The pictures truly don't do this home justice. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with open windows and the fresh Cape Cod air flowing through the house, filling the space with light thanks to the beautiful skylights. The property is surrounded by blooming, overflowing hydrangeas, with a charming front porch complete with a swing and glider, perfect for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.

The outdoor shower was such a treat after the beach, and we loved the cozy outdoor sitting area shaded by lush, hanging flowers, plus the grill on the back porch for easy summer dinners. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, and the location couldn't be better - less than a 5 minute walk to a small beach and only about a 25 minute drive to the stunning Mayflower Beach.

The house was well stocked with fun extras - 4 beach chairs, a beach cart, and tons of games to enjoy during downtime. Our host was wonderful - super responsive, offered great restaurant recommendations, and even accommodated our last minute booking just 24 hours before arrival. He also made sure we had everything we needed to get started (a roll of toilet paper, paper towels, a garbage bag, and small amounts of dish and hand soap). Definitely plan to bring your own supplies and beach towels for the week though.

The house was perfect. It was comfortable, well-maintained, light beach theme décor, and had everything we could need. The location was great due to the proximity to the beach, which was a short walking distance, and to Hyannis for our favorite restaurants. The host was attentive, texting occasionally, to make sure we had everything we needed. The screened in porch was a great place for morning reading and coffee. Even the nice touch of a Sirius/XM satellite radio device added to the pluses. show more show less

We visit cape cod every year and I have to say that staying here with my husband and 3 kids was by far one of the most comfortable and relaxing experiences!!!! The host went above and beyond to ensure we had everything needed to be happy, he was amazing. The pictures do not do this cottage justice, the high ceilings and skylights make it spacious and airy. The decor is beachy and light with the most comfortable couch and adorable dining area. But the best part would be the sun porch and back yard oasis with beautiful blooming flowers. The walk to the beach is short, we were able to enjoy many morning and evening strolls collecting shells and watching boats come into the harbor before meeting with family. The neighborhood is so family friendly, I was more than comfortable allowing my teenagers to walk around and go to the beach.

There were pots and pans, high end linens and bath towels upon arrival with 4 beach chairs on the back deck, making packing a breeze. The washer and dryer were an added bonus. My favorite part of the day was coming back from the salty ocean and showering in the spacious outdoor shower, just beautiful. I highly recommend this home for your next family vacation, girls get away or couples retreat…it truly checked all the boxes!!! show more show less

Great location to this beautiful Cape home. Super quiet and close to the beach. The house was fully loaded with all the extras that we are used to at home. That screened back porch was unbelievable (morning coffee & evening night cap). Thank you Rocco & Amerra for making this vacation perfect.

Wow! What a great place. Clean, plenty of room for the 4 of us and in a super location. Can't wait to come back next year :)

This is a great property, we stayed a week here and it was like home from home, extremely comfortable and finished to a very high standard. The house was spotlessly clean.

Amerra and Rocco were very easy to deal with and very helpful.

We really enjoyed our week on the Cape and was made particularly enjoyable by staying in such a lovely house.
