This cute, clean beach house near water. Located in a quiet, family neighborhood. Great location for long walks, bird watching and photography. Offers 2 bedrooms, a full bath, living room, and an eat-in kitchen (Gas stove, Fridge, Microwave, etc.). Breezy deck with grill and deck furniture completes this very cozy Cape Cod getaway. Very relaxing! The house is around the block from Swan Pond, a salt water pond where we have beach access - so bring your kayak! Water view from backyard and deck.

Just 1.5-2 miles to all Yarmouth Beaches, including Bass River Beach or the popular Seagull Beach. One mile from Rt. 28 and a huge selection of shops, restaurants like Captain Parker's Pub, and miniature golf for the family. There are two challenging Don Ross designed 18 hole championship golf courses, Bayberry Hills and Bass River, a short drive from the house. Outside rinse-off shower, grill, deck and furniture. Please bring your own linens. Linens can be provided for a fee if needed. Blankets and pillows are provided. Absolutely No smoking or pets please. Basic Cable TV/WIFI.     My husband and I spent three days at Deb and Kevin's home and wish we could have stayed longer! The home was immaculate and stocked with everything you would need for a vacation on the Cape. The location is perfect and centrally located to beaches, shopping and restaurants, and the neighborhood is quiet and family friendly. Prior to arriving, Deb provided details on accessing the home as well as some tips for our visit to the Cape and everything was seamless from start to finish.

    My family and I had such a wonderful time at the Cape! The house was so close to all the beaches and the area overall was quiet and peaceful! We enjoyed many evening walks and there were so many local restaurants with terrific food. Would recommend to anyone! :)

    "Thank you again for the use of your wonderful cottage...Everything was fine ! The kids, my husband and I spent a wonderful time there. We also enjoyed as much as possible the great places you have in Cape Cod.
    My kids loved especially the whale watching from Provincetown, the mini-golf at Pirates Cove, the beaches ! My husband and I, too ! We also enjoyed the walks in the cottage area but also in the lovely cities such as Chatham.

    This cottage was built in 1950's by my father, and has been in our family for all 65 years. It is filled with fond childhood memories spanning 3 generations. It is now maintained for our children to pass on. It is located in a family friendly neighborhood with a mix of year round homes and summer cottages. Great area for quiet walks and bird watching as we are on Swan Pond.

    What is special about this property?
    This house is unique in that we have boating rights and a private beach for ourselves and our guests to use on Swan Pond. We are one street down from Swan Pond Boardwalk which is a great place to catch a glimpse of the swans or a sunrise. You can enjoy a cool breeze off the Pond in the evening while sipping some wine.

    The property is central to many top restaurants, such as Capt. Parkers, Riverway and Skippy's Pier 1

    We are central to shopping, food stores, beaches and activites. Our home is within 5 min. Yarmouth beaches, 15 to Dennis and Cape Cod Bay Beaches, 20-30 min from Nauset and Chatham Beaches. We are 5 min. from Pirates Cove Mini Golf and 7min. from Bayberry Hills Golf Course.

    What is special about your town?
    Family friendly town with loads to do - from several beaches, shopping, restaurants, mini golf, golf, inflatable park.
