This beautiful house on a fresh water pond is perfect for a family to enjoy with a paddle boat, canoe, and three kayaks. (which come with the house.) This 3 bedroom 1 bath,(and an outdoor shower) house is situated on Long Pond in South Yarmouth. This home sleeps up to 6 people in 2 sets of twin beds and a queen size bed.(all linens provided) There is a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Relax in the spacious yet cozy living room with a 40 inch TV and a fireplace. There is a smart TV in the bedroom as well. This home features central A/C, cable TV, and Wi-Fi (stay connected) as well as an outdoor shower. There is a brand new paddle boat, 3 kayaks, (one double kayak) and a canoe for your fishing pleasure on Long Pond. Just bring your fishing pole and enjoy! There are also two bikes in the basement and a ping pong table for fun. Corn hole, jenga, and other games. There is a bike trail a 1/2 mile down the road. Beach Towels, beach chairs, and sand buckets are provided. There is a barbecue grill on the deck to use while watching the beautiful sun set on the fresh water pond. Enjoy two adirondack chairs by the pond for the views. Dennis and Yarmouth beaches are less than a mile away. If you are a pickle ball player or tennis player there are courts less than a half mile down the road!
