This three bedroom, two bathroom beach house has a dining room, large living room, downstairs game-room, garden oasis, outside patio and upper deck area with views of Lewis Bay (Hyannis Harbor). It is ready for your vacationing needs.

After a day on the water, or at the beach, take an outdoor shower in the privacy of the backyard.

    Very nice house, nicer owners!

    A very pleasant experience for our family. The house was more spacious than it appears in the photos and was as clean as a whistle! The deck and the patio allowed for plenty of outdoor living. Definitely a place we would return to. Please note: In all the other houses we have rented on the Cape, the BBQ grill was gas and the coffee machine was a drip machine. We didn't come prepared for charcoal and we brought our favorite coffees from home only to find out it was a pod machine. If you're a griller and a coffee freak, be prepared. And, oh yes, Mark and Matthew are two great guys who truly care about their guests. show more show less

    Home Away From Home

    We have been coming to Bayview every October for 4 years and feel like it is our 2nd home! It is clean, comfortable, and cozy. The owners are wonderful and readily respond to any request. We love being able to walk a short distance to the small beach where we can view the Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket boats coming and going, and enjoy the sunrise or sunset. Being at Bayview makes us feel a part of Hyannis and not like tourists. We always look forward to returning "home" and eagerly anticipate our next visit. This is a special rental and highly recommended by all 6 of us! show more show less

    I have lived on the Cape all of my life and now travel quite a bit for work allowing me to share my beautiful home with others wishing to visit one of the best places on earth!

    In the heart of Cape Cod, my property is tucked in just 500 feet from Bayview Beach yet it is just around the corner from the historic livelihood of Downtown Hyannis shopping and the island ferries. The beaches, harbor, bay, and charm make this a truly special location to stay and enjoy all that the Cape has to offer...whether in the summer or all year round!

    What is special about your town?
    HyannisPark is in between Hyannis (a village in the town of Barnstable) and Yarmouth. It has every element of relaxation to enjoying all of the historic charm that only Cape Cod can offer. Beaches, Shopping, Restaurants, Arts, and Water-sports are just a few of the elements within a stones-throw of the house and towns overall.
