Idyllic in every aspect! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this perfect setting, and would highly recommend this property to anyone seeking the ambiance and beauty of Cape Cod. Immaculately clean; incredible views; all the creature comforts for a perfect vacation!

We had a lovely stay at the Jetties, it was hard to leave. The location is perfect and the cottage is charming and had everything we needed. Nothing beats waking up to the view of Lewis bay and the breeze. Charlie and Kathi checked in to make sure everything was going well. Communication was easy. We cannot wait to go back!

This rental was perfect, from the location to the unit itself. The owner was easy to work with and prompt with responses to our questions. We will defiantly return.

Once again after my week at Charlie's and Kathi's condo I left feeling refreshed rejuvenated and relaxed. It's such a beautiful place to stay and extremely clean, well equipped and comfortable. Waking up seeing the ocean is such a treat as is sitting on the Blue Adirondack chairs watching the birds, bunnies and ferries .Once again I felt very well taken care of as Charlie and Kathy contacted me to make sure I had everything I needed. This beautiful home is going to be a yearly treat for me.

Ideal location on Atlantic side between Hyannis and Chatham -- fun places if looking for amusement. Superb view from cottage of birds in marshes and kite boarders out on the ocean. Full southern exposure for sunbathing. Private deck was welcome for cocktails or lounging outside reading. Nice beach. Cottage well-appointed and clean -- a delight. Owner friendly and a good communicator. All in all, a lovely vacation at The Jetties.

When I walked into this beautiful condo I said out loud "Stunning". It is the most peaceful and serene home inside and out that I have ever stayed at. The decor, the set up, all the furnishings and the kitchen, bedroom and bathroom are all beautiful and well thought out. The bed and the linens are extremely comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped to cook.
And then there is the gorgeous views. Both from the kitchen table and outside. The surroundings on the deck are so quiet and calm. I watched the birds, the ever changing ocean and sky and the ferries ! Sitting on the very comfortable Adirondack chairs was amazing as I sipped my wine and watched the beautiful sunset and the ferries coming and going. The beach is beautiful to walk.
I am already planning a spring and a fall week next year to enjoy this stunning and special home. I am so happy this worked out last minute and have added it to my favorite places to stay. Thank you Charlie and Kathi from the bottom of my heart for making this happen for me and taking such good care of me.

We visited the cottage for the second time in mid-September. As before, we found the cottage clean, well maintained and supplied with all we needed. West Yarmouth is a great location which is centrally located to Provincetown, Falmouth(make sure to visit The Knob) or the lavender farm in Harwich. Since we had the best view (it looks exactly like the picture in the ad) from our rental cottage on Lewis Bay we chose to order our meals from DiParma and eat at the cottage. Along with a bottle of wine and a delicious chocolate pie from the Centreville Pie Company, we had some great dinners with a wonderful view. Charlieand Kathi have always been very quick to respond to any questions we have. We will come back again.

This was our second year staying at The Jetties and it won't be our last! Charlie and Kathi are always wonderful hosts. The unit is always exceptionally clean and well-maintained as well as well-appointed. The location can't be beat and we appreciate the quiet residential neighborhood that we walk each night. In addition to the view over the bay, the location puts us within, at most, 1/2 hour of our favorite things to do. Definitely made for a really wonderful stay!

When arriving the first thing I noticed was how clean the cottage was. It felt very homey and comfortable. The view behind the cottage was breath taking as the sun was setting. This vacation was great as the beach was very accessible and convenient with a one year old who needs multiple naps throughout the day. I would definitely return as this vacation was very relaxing and location was key. Owners very accommodating and were one call away if needed anything!

We are in our second rental of the cottage. Again, everything was more than perfect with impeccable cleanliness and a breathtaking sea view! The décor inside quickly brings us into a holiday mode. Charles is a perfect host always available to help us! So satisfied that we have already booked for next year. Thank you Kathe and Charles for allowing us to stay in this gem.

I had the best stay at this oceanfront gem. Everything you could possibly need right at your fingertips! Extremely generous and accommodating host. Immaculate on top of it all! Already booked for my return visit, can't wait.

The cottage was so cute and cozy. It looked brand new, also very clean. The appointments were perfect, loved the theme of the cottage. It has everything you need, even a/c.

The view is spectacular, lots to watch out on the bay. We enjoyed sitting out on the high rise Adirondack Chairs. It also has a small table and two chairs for your convenience.

Charlie was very attentive making sure we had everything we needed. We plan to return next year.

This is a beautifully appointed condo with the most amazing view of Lewis Bay. Everything is clean, the decor is lovely, and everything you need in the kitchen is supplied. No need to plan anything besides enjoying the deck or the beach while staying there. There is no need to leave! Pack lightly because it is a cozy condo. Working with Charlie was easy! We hope to go back soon!

This is our 3rd or 4th time here and it is still a charm! The hosts are so welcoming and always available by call or text. So clean, bright, cheery and beachy! The bed was so super comfy to sleep on I HAD to ask for a link!

The cover photo of this cottage says it all! That is exactly what you get and see if you stay here. This view is not only from the the sitting room/kitchen, deck, adirondack chairs, you can also have this view from your bed! It really is a tough vacation when you have to decide where to have your morning coffee!

This is our favorite area of the Cape! Quiet, scenic and centrally located near the things we like to do and see. The cottage was delightful - clean, well appointed and relaxing. Our favorite spot was sitting on the elevated Adirondack chairs right outside the sliders; up high enough for the view to miss the top of the railing while watching the beach, the water and the ships coming and going.

Charlie and Kathy were wonderful hosts. They were always responsive and extremely easy to work with - especially given that we made our original reservation last year in the middle of Covid! Looking forward to our next visit l

From the moment we wake, we see a panoramic view of Lewis Bay and the Nantucket Sound beyond. Mornings were relaxing as we planned the day while enjoying the Hyannis ferries crossing the Bay on their way to Martha's Vineyard. We watched egrets and green herons searching for meals in the pond in front of us. After afternoons of bike riding, beach walking, and discovering the great cape, we returned to continue enjoying the view, the Hyannis Yacht Club Sailing Regatta, and people enjoying the beach as much as we did.

Bring your binoculars, pack light and bring only what you need as the the space is excellent for 2-3 people. Charlie and Kathi have provided a beautifully decorated cottage with everything you need. We couldn't have asked for anything more: relaxing days from dawn to dusk, a huge resource binder filled with Cape Cod destinations and activities.

We played, relaxed and now look forward to ouR next vacation (with added days) at the Jetties.

We were pleasantly surprised with how nice our cottage was. Clean and well stocked with everything we could possibly need. Despite having rainy weather, we still really enjoyed our stay and the views and atmosphere were awesome.
We look forward to our next reservation.

The cottage was super clean, nicely decorated and had everything we (2 adults) needed. The bed was very comfortable and we loved sitting on the Adirondack chairs enjoying the sun and view! The owners were great to work with. Highly recommend this property!

Lovely cottage with amazing views of Lewis Bay - Just like the photos. This cottage is well appointed and very well maintained. Charlie was responsive to all questions. Everything was sparkling clean. We enjoyed walks on the beach, and the view, especially at sunset. A great and relaxing weekend away.

My husband and I spent a long weekend at the cottage celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary. This cottage has breathtaking views of Lewis Bay. The cottage is immaculate and well decorated in a beautiful beach theme. Everything you need is right there, including a book with local eateries and activities. The owners were helpful and friendly and quick to respond to questions/emails. We plan to spend every anniversary out at the jetties.

All of the highlights of the area and the house did not disappoint! The cleanliness and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Everything was top notch. The quality of all contents was top of the line. We couldn't have asked for more. Beautiful sunsets and we loved watching the ferries coming and going. So relaxing! We will definitely be back!

If you want to just relax and take in the views, this is the place to be. This was our first time to the Jetties and not our last.Charlie and Kathi are great hosts and Are very quick to respond to any questions you have. There is nothing more you could ask for when staying at their beautiful property!

My wife and I just wrapped up a fantastic week at The Jetties. The cottage is ideal for couples looking to get away and reconnect with each other. The views of the bay are unmatched and even more spectacular at sunset while enjoying a glass of wine on the deck. The cottage is also conveniently located right off of 28 with lots of things to do and places to eat if you can pull yourself away from the beach. We look forward to staying here again in the future and would highly recommend it to anyone.

This cottage was amazing. It had everything we needed and more! Next time I will pack less stuff. The week was perfect and the weather was great. Awesome views from the kitchen or the deck. My daughter and her family were across the road at Colonial Acres so we were able to hang out with them at the beach.I would stay here over any hotel!!! Thanks, Charlie!!!

We just spent a full week at "The Jetties" and could not be happier! Traveling with a toddler is hard, but this sweet rental was a "just the right fit" for our family of three. The views are incredible and the short walk to the beach made our stay even more enjoyable. Each night was restful and while our little one slept, we enjoyed our glass of wine overlooking the bay.

Charlie and Kathi were incredibly helpful in answering our questions as we traveled in the time of Covid. They were wonderful to rent from and so helpful, checking in to see how our stay was going. If we are not back, it is only because our family has expanded, otherwise we are already talking about returning next summer and recommending this place to our family and friends!

Charlie and Kathi have made "the Jetties" so comfortable and beautiful and clean! All the nice touches. It is even better than the beautiful pictures!
Everything you would need for a week stay is right here for you. The view cannot be beat!
It's only a few minutes walk to an uncrowded beach w/ warm water, plus you are in the middle of the Cape, making it easy to enjoy spots in every direction! We will return every year as long as we are able, and we cannot wait! Thank you for being such lovely hosts! Tim and Lori

i have been visiting the Cape for 50 years at many special and memorable spots and homes. We have found a new favorite place to return to! We were here in October and one of the days was rainy but this spot is beautiful and relaxing no matter the weather. It was spotless and so comfortable and all the small touches made us feel welcome and eager to return, which we are!

The Jetties is a gem of a place. Large enough for 2 people to cook, eat, watch TV, and watch the Ferries going in an out from Hyannis Harbor! The bed was one of the most comfortable that we have slept on while on vacation anywhere!! The place was spotlessly clean. Having the sheets and towels already there saved us from having to pack those items. We love it here - very peaceful when we were there. If you are looking for a place to enjoy the water view, rest and re-charge your batteries, this is it! Charlie was terrific to work with. Thanks for letting us rent your place!

Great place to spend a week or more. Cozy, clean, comfortable and great owners who respond quickly to texts. Even though this unit is 300 square feet, it had hangers, cubbies, baskets, and hooks which held all our belongings. It was clean and the stunning view shown in the pictures is as pretty as it looks. The owners thought of everything to make this space comfortable. Memorable week spent here. We would highly recommend this place for a great getaway or vacation. We would love to visit again. My best friend and I have been traveling to Cape Cod for the past 15 years...and we've stayed in a variety of places. Beyond a shadow of a doubt, this is most beautiful one (cottage and view) that we've ever had the privilege of staying in. And the icing on the top was the gracious hospitality that we experienced (from the moment we booked) with the owners, Charlie and Kathi. I recommend this beautiful seaside villa to any and all who want to experience a wonderful, relaxing and breathtakingly beautiful time on the Cape!!!

We stayed here for the first time in October 2018. It was so beautiful that we thought about it all winter! We just came back from a week in July 2019. I can't say enough about the cottage and host. The cottage is everything you could want. It's adorable and charming with all the right decorative touches. Many updates have been done, including painting, furniture, counters etc. There are now huge adirondack style chairs that face the ocean! This was a wonderful bonus! We sat in them and enjoyed the million dollar view everyday! The host was always available when needed by text or email. Very friendly and accommodating. We have stayed at other cottages on the cape but once you stay here directly on the water, you really don't want to go anywhere else!

This cottage is a dream come true. It has a beautiful view of the ocean from the deck and from inside. The beach is steps away and Charlie has thought of everything from a hair dryer to coffee for the Keurig. It is perfect for a couple. We have already booked our next stay. I was hesitant to post a review because as soon as word gets out, this cottage is going to be sold out. Book with confidence!

My husband, baby and I just got back from a wonderful weekend getaway here. The house is perfectly clean with stunning views even better in person. It is tiny but all we needed for the three of us, and with views like that, you don’t care about space. Great location walking to the beach and lots of restaurants and things to do nearby. The owners were wonderful, organized and easy to communicate with. We hope to return again!

We stayed in this little piece of heaven in October. What a delight! Charlie was a wonderful host and was always available by email/text/phone to answer any of your questions. From the minute you walk in the door, you are captivated by the view! Beautiful sunsets and sunrises this time of year! You have your own private decking for viewing. This is such an adorable little place with quaint seaside decor. Everything you need is provided (bedding, towels, dishes, cookware etc.) You can actually lie in the comfy queen bed and have the view that is pictured! If it's warm enough, you can open the slider for the sounds and smells of the ocean! Heaven!

Perfect location, close to great restaurants and shopping. The beach (for residents and renters only) was quiet and peaceful. The unit is bright and clean, had everything we needed to feel right at home. It was very relaxing ending our day watching the ferry return as the sun set. The deck with lounge chairs and a gas grill was an added bonus. The owners are very nice -- they make the ease of renting seamless!!

We spent the week of 18 to 25 August in this beautiful cottage. The view of the sea was indescribable. Take our coffee in the morning with a view of Lewis Bay .... priceless. The cottage is clean with all that is needed. The bed is very comfortable. Charles has always been available and good help. I would return next year with my eyes closed.

I stayed at the Jetties cottage for a week stay in late July into August and it was truly a great experience! This cottage was really cute and clean and it was amazing to wake up to the view of the ocean from the bed every morning.
