This is our 3rd year staying here. We love the house and it is centrally located to everything. There is enough space in this house for everyone to join together, eat dinner and play games. Also has enough room to sit by yourself and relax while everyone else is gathered together. Last year we had 11 people in this house and everyone was comfortable.

On top of that the hosts are great. Always a friendly smile and a suggestion if you are looking for a place to eat or a good beach. />

Our family just spent a week at this lovely home and immensely enjoyed our time. To say that we were nervous to travel during the summer of 2020 is an understatement, but when we arrived the house was immaculately clean and the owners made sure there was adequate time between renters to clean and air out the home. Our group of nine had plenty of room in this spacious home and the grandkids enjoyed running around in the neat backyard. Owners Mel and Peter were very welcoming and kind, available to help with anything needed from directions around the Cape to take out recommendations. Tooth brushes, towels and sheets! That’s all you need to pack, because most everything else is already here!!! Ok , you do need your clothes and bathing suits , but not much more, because laundry is on first floor. “Mr Pete and Mrs Mel” as my grandson now refers to them, live next door if you need anything.

Plenty of space for a big family with lots of parking. Small children stroll down the street to Windmill Beach... just enough to refresh kids of all ages. Grocery and Dunkin’ Donuts are close enough to walk to!

Have been here a few times. If you’re looking for a nice house in a quiet area, but still in walking distance to the beach, and a short drive to many Cape Cod favorites, this is the place to stay. Tons of space- plenty downstairs where you can enjoy it with friends/family, but also spacious enough where you could retreat for some alone time for some peace and quiet upstairs. Very well kept. Lots of space in the backyard as well. Can’t wait to go back, hoping we can find another time to go, and book it in time, this year...if not, next year is a must!!!! show more show less

What a charming and welcoming vacation spot! The perfect place for a Cape Cod getaway!

Great location for a family vacation. Our group included three generations. The house is spacious--lots of rooms to enjoy--and the large yard and great patio area make it even more appealing. The outdoor showers are great! There is even a game room/library and a special closet filled with kids' books and toys. Easy access to several nice beaches.

An added bonus: The owners are very warm and friendly and absolutely made us feel welcome.

It usually takes me a few days to get comfortable in a new place; not the case here, where i felt at home immediately. It's a very comfortable house. So relaxing! i would come back again and again.

We had a terrific time and will definitely return. I highly recommend this home!

Great location just a short ride to beach. Huge house with big back yard. Central air is nice for hot nights and outdoor shower to wash off after a day at the beach. Lots of things to do in the area. Would recommend for big families. Friendly and accommodating hosts!!

Loved the home, location and the owners- the home is very spacious ( 5 kids need there space!!) Such a relaxing place to call home for a week- We couldn't make this year work but we have already booked for next summer. Hands down HIGHLY recommend!!!!!
