We had the BEST week at Jackie's house on the Cape. It was perfect for us and our two young children. The house was clean and had everything we needed. It's in a quiet neighborhood but still close to restaurants, mini golf, and shops. Minutes to Seagull Beach and only a short drive to our favorite bay side beaches. Our children loved the pool, even more than the ocean!! We will definitely be back next summer!

We have stayed at the this house for two years in a row now. They have been amazing hosts and the updates they made to the house for 2023 are awesome. Beautiful new deck and outdoor shower. Ice cold central air and to top it all off an amazing swimming pool. Nothing like coming back from a long day at the beach and taking a refreshing dip. We will certainly be back again in the future.

Beautiful place to stay with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath and above ground pool in a very quite neighborhood. It also has a great enclosed back porch where we ate our dinners with a large table and tv. Very close to Smugglers beach and all restaurants and grocery stores. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend this home.

The vacation home was in a great spot within a short drive to many beaches, mini-golf, and restaurants. The home was clean and in good condition. The above ground pool was a major plus, and also AC. The enclosed porch was nice (but does get hot even with windows open). We will certainly consider a return trip to this home in West Yarmouth.

We had a great stay and hope to return soon.

The house is adorable- the perfect size for a family of four. The beds were super comfortable after long days at the beach.

We spent most of our time on the porch, playing games and hanging out. The pool was perfect for wearing the kids out on the days we didn't venture out.

I cannot say enough about what a perfect home this was for our annual cape cod trip! The house was immaculate, my kids loved the extremely clean pool, and the location was perfect. Nice, quiet neighborhood but minutes from everything including beaches, restaurants, and grocery stores. We loved grilling and eating outside under the covered patio. The sun porch was an added bonus! Jackie was so pleasant and easy to work with. We will definitely be coming back next year!!

I don't even know where to start - what an AMAZING house - seriously. We loved this house so much. It was immaculate inside an out and in a nice quiet neighborhood that was close and convenient to everything. The porch was an amazing feature and I spent every second that we were "home" out there on the sofa. We ate all of our meals at the lovely table out there. The neighbors were friendly, the area seemed super safe/welcoming. One thing that stood out about this house compared to some previous rentals we've had - places to put things! There were closets to use, shelves, tables, organizers in the bathroom. It was nice to be able to have space in the bathroom to put all of our soap/shower products - not something that I've found to be a common feature in the houses we've rented.

Our boys loved the bunk beds, our bed was comfortable, the furniture in the living room was very comfortable. It was really just such a lovely home. The pool was an amazing feature that we used everyday. We have rented many houses over the years and this one is definitely a favorite and probably the most "home" feeling house we've every stayed in outside of a regular rental we go to in WV. I will also add that the owners were very sweet and amazing and very easy to work with especially given the concerns of COVID. I still can't believe how amazing this house was (cleanliness, location, owners, features), if we return to the Cape this will be the rental we seek out!

We were so thankful to find this charming home in summer 2020 for our family of 3. This was our first Cape rental with a private pool and we can't vacation without one now! Especially back in the early covid days, we enjoyed renting a property that we could settle into and have everything we needed for the week. We thoroughly enjoyed eating meals on the outdoor covered porch. The homeowner was very responsive when an issue arose with the pool and was absolutely wonderful to rent from.

Perfect Vacation Rental the cottage was really clean and very comfortable. The pool and the backyard were great centrally located from everything Grays beach was beautiful which was only an 11 min ride from the home there is nothing bad I can say about this rental

We just got back from the Cape yesterday, and we're already having withdrawals! This is a beautiful, well-kept home that is convenient to everything, yet located in a VERY quiet neighborhood. The pool was a huge bonus, and we appreciated the locking gate, since we have 2 children. The Cape is opening back up! We were able to enjoy Cape Cod Creamery twice, a 4-minute drive from the house. We also did the Cape Cod Canal rail trail, visited 5 beaches, and explored beautiful 6A, "Old King's Highway." We took some dining suggestions from the pamphlets at the house... We discovered Skipper's Chowder House (YUM) and visited Yarmouth House restaurant, an old favorite. We happened to have a perfect-weather week, so that added to our enjoyment. Thank you, Jackie, for being a wonderful and responsive host!

This home was so clean and neat. It was nice to walk in and see that it is a well kept home. The kitchen was well equipped .The linens are also well stocked. The house is located near everything. close enough to rt 28 to make day trips to all parts of the cape. We made trips to Truro winery and the national seashore. Yet the house was tucked away in a very quiet neighborhood. We would take evening walks after dinner. It was a bonus to have a pool at the house. My husband and I just lingered in the pool after a day at the beach. The pool was spotless!!!!! We also enjoyed the gas grill provided, it was great to just grill and eat outside under the covered porch area. I can't say enough about Jackie, she was responsive to all e-mails and very easy to work with. I would highly recommend this home for a cape cod vacation. Definitely worth !!

Fantastic vacation rental! House is lovely, homey and comfortable. Was spotless when we arrived, came stocked with all kitchen essentials, plenty of linens available, pool was awesome, shaded seating area was great for meals outside, sun room was the perfect family lounge/play area. Backyard is private, outdoor shower was great! 15 minutes to beaches in Dennis and 10 to Dennis Pond in Yarmouth. Five minutes from grocery store. This house was perfect for our family of four, we are so glad we stayed and can't wait to book again next year!

My family and I rented this house for a few days this past summer. We happened to arrive right after the Tornado had passed through. Jackie's house had everything that we needed to ride out the power outage, and we were SO glad that we did because we had a fantastic time! This was the first time that I had rented property with a pool. It was amazing having the pool, which had a beautiful deck attached. Another wonderful addition was the three season room (which is where we spent most of our time). The house is very well kept, clean and inviting. Hoping to rent again this summer!
