The location is great and I love Parkers River Beach which is just over half a mile away.
Even with the weather not cooperating, my family and I enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful time at your home on the Cape. Everything was great, it's a perfect location for your home base. This is our fourth year and looking forward to our next visit. Jay and Grace are easy to work with. We highly recommend this home.

This house has everything you want or need to have a great vacation on the Cape. It's centrally located, and only about a 5 minute walk to popular Parker's River Beach. Plenty of room inside and outside for your family. We walked every day through the neighborhood as there are several quiet side streets to walk without worrying about a lot of Traffic.
Plenty of dinning options close by as well.
We would definitely recommend this house to anyone.

We had a great stay! The home was very clean, bright, comfortable and spacious enough for our family. There were many extras made available which made it convenient. Located close to beaches and in quiet neighbourhood. Owners very very attentive and responsive when needed. We would definitely come back to this location!

Great house for kids, booked this house for a trip with my Family and the Family of my Sons best friend at daycare. Had just enough room for the three kids and four adults, kids loved bunk beds and the outdoor fenced in yard. Had all the amenities for families', Tub for the little ones and outdoor shower for the adults. Made coming home from the beach a breeze. So close to all the family activities and entertainment. Laundry in the rental was a lifesaver, especially with the kids. Will be coming back next year!

In the past we had rented the same place for many years. The owners retired and moved to the cape full time and stopped renting their house. We rented several houses after, always looking for our repeat vacation rental. We found that in July 2022 at Jay and Grace's home. We love the location, amenities, and size of the home for our family. Jay is very responsive and attentive to his guests. The backyard is fenced in and private. They have bikes for kiddos to use in their shed. We love the outdoor shower. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation this year (last year) and have already booked for next year.

We were so happy with this house, and appreciated the close communication of our hosts, how well the house was equipped, the proximity to Middle Beach, and above all, how clean everything was - great for our family with allergies! We love the perfect location (right near the Dairy Queen!) and walked to the beach every day we could. We prefer Middle Beach which is beautiful, wide and peaceful! We appreciated all the decorative touches and beautiful artwork. I loved the bathroom color choices and smart use of space for the 1/2 bath! What a lifesaver that is! And the fenced backyard - just lovely! So nice to have privacy to relax, grill and eat on the deck. Everything was thought of ahead of time and provided by the owners. They are wonderful hosts! The house is comfortable and was perfect for us, a family of 5. This is the place you definitely want to book for a centrally located comfortable vacation home on the Cape!

This is our third year in the same property and still find everything about this house and the hosts simply perfect. The kitchen and amenities are completely stocked to fulfill your every need. Definitely recommend and we hope to repeat this rental in future years.

We came into town for my grandson's wedding,We booked this house at the last minute.What a pleasant surprise!This house was very clean,Had all the amenities you would need,and was pretty modern too.Jay was very attentive to our needs,And was a great host.We enjoyed our stay , and hope to come back again next year.

We had the most wonderful time at Jay & Grace's home. Everything was beautiful, easy check in. And so clean. We been coming back many times. Perfect location for day trips. The owners are easy to contact. We highly recommend this vacation home.

This is my third year renting from Jay and Grace and i have to say i have not stayed anywhere else that felt so homey. I love their cottage and they have everything you could need in case you forgot something it most likely will be there. The cottage is always nice and clean when we arrive and everything is so close, grocery store , mini golf, ice cream , the gym. They have a nice yard with a deck and grill seating for 7 to 8 anything you need for the beach is in the shed they even have bikes to ride . I have been going to the Cape for quite a few years and just happened one day to stumble upon their cottage since then i wouldn't stay any where else. One more thing .......they are both so accommodating to anything you need just call them .

The Singer home was fantastic! We have rented houses on the cape at the end of summer for over 30 years and this was one of the best. It is easy to get to and conveniently located.
The outdoor shower was great and our family members who used it said it "was one of the best showers they had ever been in".
There was plenty of room inside and outside for the family to sit. A convenient short walk to Parker's River Beach. Most of the streets to the beach in that area are pretty quiet, so I was not concerned at all of walking my disabled son to the beach in his wheelchair.
Jay was very helpful and accommodating. When I expressed we looked for a new place to go each year, he offered several of his favorites.

We would definitely recommend this home to families looking for a house with a short walk to the beach on a quiet rd.

The house was great! Jay was very much on top of everything from the moment I first inquired about the house to the week after when he let me know I forgot a drawer full of clothes. The house had everything we needed and more! Very clean & stocked. Backyard was perfect. We could walk/bike ride to the beach and the main road. Loved the layout too, bedroom were spaced out so we weren't on top of each other and didn't wake up the sleepers in the morning.

This was our second year staying in this well appointed vacation home. The cleanliness and precautions for health concerns would be hard to surpass. Great location and a fully supplied kitchen.

We had a nice experience during our stay. It was centrally located to all of the Cape, which was one of the reasons we chose it along with the affordable price. The beach was right down the street and we were also central to 28 which is a main vein in the Cape. The home was clean, and had plenty of amenities for everyone to feel comfortable.

Jay was a gracious host. He excelled in communication and was approachable with questions and provided many great suggestions about what to do and where to eat etc. I would not hesitate to book this rental again in the future.

For a stay to be enjoyable, the most important requirement is that the rental must be clean. We were very impressed that not only was the house practically spotless, but also well equipped and maintained. Jay and Grace Singer provided for every need for both a short or long stay. The kitchen had every appliance and cookware imaginable. A washer and dryer were provided as were cable TV and a barbecue grill on a spacious deck in the back. They seemed to have thought of every amenity.

South Yarmouth is centrally located on the Cape and most destinations and attractions are easily within reach. Quality restaurants abound. Beaches are a short distance away. We were blessed with perfect weather and a fantastic vacation. I only wish we could have stayed longer. Maybe the next time.

The fact that South Yarmouth held their St. Patrick's Day Parade on my birthday was an added bonus! I love parades and it didn't disappoint.

This place was perfect for us. Lots of room and very clean. The beach was down the street. Great back yard for grilling. We used the patio every day. It's our third year and will return. Jay and Grace are wonderful owners.

We had a wonderful time at the cape and this house was perfect for our family. It was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. The hosts were a pleasure to work with and were so thoughtful to leave a box for us with extra supplies. The house is in a great location -- a 3 minute bike ride to the beach! We'll be back!

We truly enjoy renting this home from Jay & Grace. It's the perfect place for our family to retreat to. The home is lovely, the neighbors are super nice, the beach and Route 28 is minutes away, what more could we ask for?

A very relaxing and well maintained rental home.

We just had a fabulous time at this home. The house was clean, roomy and comfortable.

We were near all of our favorite places. The outdoors was fenced and private. The outdoor shower was amazing! The yard was a good size for lawn games and the deck furniture was very comfortable. We used the bbq and it looks like a fairly new Weber. We definitely want to come back next year!

Also, the owners were fabulous!

This perfect little cape was just right for our family Cape Cod vacation. Really appreciated the amenities in the kitchen- even a waffle maker and the washer-dryer.

They had a fabulous welcome package with soaps, cleaners-everything you need for comfort. While small, the rooms were the perfect size for 5 adults. The yard was fenced in and spacious for hanging out.

Really appreciated all the beach stuff and bikes in the shed-didn't have to bring a thing.

All-around outstanding experience. A wonderful, well-stocked, tastefully decorated, centrally located, well-thought-out home base for our week away. We absolutely loved our stay in this home! Everything in the house was impeccably clean, cozy, and comfortable. We took advantage of the lovely local beaches, and had great meals at nearby Captain Parker's and Gerardi's! Also, the ice cream at Cape Cod Creamery was delightful. I can't wait to return!

The coronavirus has made 2020 a difficult year for travel, however, it ultimately led us to this newly discovered beautiful vacation destination for the first time.

We distressed, relaxed, ate well, soaked up the sun and enjoyed our time at your vacation home in beautiful, picturesque South Yarmouth, Cape Cod, MA

Our week in South Yarmouth was just what we needed to renew our spirits during this time of COVID-19. The house was just as described--clean and updated, in a quiet neighborhood, yet close to all the amenities. I tend to judge a house by its bathroom, and this one rated a 10--clean and updated with great water pressure in the shower! The weather was perfect--60s and lots of sun. It only rained one day.

Jay and Grace were very compliant with the COVID guidelines, as were all areas we visited. Restaurants took our information for tracking purposes. The Nantucket Sound is at the end of the street--1/2 mile away with beautiful beaches, not crowded this time of year for walks. We were lucky enough to have dinner on the heated deck at the Skipper Restaurant and Chowder House-wonderful fresh seafood and the best chowder! It was an easy drive to Falmouth or Provincetown, and we managed to find some great hiking spots.

This was our 3rd visit to the Cape since 2016 (we've always gone in the Fall to avoid the crowds) and I would have to say this is the nicest house we've rented. Thank you Jay and Grace for sharing your lovely home. We hope to return one day. Stay safe.

My family and I had a great stay at Pinegrove. They literally had everything you need, from utensils to laundry needs. It was also nicely updated with a great open concept. The house was very comfortable and accessible for our son who's in a wheelchair. We spent a lot if time on the back deck enjoying the peace and quiet. We felt at home the entire time. Quick 10 minute walk to great beaches and restaurants. Thank you, Jay and Grace, for a wonderful stay. The memories we made were priceless. I definitely recommend a stay here!

We had a lovely time in South Yarmouth on Pine Grove Road. It is a short walk/bike to the beach and a walk to several restaurants and attractions. The house is very well maintained and clean. It is well-equipped in the kitchen, and the owners were wonderful to work with. Definitely recommend and hope to come back!

The beach is a short walk down the road near one of our favorite restaurants, The Skipper. We also enjoyed going to Skull Island for mini-golf, batting cages, go-kart and arcade. This was our 5th year renting this lovely home. Nicely updated and furnished as well as extremely convenient to beaches, restaurants, and activities. Owners are very responsive to renters needs and are always available if needed.

We were delighted to find the house to be clean, very cozy, comfortable with plenty of space. The house was fully stocked. It was like being at home. We enjoyed barbequing and eating on the comfortable patio. We enjoyed the outdoor shower. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors and is set in a very convenient location. Walking distance to the beach and very close to stores and restaurants.

This is our second year staying at the Cape Escape. We always have a great time when we stay here! The house is beautifully kept, clean and has all the comforts of home. There are so many things to see and do in Yarmouth. Lots of cute shops, restaurants and of course beautiful beaches!

We love the house and have been renting for three years. It is clean and cozy. The location is perfect and close to the beach and many fun places. The new shower and fenced in yard both were great . It is our family's favorite place to go.

Had a great stay for the month of June. The home was warm and inviting. It was certainly well equipped, clean and updated. The location was great. Convenient to a lot of attractions and eateries. Great fenced in backyard and the outdoor shower was the best. We enjoyed the Cape Cod baseball games 10 minutes away. If you want pizza, look no further than DiPalma’s on rte 28. For ice cream and chocolate treats go to Kilwin’s on Main Street in Hyannis.

Nice house with beach nearby. Great kitchen for meal prep and a nice outdoor shower for beach goers. Heat and a/c worked nicely. Visit the pirate museum on a rainy day.

August 2017 was our second time renting this property and we were, once again, extremely happy with our accommodations! This is a lovely, well-kept home. It's in a great location and ideal for a family of 4, with plenty of room for the pop-in visitor. Jay and Grace are very responsible and easy to deal with and we've already made arrangements to rent again in 2018.

Amazing!
We stayed here for the first time in August 2017. We absolutely loved our stay! The house was well kept, clean, orderly and it had every amenity that you would need or could think of. The kitchen is fully equipped, there were board games, movies, bicycles (check out the Cape Cod Rail Trail!!), beach chairs, beach toys and much much much more! We found it so easy to settle in and feel at home. The back yard was great and the kids enjoyed playing outside quite a bit. We were within a 10-15 min walk to the beach (depending on whether you're walking with little ones or not) and everything is close by! Grocery store, mini golf and Skipper's restaurant are also within walking distance. There's a great park for kids on the beach across the street from Skipper's. We will definitely be staying here again next year and we look forward to making many more memories in this awesome home!

Great getaway location
House was clean everything in great working order. Great location central to the cape, short walk to the beach, and a short drive to nearby local beaches. Close to shopping and mini golf. Great Home in Cape Cod
We had a GREAT time at this lovely residence! It's well equipped with and very spacious for 8 people. It's near great restaurants, beaches and stores, and we enjoyed very much being able to explore the town with the bikes that were provided. We would love to be able to stay at this great place again on future Cape Cod trips.

Lovely home, excellent location!!
This was our first time renting a home through HomeAway and we were pleasantly surprised. The house was clean and well-equipped, comfortable in size for 4 of us plus the occasional extra visitors. Central-air and wi-fi were a plus for my husband and 2 teenagers. Location was perfect, we walked/rode the bikes to the beach, mini-golf and Dairy Queen. We are already discussing renting again next year!

Very clean with a convenient location!
This was our 3rd stay at this house, so it's safe to say we love it there! Perfect for 2 families with small children. We love the central air, cleanliness of the house and how the house has pretty much everything you'll need to make you feel like you are at home. There is mini golf at one end of the street and the beach at the other with ice cream at both! Thank you for another great summer vacation.

What a wonderful week at Cape Escape!
Our stay at Jay and Grace's home simply exceeded our expectations in every way. It must have been the thousands of "little things" our gracious hosts not only thought about but made sure were completely taken care of so we could arrive, unpack, and immediately start to unwind in this gem of a home. Clean and fresh describes our first impression. "Fully equipped" kitchen is such an understatement because not only are the appliances seemingly brand-new but the dishes, glasses, pots & pans, silverware, and all the fine cutlery just never seem to be found in Cape rentals. Not once did we feel the need to remind ourselves that this home "was just a rental". Details throughout the house remind you that THIS is Cape Cod but without being tired and tacky - the owners definitely have a knack for decorating and design as well as a true love of the Cape. Thank you to our hosts for being so kind and attentive from our very first email to you. Each and every contact was answered quickly AND honestly. Inside and out (the deck, table & chairs, umbrella and gas grill are simply wonderful) you will find to be clean, comfortable, well appointed, and welcoming. This property should go to the top of your list - quick, check now to see if it is available. We are so glad we did!

Wonderful!
This house is in a perfect location. It is very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We especially enjoyed the outdoor shower and private deck outside. Having the bikes available to use was a plus and we loved biking down to the beach and Skippers, just down the road. Great rental!

Perfect cape experience
This house provided the perfect cape experience for us. The property is very clean and the recent bathroom and kitchen remodel plus modern appliances (including the washer and dryer) made it very comfortable. The back deck was perfect for morning coffee and the outdoor shower got plenty of use. The kitchen was stocked with essentials plus all the cooking gear we needed. We loved the location. It was close (walking distance) to shopping, entertainment, Parkers River beach, and restaurants but also in a quiet neighborhood. Skippers Restaurant was a regular visit for seafood and ice cream which is right across the street from the beach we visited most often, Parkers River Beach. The owners were great to work with and easy to communicate with. Check in/check out instructions were easy and clear. We'd definitely stay here again.

Perfect Cape Cod Getaway
We traveled to the Cape for a wedding in early October and were lucky enough to find this great house! The owner made check-in a breeze with easy-to-follow instructions. When we arrived to the house, everything was clean and cozy. The house is updated with new appliances and everything was in great working order. The owners have thought of absolutely everything - we were so pleased to have a great kitchen, really comfortable rooms, and plenty of space to relax. We were glad to have the full bathroom as well as the half bath - it was perfect for four people. The house is centrally located - making it easy for us to get around for various wedding events over the weekend. The street is quiet and great for quick 15 minute walk to the beach. Unfortunately it rained most of the time we were in the Cape, or we would have absolutely spent more time out on the beautiful deck out back. This is a great place and we would love to come back the next time we're in Cape Cod.

A Stress-Free Stay!!
This is a nice home with cute touches, and had everything we needed for a stress-free stay. We were appreciative of the updated laundry facilities, the newly remodeled full bath, as well as the air conditioning. Don't forget the outdoor shower in the back of the house...our kids loved this as a fun option to get clean. We are a family of six, and there was plenty of room, including the nice bedroom tucked away on the other side of the house. Our teen enjoyed having this to himself to read and play his guitar. Also, the homeowners were attentive and quick to respond to any questions that we had. This all made for a wonderful first visit to the Cape, and gave us the ability to focus on exploring without distraction. Our highlights included a whale-watching boat excursion, eating at Twisted Pizza (try their home-made ice-cream too!), and visiting the grand sand dunes...all in Provincetown. Be sure to watch the seals up close on the Fisher's Pier in Chatham. Locally, we loved DiParma Italian Table in Yarmouth and Sea Gull Beach. And, I can't believe I'm going to recommend miniature golf since you can pretty much play that anywhere, but if you find you have a couple of hours, visit Pirate's Cove close by the house on Main Street. It was the best putt putt we've ever seen, with pirate trivia facts at each challenging hole. If we return to the Cape, we will definitely want to stay at this lovely home again. Very Satisfied!
The house and property were clean and well-maintained (I believe this was either the fourth or fifth consecutive year we have rented this house)... I would definitely recommend this house to a friend or relative... We walked to Parkers River Beach several times (water was generally clear and temp was 72 degrees)...we ate at O'Shea's Old Inn (and enjoyed the music), and at Captain Parker's, Picadilly's, and the Wee Packet...also enjoyed watching the sunset at Gray's Beach... Our 32-year old son from Michigan joined us and loved the Cape, especially the whale watch from Provincetown, hiking at the Wellfleet Audubon Center, and Nauset Beach (this was the first time he visited the Cape since he was 10 years old)...

As wonderful as it looks!
House was exactly as described and pictured online. It was clean and well-maintained with tons of amenities - even had a waffle iron! Centrally located to all beaches and stores/restaurants - Less than 1/2 hr to Nauset and Skaket beaches. About 40 minutes to Chatham. About 15 minutes to Main St. Hyannis. Leisurely walk down the street to Parkers River Beach - go early because it is a small beach that fills up but lovely. Quiet community but just down the road from Rt. 28 with everything that you need. Plenty of room for the 7 of us - 4 adults and 3 kids (10,9 and 7 years old). Kids loved trampoline park and inflatable water park just down the road on Rt. 28. No shortage of restaurants but recommend reservations for larger parties like ours. Stop and Shop around the corner so don't pack any food - that's the mistake I made! CVS and Walgreens right there, too. Came in handy when my youngest son had swimmer's ear and needed a prescription filled (BTW, Cape Cod Hospital is about 10 min away...found that out at 3 am! LOL). Ocean State Job Lot plus multiple Christmas Tree Shops for anything else you might need. My only suggestion to owner is that you consider installation of ceiling fans. I highly recommend this property for mid-Cape location rental. We loved it.
