Private Beachfront in Lewis Bay

This is our third time staying at this beautiful home. Diane and Bill have really done some nice things to the home, adding central air, giving the home three places to shower. When we first stayed there was only one indoor shower. The home is clean, beautiful and we so enjoy staying here. The indoor space is perfect for family game night. The outdoor space is perfect! So many chairs to sit and enjoy the beautiful view. The lawn games, cornhole, ladder ball, and the access to kayaks and tubes makes this home so fun. We love that we can walk to Main St., Hyannis and enjoy the restaurants and shops. We had fun at trivia night and karaoke night at Flashback. Such a fun time! Bill and Diane are lovely and we really appreciate that they share their beautiful home with us.

Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with our families. Our kids had a wonderful time playing in the sand catching minnows, crabs, flying kites, etc. The adults also enjoyed evening cocktails looking out onto Lewis Bay. Your home is wonderful and had everything we could possibly need. We hope to be back one day!

Today marks the end of another wonderful week for our family at 11 Windmill Ln. This is our 9th maybe 10th year renting this beautiful home and location, we will be back again and again as long as we are able. Thanks to Diane and Bill for providing everything needed it makes vacation here stress-free. I hope those who rent after us have the same amazing week that we have each year.

My extended family stayed at this property for a week in August. The home is beautifully decorated inside. It is clean, full of sunshine and offers breathtaking views (and breezes) of the bay. Additionally, there was a cooler of waters available to us from the owners! We were able to easily cook meals in the updated kitchen and just as easily walk to Main Street of Hyannis which is bustling with things to do.

We were outside a lot and enjoyed the yard from very comfy outdoor chairs. Plenty of chairs for the 8 of us and for our family that was staying locally and popped by to visit. We used the many outdoor activities that the owners left for us, lawn golf, corn hole, and kayaks with life jackets. There were many ships coming in and out of the bay, but the lanes are clearly marked and it didn't interfere with water activities. The ships do blow their horns at times which can be a bit loud, but it's relatively infrequent and you get used to it quickly,

The home offers a washer/dryer on site and this was wonderful to have given the amount we were all in the water. This home was situated in a relaxing and private setting with easy access to so many things to do. Additionally, the owners were lovely and made sure we had everything that we needed.

The one thing we would have loved is a fire pit as we were outside so very much including well into the evening, but I understand that for a rental property with such ocean breezes, this may be tricky to have on the property.

I highly recommend staying at this home for a wonderful Cape Cod get away. show more show less
