Home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood with a complete outdoor kitchen and pizza oven.
After a beach day come home to enjoy the cedar shower, the seating area around the gas fire pit and grill under the pavilion with a TV and bar area.
Enjoy the peaceful atmosphere particularly at night when the garden lights light up.
It features 3 bedrooms (2 queens and 1 full) and 2 baths and Central AC.
There are 3 TV’S. One in the living room, a large TV in the outdoor kitchen and another TV on the separate bonus room, where you can enjoy reading a book or play games.

Great West Yarmouth location with a place to launch or rent your kayak just off Rte 28 with parking and picnic tables by Standish Way. It's just 0.9 of a mile to Lewis bay, 1.5 miles to Englewood beach and 2.5 miles to Seagulls. Or venture over to Mayflower or Chapin Beaches (Dennis), just a 20 min drive away.
Walking distance to breakfast places such as "Keltic Kitchen" or "Bagel and Beyond.
“Pirate's Cove" is just 1 mile away where you can play mini golf and have a bite to eat with the kids. Or you can play some poll at the "Scallys Irish Ale House” family sports bar on a rainy day, about a mile away. Also walking distance to "The Yarmouth House Restaurant" or a 5 minute drive to downtown Hyannis for great shopping, restaurants and activities.<br /> <br /> NOTE: We are very excited to be re-listening our property with WeNeedaVacation.<br /> We did not rent for a while because we wanted to upgrade the outdoor space.     I was very pleased with this house. The backyard was beautifully landscaped. Loved the fire pit. The house was very clean and accommodating. Nice and close to the beaches. Two bedrooms did not have a bureau so bring extra hangers for the closet. I will definitely rent this house again in the future.

    Our 3rd Straight Vacation Here

    This is our 3rd straight vacation in your beautiful home and we always feel right at home in it. Everything is as advertised and the home is beautifully decorated, clean, and very spacious. The furniture and beds are all comfortable; the kitchen is well equipped and the location is convenient to the beach and nearby attractions. The central air is an added plus on those hot and humid days as is the ping pong table in the basement for the kids.

    Great Vacation Home - Very Clean, and Comfortable

    We bought this home 8 years ago and it is our sanity place!
    We are close to shopping and activities but yet our street is super quite!!!
    We have enjoyed sharing our home with out renters and have them telling us that they enjoyed our place so much!
    We have renters telling us time and time again that out pictures and I quote: ...''don't do justice to the backyard ''!

    What is special about this property?
    The house location is very convenient as it is close to so many places on the Cape:
    Yarmouth, Hyannis, centerville and a 20 minute drive to Mayflower beach in Dennis.
    Walking distance to Lewis bay beach for a beautiful sunset and 2 miles away to seagulls beach in Yarmouth.
    A walking distance to ''Yarmouth house'' restaurant and "keltic kitchen" for a delicious breakfast or lunch!
    A short drive to ''Pirates cove'' for some fun with the kids or great clam chowder at ''Capitan Parker'' restaurant.

    But once you are done with all the fun you can come home to a great and quite neighborhood!
    You can come home to enjoy the great fenced in backyard by sitting by the fire pit or enjoy reading a book on the ''she shed''
