This is our second year staying at this comfortable house. It's very clean and accessible to the beach and many restaurants close. The beach which is walking distance is very friendly and cozy. The owners are next door and very friendly and will answer or help in any circumstances. We enjoy staying here and look forward to next year.

Once again we had another fabulous stay here! My family and I look forward to coming here each summer because we know we can rely on a having a great cottage that is comfortable, clean and close to everything. I am so happy we found this cottage. Thank you again and we look forward to seeing you next year.

We had a great week's stay at this nice cottage.
The owners have a cottage next door & were there to provide explanation of everything upon arrival. They stayed overnite & then returned later in the week. They were very helpful, yet gave us total privacy. My husband & I brought our 2 teenage sons (ages 17 & 19) as well as my 76 year old mother. Very spacious living room & kitchen. Boys liked the wifi & husband & mom liked the variety of tv to select from. My personal favorite was the great central AC as our own home's is broken at the moment. Beach is literally right down the street too. We measured it at .02 of a mile. You can't go wrong with this cute Cape cottage. :) show more show less

My family and I just returned from another wonderful week staying here. The cottage is clean and welcoming and you feel at home here. It is a quick walk to the beaches and close to shopping and great restaurants. Thank you Dick and Roseanne for sharing your home with us and look forward to coming back next year!

This house was perfect for our annual weeklong stay at the Cape. The house was clean when we arrived and owners provided a walkthrough. Central air was great and kept the entire house cool for the week. Living room had ample space for everyone to spread out in the evenings to watch movies. The best part of the home is the location to the beach! Walking distance to 3 beaches (5-10 mins), it was so easy for us to come back to house if needed. Bring a beach cart/wagon and enjoy every day at the beach!!! show more show less

Great house, super spacious, very clean. Close to beaches and store. Had a great week.

Clean and comfortable home with plenty of room. Central air and cable tv were great for down time. Easy walk to the beach and convenient to stores, restaurants and activities. Outdoor shower was a hit with the kids . Plenty of yard for outdoor play. Owners very friendly and helpful.

Great place to stay! Perfect for teens! Our kids could walk down the road and go to the ice cream shop, mini golf, or store. About a 5-10 minute walk to the beach. The beach is private so it was clean and well-kept! Kids could ride their bikes everywhere. House had a lot of room and the central air was nice. Outside shower was perfect when we got back from the beach. The owners were awesome! We had a great time and will be there next year!
