Description

Perfectly located 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths home sleep 12+ guests, and is completely right on the water on a wide sandy beach. It's located in the gated community of Great Island Ocean Club with one of the nicest private beaches on the Nantucket Sound side of the Cape where there are the warmest waters. A wide stretch of private wide sand with a full view of Nantucket Sound.

Covid-19

The house is isolated in a small gated community so there is very little traffic. Our home is Oceanfront so so you can easily be totally isolated from everyone yet still enjoy the beach. We instructed our cleaners to use extra disinfection material and to do two rounds of cleaning. Although we provide linens you are welcome to bring your own if you want to.

The house
Excellent for one or several families vacationing together. There is one spacious master bedroom suite (king size bed) with an attached room with a trundle bed that sleeps 2 more. Three additional queen bedrooms and one 2 twin beds room. There's a beautiful, sunny, enclosed porch with an extra dining area and a large patio area with tables and a gas grill.

For your comfort and convenience, the house is equipped with Air Conditioning, a Washer and Dryer, 2 HDTVs, Free Wi-Fi Internet, blankets, lots of beach kids toys. We provide high-quality bedding, linens for a small fee. Wide kitchen equipped with electronics, cookware, cutlery, Keurig, pots, pans, dinnerware, flatware, etc. Also, we keep for you a variety of beach chairs/umbrellas.

When you are not on the beach, take advantage of the many fun activities this part of the Cape is known for. Enjoy a pleasant walk to all the excitements, shops, and restaurants Hyannis has to offer, sample ice cream (or frozen custard!), learn more about American history in the JFK Museum and Library, pop in to an amusement center for a game, or enjoy dining and music in one of many renown restaurants on Main Street!

Do not forget about Hyannis Harbor with its deep-sea fishing charter boat, ferries to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard, harbor cruises, parasailing, whale-watching cruises, and much more!

The parking lot on the property is for 4- 5 cars.

    Great place in West Yarmouth!

    Every year, my family of six travels to the cape for a few weeks in the summer. We've stayed in Dennis and Chatham, but this gem in West Yarmouth has been my absolute favorite. Seated right next to the ocean, the house has more than enough space for my family members with beds to spare! The beds were made and linens provided which was such a lovely surprise considering we've had to bring sheets and towels in the past. Perfect for curling up in bed after a long beach day. There is AC, a washer and dryer, and a dishwasher. I don't know about you but I absolutely love to cook. The kitchen was large with more then enough cabinet space for all our favorite snacks and ingredients for meals. There was also a grill outside we used for a bbq style cookout. Picture this, sitting on the patio in the sunset, snacking on grilled chicken and veggies, with the sound of the ocean waves in the background. HEAVEN!

    The house backs up to the ocean. Beach chairs and toys were also provided in an outdoor shed with a shower! We loved lounging on the beach and the kids were busy with boogie boarding! I am not exaggerating when I say that we literally did not have to bring anything other than clothes. This house has everything!

    My favorite part of this property was the patio. I am an early riser and enjoyed many lovely sunrises outside.     show more show less

    Great Week at the Beach!

    We had a wonderful time this past summer! The house worked perfect for a large group with plenty of room to spread out. Most of the beds were very comfortable. There were lots of bathrooms which was key when traveling with a full house! We had nice family dinners on the patio picnic tables as well as inside in the dining area. The large enclosed patio was a nice spot to hang out on the colder evenings, and the AC was key on the hot days! The sandy private beach was awesome and the water was warm. My young kids were able to stay in for hours at a time playing in the gentle waves. We will be back next year for sure! show more show less

    Cape Cod lover for a long time. Have been enjoying the beautiful beaches of Yarmouth for many years. Active surfer, jet skier and boater

    What is special about this property?
    You can not find a private, clean, white-sand beach like the one our neighborhood has. Closed gated community guarantees safety for the vacationers and friends. Our house is right on the water in a quiet area; you will have a wonderful night sleep!
    Our patio is huge and can accommodate all our guests comfortably, where you can enjoy great meals - and the sunset is spectacular.
    Every room has its own AC (full unit no Window AC) so each of you will be most confortable
    Most important - You will have fun!

    What is special about your town?
    When you are not on the beach, enjoy many fun activities this part of the Cape is known for. Captain Parker Bar is a great place for drinks. For the kids go to Pirate's Cove Adventure Golf, Skull Island Adventure Golf & Sports World, or check the Whydah Pirate Museum - displaying artifacts recovered from an 18th-century vessel used for piracy & the slave trade. Skippy's Marina is a good place to eat and if you are for some action go for their jet ski to rent, banana boats and parasail. Wonderful experience!.
    Enjoy a nice walk on the beach or a short drive to all the excitements, shops, and restaurants Hyannis has to offer - sample delicious ice cream (or frozen custard!), learn more about American history at the JFK Museum and Library, pop into an amusement center for a game, or enjoy dining and music in one of many renown restaurants on Main Street!

    Do not forget about Hyannis Harbor or just strolling there in the evening between all the souvenir stores.
    If you are for a deep-sea fishing charter a boat or take ferries to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard, harbor cruises, whale-watching cruises, and much more!
