This place was great for our family of 6, in a very quite neighborhood (dead-end) and very close to the beach or the restaurants/minigolf areas.

The place was well maintained, had plenty of outdoor spaces and it is a typical beach house but feels more like home (washer and dryer, which is very rare in Cape).

The beach is 6-7 minutes walk from the house, very clean and great for families.

Overall, everything was great!

We were very comfortable in this cottage for a family of four and two grandparents. The separate bedroom with bath was a plus! Fenced in backyard was great for the kids and lots of outdoor seating available in a very private setting. Cottage was on a dead end street which is great for small children. Property is well maintained. Main cottage had a large living room and separate dining area with a more than adequate kitchen and large refrigerator. The washer and dryer was a big plus as well. The beach was within walking distance but had a drop off area for cars if a member of your party couldn't walk the short distance. We used the car to transport all the floats and non-walkers with the driver biking back to the beach! We would surely rent again if available for our vacation week next year! This place is perfect if you’re looking for a quiet getaway that feels like a home away from home. It’s a classic little Cape Cod cottage, and even though it’s not a luxury rental, you can tell the owners take good care of it. It was perfect for us and our kids. The walk to the beach is fun and short and there are stores and restaurants just a 5 minute drive away. We will definitely stay there again!

The best part was the beach - it’s a quiet and small beach with a long wading distance. If you have smaller kids you know how crazy it is to try to keep track of them in huge waves. This beach is ideal - we actually got some relaxation time, which is a huge deal for us!! show more show less

My family and I stayed for a week over the summer and couldn’t have been happier!!! Everything was perfect! I loved the open concept kitchen and living room. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and then some. The bedrooms were big and the beds were cozy! Each room has an air conditioner! It was so nice to have the washer and dryer right in the bedroom closet too.

The location of the house couldn’t be better! It’s located on a quiet dead end street just a short walk to the beach. The beach was awesome! The sand was soft and the water was calm and in the 70’s which made it perfect to swim with the kids. The yard at the cottage is private, has two outside sitting areas and a fire pit! The grass lawn is fenced in and perfect for the kids to play. The LARGE hammock was soooo relaxing! If this isn’t enough, there is a third bedroom which is detached from the house. It was absolutely adorable! It has a bed, tv, ac, and table.

The owners were so pleasant and accommodating. We cannot wait to return next summer and create so many more fun memories! show more show less

The property was located on a lovely street at the end of the block so the backyard was very private which was great. It was stocked with everything you would need including beach chairs, kitchenware, and a barbeque that we used. It was in a great location close to good restaurants and beaches. The inside was a little run down with stains on the rug and the beds were extremely uncomfortable.

We could not have been more disappointed we when arrived. The house was so dirty, I spent hours cleaning. There were toenails on the floor, food under bed in the bedrooms, sand in the beds themselves. Cobwebs throughout the house and tons of flies in the windowsills. If we could have gone somewhere else we absolutely would have. The only good thing about the house was its location. We will never stay here again and recommend you don't either.

We have been returning to this lovely cottage for a few years now. It really is secluded and located on the dead end street which makes it safe for the little vacationers. The front yard and the back yard can be used for resting and barbecuing. If you like to cook, a beautiful kitchen and a lovely dining area with a front porch is at your disposal. It was a pleasant surprise for us when the owners made some major improvements including installing new appliances, sink and a new beautiful counter top. Stayed at this tranquil and private property with my wife and our 3 year old son. We strolled to the beach - the calm and peaceful Nantucket Sound each day. A quick ride (5 mins) to all shopping and the not- to- be- missed Skipper Restaurant and Pub for lunch, dinner and even take out.

My son enjoyed day and nighttime BBQs in the private and spacious fenced-in backyard. There's even an outdoor shower and a picnic table with an umbrella for those late afternoon sunny, yet just enough shade, BBQs.

The fire pit added to the excitement in the evenings. The natural park-like grounds are refreshing after a great day at the beach. If you're looking to relax after a day at the beach... with peace and quiet....this is the place for you.

We thoroughly enjoyed relaxing on the front patio - drinking our morning coffee and having breakfast.. The hammock added a nice relaxing touch as well. show more show less
