We welcome you and your family to enjoy your vacation at our beautiful beach house in South Yarmouth - just steps away from Parkers River Beach. We purchased our beach house just a few years ago and have updated all of the decor to make this your home away from home.

Enjoy the convenience of parking your car and taking a short stroll to the family friendly beach! This beach is unique and offers the following: bathhouse, showers, concession stand, lifeguards, and even a playground to entertain your little ones. On your walk home, stop off at Skippers famous deck and enjoy a cocktail, appetizer, and an ice cream! Why not? You are on vacation...

We are also only 1 mile away from Bass River Beach, which is a beautiful beach with the same amenities as well as fishing and boating access.

Relax on our welcoming front porch or enjoy the spacious new deck and outside shower. Enjoy the privacy that you have in our home as well as the amazing location. Minutes from Rt 28 where all the restaurants, activities, and scenic Cape Cod attractions are located.

You will enjoy all the amenities we have to offer to make your stay as comfortable as being in your own home. This beautifully taken care of home has hardwood floors and all the extras. We just built a contemporary new wrap around deck with a roomy outside shower just off of the sun room.

The first floor has two living rooms each with sleeper sofas which leaves plenty of sleeping space for guests. A beautiful 4 season sun room overlooks the deck, great for entertaining. We also have flat screen TV's, cable, board games, kids books, and a washer/dryer as well as WIFI.

The master bedroom comes with a king bed, the first bedroom has a queen, and the third guest room has a brand new double bed with trundle twin and a trundle bed that pulls out.

Linens – We have sheets for all beds, bath towels, beach towels, and dish towels, but we ask that you kindly wash and dry them before your departure if you choose to use them.

    Excellent property located within a 5 minute walk to the beach. We were 10 people for 4 of our 7 days and had plenty of room. Well stocked kitchen. Plenty of TV's for all. Very nice large deck in back with plenty of seating and a gas fire pit to enjoy at night. The beach was perfect for our young grandchildren. Owners were good to deal with. Highly recommend this property.

    Where do I start? This home was beyond our expectation, according to my family it was "wicked awesome" It was beautifully decorated and meticulous. Melissa was amazing to deal with and gave me her cell number to call if we had any issues, which of course we never did . Melissa even left us a gourmet gift basket when I told her that it was our 50 th anniversary of coming to vacation on the Cape. Wish we never had to leave!     The perfect beach house with Cape Cod charm!

    I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home, it has so much to offer. Our party included three families, all with multiple children, and there was room for more. The first floor has a great open concept layout with a large kitchen and island. There is a great beach and restaurant just at the end of the street, you don't even have to drive! After getting home from a long day at the beach everything can be easily stored in the garage where it's ready to again the very next day. We spent most of our nights grilling on the private back deck where there is plenty of seating. One of my favorite features is the outdoor shower, we were all fighting for it! Everyone we were with said the beds were all very comfortable and the home in general was very accommodating for adults and children. We plan to come back every summer! show more show less

    We had an amazing weekend in South Yarmouth! The house was perfect. 3 bedrooms and 2 pull out couches - with 10 people we had more the enough space. We loved spending time on the big backyard deck and definitely took advantage of the grill. With 2 indoor showers and an outdoor shower, there was no waiting in line to get sand free! The walk to the beach was about 4 minutes - very cute. Complete with a small playground and bathhouse (though it wasn't open yet since we were off season). Being on Nantucket Sound the water was warmer then National Seashore beaches which was great! Everything is clean, new and quaint. We really hope to be back next year! show more show less

    This was our first time renting this beach house. It was absolutely perfect! It accommodated my family of 5, along with my sister's family of 5, very well. The house was very spacious, super clean, beautifully decorated in beach decor, comfortable & had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The kids loved it too & actually got along! We had so much fun walking to the beach, stores and restaurants that are close by. The owners were so nice & easy to reach with all of our questions. We highly recommend this beach house to all!

    Our names are Melissa and Dave. We both grew up vacationing on Cape Cod and once we met and got married we knew a beach house was in our near future. Dave spent time living in Texas and Hawaii and Melissa has never left the comforts of New England, but all roads always have lead us back to Boston and of course Cape Cod! We enjoy spending time with our young son, family and friends either at our home or here on cape cod! Traveling is a big part of our lives so having this home on cape cod allows us the best of both worlds by choosing to rent it out for others to enjoy, while we explore new adventures!

    What is special about this property?
    We absolutely love the layout and privacy of our home and enjoy summer days relaxing either on the front porch rocking in the chairs, or spending time on the huge back deck in our very private fenced in back yard. The layout inside is nice and open for cooking, playing games, entertaining and sharing memories!

    What is special about your town?
    We chose this home because of its location. We spent many summer days and nights in the Yarmouth beaches when we met and were dating, as my parents and aunt and uncle both have beach homes near by. When we saw this house we knew it was right! We love the proximity to the beach, and Skippers Chowder house and the convenience of just parking your car and walking where you want to be.
