Absolute Gorgeous 6 BR Home w/3-Min Walk to Beach!

Highly recommend this property. The home is very spacious with 3 indoor family rooms, eat in kitchen area, very large sun room with large table to fit the whole family. There is an air conditioner that quickly cools this area, rest of house is also central AC. Bedrooms and bathrooms are all large and in great condition. There are 3 bedrooms in each "wing" so this would be good for 2 families to have their own space. There is a grill and a blackstone griddle. Outdoor cooking was a big plus and plenty of outdoor seating. Walk to the beach was 4 minutes on a shaded path. Neil was very easy to work with and quickly responded to any communication. Planning to return!

The home was exactly as described and quick follow up from Neil on each text/email over the past year was very much appreciated. We enjoyed the house, the porch eating area as well as the firepit. The close proximity to the beach and ease to access was especially nice for all. We ended up at the beach 6 of 7 days and the house is perfect for that. The local restaurant, Skippers, was outstanding. Also, the neighborhood was quiet, and we enjoyed morning walks around the beach and neighborhood. Our entire family enjoyed the house and the trip, and we will definitely look to schedule more vacations here.

Our second year to rent this wonderful house and hope to do the same for years to come.
It's spacious and accommodates multigenerational guests. Modern ans super clean. Many indoor bd out doors amenities. Great location, quiet street yet close to everything needed.
Best of all is smooth interactions with the owner.

Our family vacation was an amazing week of fun in this extremely comfortable and spotless home! Each room was decorated beautifully and more space than you can imagine to spread out in. The yard was nicely landscaped and we had so much fun playing crochet and bocchi balls. The beach is truly minutes away and the house is on a dead end street which was great for little kids. Nights were made up of walking for ice cream and sitting by the fire pit.. Many mini golf courses in the area which was lots of fun and restaurants everywhere. Location could not have been better. Working with the homeowner was truly a pleasure.

Beautiful, well maintained, CLEAN home! We had such a wonderful week staying here. There was plenty of room to accommodate our large family. The yard is landscaped nicely, very quiet and peaceful. Also big enough for kids to play and run around. The short walk to the beach was a bonus, so nice to be able to go back and forth especially with kids!
We would absolutely rent this home again.

Been going to the Cape for about 10 years. This has to be the best place ever! There was 10 of us, including 3 small children.So much space!! The yard is wonderful !! The house is very clean, comfortable, and close to everything.The dining area on the enclosed porch was our favorite, able to fit everyone even with 3 high chairs!! Already asking about next year?? definitely a 5 star rating!!!!

I cannot overstate our affinity for this rental! Situated on a quiet dead end street perfect for little kiddo bike riding yet close to anything you may need in terms of food/entertainment. Being able to get back and forth to the beach with the little kids (it is a short walk through the back yard) was fantastic. While the home is both spacious and inviting, both the indoor and outdoor spaces were ideal for our family vacation. We cannot wait to be back!

Most fabulous home we have stayed at in our 20+ years of renting on Cape Cod. Plenty of space and room for all adults and children. Home has everything you need and the short walk to the beach made it all worth it. Already looking forward to staying again next year.

We had an amazing time in this incredible home! It was perfect for our large family of 11 giving us each our own space with the fire pit area in the back our gravitational spot to gather in the evenings. The sun room was big enough to fit us all for meals and having multiple family rooms gave us quiet time as well for the readers. The master suite was stunning! Pictures don't do it justice. The convenience of the walk to the beach out the back yard was perfect and proximity to shops and restaurants was key. Being the last house on a dead end street also added to the tranquility of the home. Everything we needed PLUS things we didn't know we needed made this place perfect. Highly recommend and will definitely be returning!

We greatly enjoyed our stay here, gorgeous addition with master suite, multiple family rooms, and a beautiful 3 season room for dining. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. The beach is just steps away, and stores, restaurants, etc. are all very close (without feeling too close!) Communication was excellent. We would definitely return!

We booked this property for thanksgiving for my finace and I family. It was out first time to the Cape and did not know what to expect. But the pictures dont do this house justice. The house has an incredible add on to the housewith an amazing master bedroom. It was perfect for a large group and especially for 2 family with 2 completely separate wings. There are plenty of gathering spaces as well. The firepit and outside light were a nice touch. I would highly recommend this house and hope that we are able to stay here again. Also the host was very responsive and nice with any and all requests. If you are looking for a great place to stay, close to the beach with plenty of room this is it! Thank you for all the help and helping us have an amazing Thanksgiving.

This house is perfect for a family reunion beach vacation or the golf getaway we used it for. We especially liked the fire pit patio out back where we spent the evenings. Everything in the house is either new or recently refurbished. It's just a short walk through the woods to the beach. Absolutely perfect!

If you are looking for the perfect cape house for your summer rental, look no further! You have found it. This home has ample space for a large family like mine where you don't feel like you are on top of each other. Multiple living rooms and sitting areas are ideal for families with kids.

There are 6 bedrooms and the master is absolutely incredible with its vaulted ceilings and private master suite. And when I say suite, it truly is. A high end shower with a bench and multiple jets including a rain shower head was the best way to cool off after a hot beach day.

Oh and the beach, walking distance! You walk through an adorable wooded pathway to find yourself with your toes in the sand. Our family enjoyed the meticulously manicured lawn for yard games, a beautifully lit patio for a nighttime fire, and of course the four season porch to enjoy large family dinners after cooking dinner on the Weber grill.

We will return year after year to this gem. The decor was tasteful throughout the entire space and very clean. The home is on a dead end street and the very last house which created a peaceful quiet beach escape. You will not be disappointed in this home.

Our family has been coming to the Cape for the summer the past 15 years, each year we would stay in different places. Part of the reason is to explore but after staying here this summer, it was because we did not find the perfect place until now! This stay was an experience of its own, clean, spacious to handle our growing family and a perfect location. Owner was extremely helpful and a huge reason for the perfect stay. You will not be disappointed!!

I'm not sure we'll ever be able to stay somewhere else - and neither will you! The property is absolutely immaculate and you can actually get a little lost in all the spaces! The facilities are over the top with everything you'll need. My wife was able to be fully relaxed with the level cleanliness, quality of finishes in the bathrooms and bedrooms and then there's the BEDS - WOW - she wants me to buy the one we slept in for OUR house now! TV's everywhere for rainy days and nighttime relaxing, blazing wifi for gaming and surfing, firepit, sun room, and a sitting patio off the master we loved in the mornings! Seriously - the best equipped and outfitted place we've stayed.

On top of the perfect facility, the beach is literally a 7 min walk and is basically a private beach so there are some people, but it's not even CLOSE to crowded and you can walk a long way in every direction. The Nantucket sound waters are beautiful and easy for our kids and grandkids to enjoy. PLUS because it's so close you can go back to eat and use the house facilities whenever and don't have to pack and haul a lot to go to the water. Oh... and the outdoor shower is nicer than our home showers!!

No doubt the best part of all is that Neil and Karen are the most attentive and hospitable of all the places we've stayed in. Super fast responses, gracious, thoughtful, generous and over the top attention to every detail of our stay. You'll be floored by the quality of the floor work, the tile work, the furnishings, and gotta say... that master bath! We are spoiled now. You'll kick yourself if you stay anywhere else.

Okay, if you are a clean/neat freak, THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU! This is the cleanest cottage I have EVER stayed in! EVER! But, not only is it clean, it's BEAUTIFUL and BRAND NEW! This place has one side that has been completely added on. Every detail has been thought through from closets, to dressers, to TV's in bedrooms, to plenty of bathrooms, to a washer and dryer, to SPACE to put your things! There are a total of 3 living areas to hang out and relax in. Multiple patio options outside, surrounding the cottage. An absolutely beautiful 3 season porch, bigger than you can imagine. An outdoor shower which is just a must at a beach house! Outdoor grill...
And! Considering you are here to enjoy the beach - you must know it's right in the backyard, quite literally. No loading your car up and dropping your family off and then walking back yourself for who knows how long. Nope! It's so close you can get up from the beach and come back for a quick lunch or just to use the bathroom! It's THAT close to experience the sand and sun!

It was a very nice house. The porch was awesome! Spent a great deal of time out there. The new addition is beautiful. Short walk to the beach is great. Would stay again!

Where do I start? Wow. What a gorgeous place in the most perfect location. We came for a weekend and wished we could have stayed longer. The 2 minute walk to the beach is ideal. The outdoor patio is just right for groups- outdoor games or gathering around the fire pit. The addition is simply stunning. You will love the incredible spa master bath. Lots of spaces for small or large groups to chat and visit. We will be back!

This is the 8th year we have stayed at this home and it keeps getting better and better. Neil has done a great job renovating and updating it and the location is perfect. The three season room and outdoor shower are our favorite perks of the home. Neil is very easy to work with and responsive to any needs you may have. We always come home from our vacation counting down our days until the next trip!

Very comfortable, well equipped and beautiful beach house! Close proximity to a grocery store and great eateries too! Our 2 family vacation for 8 was very comfortable and our favorite feature was the gate at the back of the house that opened to the path to the sea! We used it a lot, almost daily; it rained 2 days! The trips to and fro for bathroom breaks and to make lunches was so handy! No parking fees for the beach!

The outdoor shower and the sunroom with its large table were a close second!! Lots of good things about this house—like the linen and towels provided, was another big plus! Beautiful beach house!

From the moment we pulled up to the house located at the end of a quiet, dead end street with plenty of parking, we were already pleased. Located walking distance thru a path to South Middle Beach which has become a family favorite for us, it was a perfect location.

When we walked in, it was even better than the pictures. Nicely furnished and very clean! We had multiple visitors over the week and all were impressed with the large multi device charging station located right when you walk in. There were 2 living rooms which worked out perfect. Could close off the older children in one room and the adults could gather in the other. Another great feature was the large 3 season enclosed dining area. We had 8 people for dinner one evening and it was nice that we were all able to fit around the table and eat together. We made most meals at home and the well equipped kitchen had every utensil and pan I needed.

New outdoor shower and Weber Grill just added to the overall great experience. They are adding on a large addition to the property but Neil informed us all work was stopped for the summer rentals. Neil was quick to respond to a question we had and had provided us with a detailed list of everything we needed to know. I would highly recommend this rental and look forward to staying there again next year.

We are hoping to return to this home for many years! It was sparkling clean, well-stocked (linens, kitchen equipment and utensils, beach chairs, phone chargers, high-end grill, etc), and had a really comfortable layout.

We made many memories eating dinner in the three-seasons room with the vaulted ceilings and huge dining room table. And any relaxing time was spent in the very comfortable living room areas. There's a path behind the house that gets you to the beach by foot in just a few minutes.

This house truly has it all, and to top it off the owner is really accommodating and easy to communicate with.

It's 8 a.m. on Sunday and the birds are chirping as you wake up in a beautifully detailed Cape Cod home. The kids are still sleeping after the previous day's drive but mom and dad need coffee now. As the pot patiently drips away, you step into the huge sun room and open its sliders so you can feel the gentle breeze. Although you can't see the ocean, you know it is literally steps away. An hour or so later, you pack up a beach umbrella, a book, your sunscreen and a towel and start the walk toward South Middle Beach. You exit through the back gate and within 100 feet, you're in the parking lot. Three minutes later, your feet touch the sand. The official water temperature reads 73 degrees... but it feels warmer when you dive in to cool off. You are in and out of the water for a couple hours—intermittently tossing a football or the frisbee—and then head back home for lunch. It's 1:00 and you've already had a beach day—the rest of Cape Cod is your oyster. Not bad for day #1.

We had an amazing week in Cape Cod. It was the first time we had been here in many years - and this South Yarmouth home was a big part of our experience. Well-appointed with everything we needed and roomy enough to very comfortably accommodate the five of us, we could spread out for some privacy or come together around the monstrous dining table to play cards, do puzzles, or just sit and enjoy a glass of wine or tasty Massachusetts IPA. This was an incredible home base from which to explore while still making a lot of use of its proximity to the beach. Beyond the beach, all of the amenities we needed were within minutes—groceries, mini-golf, coffee, and several restaurants, though we ate most of our meals at home.

Our Cape experience had its' share of excitement with a tornado and dozens of shark sightings (though none of the latter anywhere near our beach) but our home base was the perfect place for us to spend a week.
