations, we are very strict about maximum of 6 people including children and babies.     Beautiful Beach Home With Wonderful Hosts And Amenities

    Thank you so very much for sharing your lovely beach home with our family. We so enjoyed our morning walks on the beach and our well spent afternoons on the deck overlooking the ocean. Our adult children enjoyed reliving their childhood cape memories this week as your home is so centrally located to everything they fondly remembered. Thank you for your hospitality and offering us the use of your amazing home.. It had everything we needed and more!     Absolutely perfect stay! The house was spotless and had everything we needed. We didn't even have to second guess packing extras. Gail is just so sweet and considerate, and you can tell it in every little detail. The location is unbeatable- convenient and near everything. We felt right at home and couldn't have been happier with our stay. Highly recommend!

    We have been renting on the Cape for many years. This home is one of the best we've rented! Exactly as pictured; very clean and well-maintained. We really appreciated the nicely appointed kitchen with everything you could need - even a wine fridge. We especially enjoyed the upper deck and loft room. Very airy with wonderful views. The parking lot was a non-issue for us; as noted in the description, it is small and there is no overnight parking, and the fence assured privacy. Literally steps to the beach. The beach is long enough for a nice walk and is child-friendly. Gail and Brian were helpful with restaurant recommendations and responded promptly to questions. Would recommend. show more show less

    What a great week we had at your beautiful home. Being so close to the beach was exactly what we were looking for. Great memories were made with our children and future daughter-in-law.

    Close to many restaurants and attractions. Owner was very focused on helping us to make the most of our time on the Cape!
