When last on the Cape, we stayed here at Sue and Ricks. This year we came back for another week, so it must be good! Sue is a great host. The description and photos of the suite are accurate and Sue is very responsive to questions. The suite is cozy and peaceful with a nice seaside vibe to the decoration. The central location means anywhere on the Cape is within an hour. We had a great stay again!

The location was perfect to explore the Cape Cod area. The suite was comfortable, clean and well stocked with towels, dishes, storage, and very appreciated extra items like butter, snack and coffee k-cups! The front porch and back deck are very nice areas to sit and relax. The grill worked out very nice for us and we enjoyed an evening around the fire pit with the owners. The suite was more than we expected and we very much enjoyed our stay. Sue's warm hospitality was very inviting yet respectful of our privacy. We would definitely stay here again.

Sue's hospitality is second to none! She cares, she ensures your stay has everything you need to make your getaway easy and hassle free. The space is exceptionally clean. The bed is very comfortable. The towels are fluffy and soft. The kitchenette is perfectly equipped for a light breakfast, making sandwiches for the beach, or heating up last night's leftovers. The space is spacious enough for two people. The private deck out back over looking the garden is the quintessential peaceful location for morning coffee, or a nightly drink.
I will book again!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at Rick and Sue's place. They took care of everything (beyond expectations) and really respected our privacy when doing so. We took advantage of the front porch and the private deck in the back. The place is near the bike path and also well located to visit the cape.

Really enjoyed my stay at Rick and Sue's guest cottage. I'm the type that likes to get out and explore, so this central location was perfectly convenient for my adventures along the cape. Sue was very kind and was there to help me with anything I needed. The cottage itself is very homey and peaceful and was a welcoming sight to return to at the end of the day. It's in a quiet neighborhood and has a nice place to eat breakfast out on the front porch or back deck. Thanks Rick and Sue for your hospitality. I will definitely be keeping this place in mind for next year :)

We had a lovely stay at the guest cottage. Decor is so cute. Very Cape Cod stuff. Rick and Sue included lots of little things to make our stay easier. Sue left a covered cake plate with yummy cookies and cakes on our first night. They are gracious hosts and attentive to anything we might need. The bed was super comfy. Lots of towels! Quiet setting. Close to places we like to go to when we visit the Cape. We hope to return again next year.

I needed a place to stay on the Cape at the last minute and was so glad this suite was available. It was clean, quiet and had all the necessary amenities for a few days. I appreciated the calm color palette and cute seaside decor. It was nice to sit on the back deck in the morning and meditate with a cup of tea. Communication with Sue was great... I appreciated the check-ins via text. The bathroom is right next to their kitchen so I heard some noise occasionally but it was not disruptive. With the bathroom door closed, it was very quiet. The location is great for mid-Cape and a short drive away from beaches.

Sue and Rick are both extremely kind hosts with a lovely home. The room provided a nice place to sleep and hang out for my week there, and was close to some nice Yarmouth locations that I had never been to before! They made sure I had everything I needed and even offered different places to visit to make sure I was getting the full Cape Cod experience. I would absolutely stay there again, it was a great week.

A beautiful suite with everything needed. Sue and Rick were amazing hosts. I spent almost 21 days in Yarmouth, when some rest and relaxation was much needed. I loved everything about this sweet place. Coffee and reading on the front porch, the private deck with grill, beautiful gardens complete with herbs. Everything was perfect! This cozy suite is perfect for a weekend getaway or a week long stay. Can't wait to go back for another stay.
There is nothing more beautiful then fall on the Cape. Book this place for a truly fabulous time.

We needed a stress-free escape, and this was the perfect spot.

Sue and Rick were accommodating, genuine, and friendly. Their house is on a quiet street, close to a lot of our favorite stores as well as the Hyannis ferry to the Islands. We enjoyed leisurely morning tea on the front porch as well as grilling fresh swordfish on the back deck. Sue was generous about loaning us whatever extra dishes we needed. Rent was less than for houses with full kitchens, so that gave us the excuse to explore nearby restaurants. Yummm!

The week ended way too soon. We would have loved to stay an extra 2 or 3! 'Smores next time, Sue!

My daughter and I stayed at the suite. This was the first we have visited Cape Cod and it was 4th of July weekeend. The suite looked nice online and it's beautiful when you get there and super clean...It is perfect for two adults.

It's beautiful, comfy, warm and clean. It has everything you need. The neighborhood is quiet and the yard is very relaxing.

Sue and Rick are AMAZING!!. They took us sailing on their boat and we had so much fun! they really make you feel at home. We can't wait to come back next year. We have made a new friend for life!!

We spent a week at this place for our summer vacation. It was our second visit to Cape Cod, the last one was in 2012, in Truro, near Provincetown. This year, we wanted to be more central and close to the ferry as we projected to visit Martha's Vineyard, so the place was perfect. By car, it was 20 minutes from bayside or ocean beaches or to get the pedestrian ferry in Hyannis. We also used the bike path, and it is very close to the property (less than 5 minutes). The house and the area were perfect as it is in a calm and wooded place.

The owners, Rick and Sue, were very welcoming, and kind. For sure, we will visit them for our next trip. Everything was perfect!

The room and the washroom were very clean and the showers (inside and outside) were huge and with good water pressure! The bed was comfortable. Two dressers, two nightstands with drawer, a bench, a small wardrobe, and many hooks were helpful for both of us. A table for two inside, a table for four with beach umbrella outside, on an intimate patio and finally two comfortable armchairs under the front porch, were very appreciated to sit and relax during our stay.

We cooked a few meals by using the BBQ on the deck and it was ideal because we didn't want to have bad odor in the room by using the microwave. The small oven/toaster were used for breakfast only! To clean the dishes, Sue prefers to do it in her house as there is only the bathroom sink available. So, we thanked her very much to do this task for us. Finally, the WiFi connection was fast and constant!

Do not hesitate to choose this property if you visit Cape Cod! The room is small but pleasant and suitable. Perfect for a couple on vacation. If you have the chance to go to Sesuit Harbor Café in East Dennis, you will eat the best fish and chips in front of one of the most beautiful sunsets (Sue's recommendation)!

Charming and beautiful place to stay. Sue and Rick are such kind people- we felt so at home. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a peaceful respite on Cape Cod!

We enjoyed such hospitality here! Sue replied promptly when we inquired to book, and she and the good captain were warm and welcoming when we met in person, too. In fact, they were in close touch throughout our stay. We could tell they genuinely wanted us to be comfortable and made sure we had everything we needed for a relaxing trip.They offered suggestions for local restaurants and things to do.. A special bonus, the wandering (and quiet) crew of four mature male turkeys that strut through the neighborhood on occasion. We also enjoyed watching two adult white-breasted nuthatches flying to and from their nest of hatchlings in one of the birdhouses in the yard. Overall, a peaceful, quiet retreat convenient to Rte. 6 and easily accessible to all points on the Cape. Highly recommended!

We stayed at this home for a week this October and had the best time! The Cape was beautiful this time of year and we are so happy to have been able to stay in such a cute and home-y guest cottage! Sue was so welcoming and made sure that we had everything we needed for the week. The cottage was so cozy and a great place to come “home” to in the evenings. We would love to come back and stay in the cottage again in the summertime!

This was my boyfriend's and my first time at the Cape together and we enjoyed staying at Sue and Rick’s cottage. It was very cozy, clean, and comfortable. Sue always made sure we were taken care of and was always available when we needed some help. The room is located in a very quiet neighborhood and is very close to all the beaches, restaurants and attractions. We are hoping to make another trip next year and would be happy to stay at Sue and Rick’s cottage!

What a lovely suite in a beautiful home away from the crowds and noise. I've stayed with Sandra/Sue many times over 10+ years and she continues to make you feel welcome and special. Away from it all but close to all the Cape offers. I only hesitate to give a great review because I don't want to find her full when I want to visit. Thanks so much for the wonderful stay again

Absolutely perfect unit for a couple. We reserved last minute and Sue was an absolute sweetheart, very accommodating and friendly. Everything was super clean. Sue thought of everything and we had a wonderful week relaxing as a couple.

Outstanding. Quiet, secure neighborhood. Access to main roads and beaches. We have stayed at this location about 7 times over the past years and would not even consider another spot. Sue and Rick are great hosts and always provide for our needs. You will not be disappointed if you select this property.

She is such a sweet woman and we feel as if we made a new friend here on the Cape. The guest suite is gorgeous and so unbelievably clean and everything you could possibly need is provided for you. Beautiful cottage in a superb location
My wife and I stayed here for the second week of our visit to New England, having spent the first week travelling around the coastline to the north. It was perfect. The guest cottage itself is very clean and beautifully decorated, the neighbourhood is quiet, the owners, Sue and Rick, were friendly and welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. South Yarmouth is centrally located; we drove to Provincetown and Falmouth on different days and reach each in less than an hour. There are good restaurants only 10-15 minutes drive away; Hearth n' Kettle, Red Faced Jacks, The Jerk Cafe and Yarmouth House were our favourites. There is a bowling alley just along the 28 and Cape Cod Mall is also only a short drive away. The weather was great while we were there so we spent our last three days on Bass River Beach which is also only a 10 minute drive away. Thank you Sue and Rick, we had a fantastic time staying at your cottage, and would love to come back in the future if we decide to visit New England again.

A Perfect Guest Suite
I spent a week plus a couple of days at this comfortable suite. It was a perfect stay with wonderful hosts, Sue and Rick. I appreciated their flexibility with providing an off season rental and their attention to any need. Even with a snowy morning my car was brushed cleaned allowing for easier travel. Thank you for a great stay.

Absolutely wonderful
I spent a little over three weeks at this wonderful cottage...Sue and Rick go out of their way to be fantastic hosts.

This cottage is near to all the major highways and beaches. I also found many wonderful restaurants when I was not making my meals at the cottage...They have a microwave a small refrigerator/freezer and a toaster oven. I did not use the grill, I did use their induction cookware and they also have an electric frying pan.

The room was perfect with a queen bed and a place for two people to sit.

As others have noted the shower is huge..If you want a very comfortable place and wonderful hosts this is the place to stay!

Perfect Cape retreat!!!
We were looking for alternative/affordable lodging for our Cape vacation. Rick and Sue's guest cottage was exactly what we were looking for! Centrally located at mid-Cape close to the 3 main arteries yet nestled in a wonderfully wooded, quiet typical Cape Cod neighborhood. The guest cottage was roomy with a light, airy and beachy decor with an added benefit of a private outdoor deck with grill. Stocked with everything one may need from microwave and mini-fridge, coffee pot, toaster oven, utensils and tableware to plenty of towels even for beach use. We slept well on the comfortable queen size bed with A/C. Really nice cross breeze when A/C wasn't needed. Another advantage was no slamming doors or arguing couple in the next room or upstairs at hotels/motels. Rick and Sue are a delight and we are already looking forward to our next stay. Book early. They book up fast. We would give more than 5 stars if we could.

Sweet and Suite!
This mid-Cape sunny and immaculate suite is very centrally located both to Cape roads 6/6a and 28 as well as to Cape towns for exploration East and West. Above all, hospitality abounds; the hosts were so gracious. I felt like Sue had been an old friend for years! Overall, my stay was very comfortable and enjoyable. I recommend this suite for folks seeking a homey place to stay away from commercial hotels/motels but centrally located to all that Cape Cod offers.

Beautiful suite
Spend two weeks here, beautiful suite in a lovely location. Quiet street, no traffic noise! Easy access to route 6 took us all over the cape. Sue & Rick are very hospitable, our every need catered for. Being British we tried everything American including a drive in movie at the Wellfleet drive-in, also took in a baseball game! If we are lucky enough to get back to the cape we will definitely be staying here! Thanks again, Sue.

Clean & cozy Honeymoon Retreat
5 stars all around! Extremely clean guest room with a bathroom and very friendly hosts. Neighborhood is peaceful, very quiet and barely any traffic goes by. Will come here again with my wife in a couple of years.

Lovely Accommodation
The suite is roomy, bright and cheerful with lots of natural light from the front and back. The bathroom is spacious with a large shower and window for more natural light. There is a private deck out the back door looking out into a lovely natural setting. We followed Hurricane Irene to Cape Cod and although the power was out for our first 2 nights, the owners made every effort to ensure our comfort. It was an inviting place to return each evening after a busy day on the Cape.

Cozy, Sweet, and Clean
My daughter and I had a fabulous week at the Cape thanks to your hospitality along with a super clean and comfortable suite. It was so great to meet the both of you and the room was perfect for the two of us. We love the arrangement of the suite with all the right gadgets for our stay; not to mention the spacious bathroom. Thanks for all the brochures and Cape Guides to help us in our travels. The outdoor deck with grill and outdoor shower are a bonus! We will definitely be coming back year after year for our summer vacations to make this our tradition!! Thank you once again and see you next year!

Comfortable and very clean suite
Thank you both for the clean and lovely accommodations. It was really nice sitting on the porch enjoying the afternnoon and having dinner on the back deck, so peaceful and quiet.

Our weeks stay in your suite was fabulous. We had so much fun site seeing,touring the cape and watching the "Fire Works".

Just wanted to say you have a beautiful home and really, really nice, impecably clean and comfortable suite that we enjoyed very much. Hope to spend another week in the near future.

Impeccably Clean and Inviting
This place is impecably clean & comfortable. Bonus back deck with B.B.Q., table and chairs. Additional front porch with comfortable wicker furniture for an after dinner drink with candlelight in a quiet setting.

Excellent neighbourhood for early morning or after dinner walks. Excellent, friendly and accommodating hosts.

We had a great stay and we will surely be back! We love the Cape in the fall!
