We can't say enough about this beautiful home! The owners thought of everything. As the week progressed, we appreciated all the attention to details that made this house so inviting and intriguing . We came with our two children and their families. The locations of the bedrooms made each family feel like they had their own suite!
Our grandchildren just loved all the games, books and the game room. The yard was perfect for family bocce, badminton and more. The well manicured grounds and gardens were cherries on the cake!
The walk to Gray's Beach was easily made by all!

My family and I spent a truly special week here. We've been coming to the Cape for 45 years and this was our first time staying in Yarmouth. The house is perfectly maintained, extremely clean, and has every amenity. We are an extended family of seven and were able to comfortably spread out and relax. We enjoyed lazy mornings on the deck surrounded by the beautiful perennial garden and rose arbor, took long outdoor showers, played cards at the large dinner table, cooked delicious meals in the well equipped kitchen, and played many games of ping pong in the game room. It was a short drive to all of our favorite Dennis beaches and an easy walk through the woods to Grays Beach. It's in a quiet little neighborhood that's great for kids to ride bikes. We will definitely be back!

We've spent a week in June with our friends. House was ideal for us. Tastefully decorated, sparkling clean and spacious it has lovely backyard with flower beds, patio and amazing outdoor shower. House is located in quite residential neighborhood and within easy drive to attractions or shopping. Also worth mentioning huge collection of board games, bikes and other stuff to keep guest entertained all the time. We loved it so much that decided to come again next year even before we left. In all our years of visiting on the Cape have we ever found a more beautiful, well maintained, well decorated and furnished home than this one. Every little detail was thought out, from well stocked kitchen to bathroom supplies being provided. Well manicured gardens and beautiful outside decks for outside enjoyment. We truly hope to visit again next year.

We have rented this property for at least 4 vacations. It is a spacious house that can easily house a couple of small groups. It offers privacy on one end of the house for a couple with a private bath. Then in the main part of the house there are 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths that will easily accommodate a family with children. These two areas are separated by a large family room.

It is very clean and comfortably furnished. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. My grandsons love the game room that is adjacent to the house. The yard is beautifully landscaped and we all loved the spacious outdoor shower.

The property is located adjacent to several beaches within a few miles. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and very walkable. Or if you prefer to bike, they are available in the garage.

The owners are very attentive to any needs that could possibly arise. During our last stay a possible hurricane was on the horizon. Bob made sure we had propane lanterns at our disposal should the need arise. Thankfully, the storm was a miss.

My family loves this place and we look forward to returning year after year. It is truly a wonderful experience. show more show less

We have been vacationing at this home for 5 years. Our two families of 4 each fit in the house comfortably. The home is clean and the owners are very accommodating to the limited needs we have had. The owners take pride in their property and during the off seasons have completed updates.

The neighborhood is quiet and the walk to Grey's Beach is beautiful. The house has all the amenities you would want. There are bikes we tool around on and when we have forgotten beach items, they have been available. The children love the game room and there is plenty of space for them throughout the house. The grownups love the outdoor shower and the beautifully maintained yard and gardens. The flexibility of indoor and outdoor comfortable dining options is a plus.

Our family loves coming back here, year after year. The house, all by itself, is a vacation for us: ping pong, foosball, yard games, a quiet neighborhood for kids bikes, grilling, and relaxing with a cup of coffee on the sunporch. Stars and lightning bugs at night, too (not totally dark sky, but much darker than most of southern New England).

The location makes it even better: mid-cape, off of 6a, but close enough to everything we want or need. Over the years we've gone to countless cape cod baseball games, biked the rail trail, hung out at all the beaches, played mini-golf... you name it, we've done it. Having the proximity to "go-go-go," blended with the option of a quiet and relaxing afternoon in the house and yard, makes it perfect. We're not "stuck" on rainy days - we look forward to having a day inside - and when we're out we avoid the worst of the 28 and 6 traffic because we're on the bay side pre-lane drop. We have stayed in this home for five summers, and there is a reason we return every season - we love it. The homeowners are very responsive. The home is very clean, it is stocked with everything you need for your stay, and it has many amenities that make your stay comfortable and fun. The home is very conveniently located in the mid-Cape area, but the neighborhood is quiet. We can't say enough good things about it.

The layout of this home is great because it allows families to spread out. There is a lot of space for everyone to enjoy. Each of the downstairs bedrooms has a bathroom right outside their door. The two bedrooms upstairs share a bathroom that is between the bedrooms.

The yard is beautiful and very peaceful. The game room with ping pong, foosball, and darts is great for some friendly competitions. The owners are great to work with and very responsive.

I highly recommend this home for your next Cape Cod vacation.
