Description

This is our ''little slice of heaven.'' Enjoy coffee in the morning with ocean views from the front deck or a cocktail at night in front of the fire pit on the rear patio. Only 100 yards to the beach, it takes less than 30 seconds to hit the sand. The beach is amazing and provides the warm waters of Nantucket Sound. Kids can go crabbing, fishing, watch the Hyannis ferry as well as boats go by.... Great family beach that is a real hidden gem with less beach traffic as there is limited public parking and fewer crowds. The location is prime with great restaurants, attractions, all with in a few minutes.

The home is absolutely immaculately taken care of and recently renovated inside. It has all the comforts of home but with a stress free beach vibe....new appliances, new central air conditioning, new mattresses, new bathrooms, new flooring, laundry etc. Comes with outdoor shower, outdoor firepit, Weber grill, we leave beach chairs, pull carts etc. to make it truly relaxing and less to pack on your ride down. We provide linens, too, as again we want you to relax and enjoy your time as a guest in our home and not stress about the little things.

Inside there are two bedrooms on the first level. Bedroom 1 has 2 twin beds Bedroom 2 has a double bed. There is a full bathroom on the first floor as well as a screened in breezeway room. There is new front load laundry on the first floor as well. The living room has a 50 inch flat screen tv and cable along with WiFi included. Kitchen has all brand new appliances, counters, sinks, faucets etc.

The upstairs master has a King bed, a 42 inch flat screen TV, a full bath and stand up shower.

Back yard is fenced in and has a firepit and rear patio. show more show less

My wife and I bought this home 3 years ago and have never rented it before. That said the homeowner we bought if from owned it for 20 years and it had an absolutely jammed packed rental history and he used it as an investment. When we purchased it we completely restored it and take amazing care of it. As our kids are high school and college age we are finding our time down there has been limited and have decided to try renting and let some people enjoy our home as much as we do.....We are looking for great renters that will enjoy all the little things we put into it and want them to truly enjoy and relax when they are there. As parents of children we realize the stress of packing up for a beach vacation it's real... DON'T STRESS!!!! We got you covered...... We remove all that stress as we provide, sheets, towels, beach chairs, coolers, beach cart carriers, laundry machines etc. etc. We want you to get in the car and go and just have a blast.

What is special about this property?
The home has an amazing cape location....

The property is super close to the beach has both front and rear deck's and patios and we feel we have thought of every little thing and treat it and our guests like they are ''at home''.....not at a ''rental''.

The location is prime 4 houses from the water but with water views and less than a 30 second walk to the sand....As our street is a dead end you feel secluded and relaxed when you are at the house or on the beach....
Decide you want to go out and explore just go to the top of the street take a left or a right and the world is your oyster.

What is special about your town?
West Yarmouth is amazing.....5 minutes to Hyannis center and Nantucket and Marthas Vineyard ferries...Amazing family attractions, great restaurants, go carts, batting cages, arcades, inflatable park, ice cream, coffee shops and shopping....All with a few minutes of the house....Just the best of both worlds.....
