Located in a quiet, residential area, our home has three bedrooms, two full baths, a fully equipped eat-in kitchen with a dishwasher, a comfortable living room with cable TV/DVD and a large family room on the lower level, also with cable TV/DVD. Washer/dryer are located in the basement. A large deck with a gas grill is accessible from the kitchen and overlooks a private back yard with an outdoor shower. Linens supplied. There is generous parking for multiple cars in the driveway.

Located on the south side of Route 6 and close to Route 28, we have easy access to shopping, dining and the Hyannis terminal for the Island Ferries. Beaches in Yarmouth and Dennis are only two miles away. The Dennis Playhouse, a visitor favorite, is close by as are golf courses and miniature golf courses.

    I have just booked my third year in a row at this rental property. Myself, my girlfriend, my daughter and her friend have all been going, and we have the best time! The house is very clean, beds are comfy and the owners are very nice to work with. I would recommend renting this place to anyone.
