We spent a week in this adorable well maintained cottage in Yarmouth. The house was a great vacation spot for our family. Lots of amenities to make for the perfect vacation. Close to many activities, beaches, and restaurants. Tammie was very responsive and helpful. What a great week.

This house is a nice size, it has a fabulous gazebo and a well stocked kitchen, in a quiet neighborhood. Although Windmill beach is a 10 min walk away, we really recommend Smuggler's Beach, about a 20 min walk away. Tammie was incredibly helpful and responsive, truly an excellent host! Mid-Cape location means there are many activities a short drive away.

This was our first visit to Cape Cod. The house was great for our family of 6 (4 young boys). Tammie and Jay were fantastic hosts and gave us many recommendations on things to do in the area. The house was comfortable, decorated beautifully and was stocked with everything we would need for the week. A short walk away is Windmill Beach. Perfect for littles wanting to play in the sand and water. We would stay again.

Three adults stayed for the week; the house was perfect for our needs and we were provided with everything we could possibly need. Although we didn't use the backyard space, it was also a beautiful space. Tammie was very responsive to our questions. Thank you!

Nice and recently renovated, cozy house. Just under a 10 minute walk to a very small beach. Probably a 20 minute walk to a larger beach. Great bakery and gelato around the corner. Accurate description. Could use a new cooking surface on the outdoor grill as it was a bit rusty.

This is our 2nd summer staying at Tammie's adorable nautical themed cottage. This summer we stayed here for the week with our dog. The location was perfect - great for taking the dog for walks around the neighborhood or walking down to the Windmill Beach (less than 10 min walk).

This cottage is well maintained, well stocked with everything you may need, very clean and comfortable. Tammie was very responsive and very thoughtful - she left us a bag of dog treats and gift certificate to the local bakery/gelato down the street.

I would highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a great place to stay on the Cape!

My family stayed here over the summer and had a wonderful and relaxing time. The home is very close to the beach and Bass River. We were greeted with a cheerful and very clean and well kept home. Tammie was wonderful, and very responsive to any questions we had. We hope to visit again in 2022!

We stayed here for a week with our 4 year old twin daughters and our dog and loved everything about it! The location was perfect - walking distance to an amazing little bakery, gelato, and a very cute little beach, but also on a nice quiet road so there was very little traffic.

The house itself was great - central air, comfy beds, and very clean. Loved the beachy theme and it was so bright with lots of natural light. The kids loved the "fish" room!

The yard is a great size and we loved that there were Adirondack chairs and cornhole available in the shed so we were able to relax around the fire and have a couple of very fun evenings outside at the house when we weren't at the beach. And there were so many bunnies! Our dog especially liked watching them out the back door :)

Tammie was very responsive to any questions and provided a lot of great recommendations for the area! We would definitely recommend this house to friends and would love to visit again!

Staying at this adorable home was just so enjoyable. Very well cared for, updated and maintained only added to the excellent location. Just a short stroll to beautiful Windmill Beach as well as the other beaches close by. We loved our daily walks through this great area, as well as walking to the nearby bakery and gelato parlor. So much to do in the area for all ages—great restaurants and activities.

Truly a wonderful vacation!!!!!

We stayed in this wonderful cottage for a week in August 2020. We walked in to a welcome letter, snacks, and a bottle of wine! The hosts know how to WOW their guests. Tammie was super responsive as well during our stay when we had random questions. The house was clean and had every utensil we could ask for (special thanks to Tammie for supplying us with a lobster pot!) Our favorite parts of the property were the brand new washer and dryer, ability to stream your Netflix account, central AC, and the patio with the canopy/gazebo and firepit! We were also easily able to fit a pack and play in the children's room. A few things to note - there is no outdoor shower, and the sun sets in the front of the house so the children room can get quite warm during the day, even with the central AC on. It is the perfect size for a small family and in a quite neighborhood perfect for walks. A 10 min walk or 2 min drive to Windmill Beach (where we went everyday), and a 30 sec drive to the Great Island Bakery. We can't wait to return. This is a HIDDEN GEM, book NOW!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for the week. The house is very conveniently located near shops, beaches and restaurants. We were able to walk less than a mile to Smugglers Beach. The neighborhood was great for walking or running. The house is a great size and had all the amenities we needed for a vacation. The laundry was definitely a bonus! The beds were very comfortable. The decor was very cute and nautical as well. Tammie was very responsive as soon as I had inquired about renting the week. She was very easy to work with. I would definitely stay at Tammie and Jay's house again and would recommend it highly!

Tammie and Jay's cottage is very cozy and was perfect for our weekend getaway. Not only is it close to all beaches, shops and restaurants in Yarmouth, but it is also very convenient to surrounding towns such as Hyannis and Dennis. We found it very easy to get around!

The cottage is so cozy and has everything you need. From a full kitchen with all utensils and condiments you will need, a washer & dryer in case you need to do laundry, to an adorable back yard with fire pit. The 2 bedrooms are designed for comfort. The beds are super comfortable and the kids room is super cute with bunk beds. Perfect cottage for a family of 4! The TV options were great! My daughter loved that you could choose Netflix to watch her favorite movies. There is also a TV in one of the bedrooms which was really great. Tammie was very efficient in answering any questions we had. I would definitely stay at Tammie and Jay's place again and would reccomend it highly. It felt like home!

This house was just the right size for the five of us and perfectly located for walking and riding bikes to many locations. The bakery and the gelato place are beyond amazing! You may want to stop by twice a day. The decor is calming and homey. It was vary easy to tidy up. We wanted to stay another week at least.

This is a lovely, quaint cottage on a quiet street. It was ideal for my husband and I and our two teenage daughters. It's obvious the owners took care in their renovation and decorating of this little gem. The backyard is a fun extension of the home with the gazebo, fire pit and cornhole game. Tammie was always in close contact with us striving to make our stay enjoyable. I would highly recommend this rental.

We stayed here for 6 nights, and had a really good time. Tammie is very easy to communicate with, and the house is very cute! It is updated, bright, and very clean. It also comes fully stocked with everything, like a fire pit, a corn-hole game, board games, and outside seating areas. The area is centrally located and allows easy access to everything on the Cape. I was able to have family visit, and it was like they were visiting me at my own house. We had a great time, and plan to book this house again next summer.

This was a very cute little Cape house. It was immaculately clean. The bedrooms are small. There are a lot of nice little touches throughout the house. Tammie is very helpful and answers all questions quickly. We had a great time!

My family and I stayed here at the beginning of June and we loved it! You walk in and instantly feel you're at the Cape and on vacation! The rental was very clean and had every amenity we needed. One of my favorite parts of this rental was the outdoor space, there's a beautiful seating area outside and was on a side street so with two young kids it was nice to have the option to be outside. The location is EXCELLENT, it's near plenty of restaurants, a liquor store, mini-golf, jumpy house park, beaches etc...We would definitely stay here again!!

From start to finish, everything about this rental was great! Tammie was very responsive and proactively provided information regarding the surrounding area, things to do, see, etc. The home is new, clean, and enough space for a family of 4 perfectly. We had a wonderful time and would certainly rent again!

Charming beach house conveniently located near several great beaches. Great little bakery nearby for breakfast. Tammie and Jay have done an outstanding job getting this lovely home ready for your next Cape vacation!

My family and I enjoyed our stay in your home. It was meticulously tidy and welcoming to my family of five. Tammy and Jay were wonderful and quick to reply to any questions we had. A huge bonus for me was having a washer/dryer so I could come home with no laundry. The location is great! We ventured all over the Cape but this location is minutes from beaches and the Bass River and other family attractions. I was able to run in the neighborhood almost daily and enjoyed the closeness of the sunrise at the beach on my runs. We had a fantastic time. Thank you, Tammie and Jay!

We really enjoyed our stay at this adorable home! The neighborhood was wonderful for walking and we loved going to the bakery or just a few blocks away was the Windmill and Beach. The home has been renovated recently and everything still looks brand-new. Tammie was quick to respond to any of our questions and easy to reach. We definitely would recommend this home!

We only stayed for a weekend, but we had a really nice experience and would definitely rent from Tammie and Jay again! They were very accommodating hosts, and the place was just as described, in a great family-friendly area of S. Yarmouth.

A couple girlfriends and I rented this adorable home during late June for a girls weekend. Tammie the owner was incredibly accommodating and responsive leading up to the visit, and even allowed us to check-in a bit earlier in the day so we could settle in and get our weekend started. Tammie was kind enough to provide us with some great local restaurant and activity ideas as well (be sure to visit Pancake Man for breakfast!). Overall we found the home to be very well decorated and clean, the perfect amount of space for us as we were mainly just back at the house in the evenings after days at the beach. This home is a short drive to Hyannis and the ferries to Nantucket/Martha's Vineyard, which we were also able to take advantage of. Highly recommend this home, we had a great time!
