Our stay was perfect. Maureen made it so easy from beginning to end. The house was neat, clean, spacious and had everything you could need for a wonderful vacation. Perfect for our family of 5. Central air, 1st floor laundry, outside shower, big back deck, ping pong table, and pool table were all added bonuses.
Close to the best Bayside beaches (be prepared to get up early to get a parking spot at most beaches on the bayside-we were there most days by 8:15-8:30).

I had the opportunity to stay in this beautiful home for the week. The location is great because you are right next to Follins Pond and a quick walk to Flax Pond and the nature trails that surround it. There are three different family or sitting rooms, which is a great feature of this house if you have a large group, or need to spread out. The bedrooms are so cozy and the beds are very comfortable. There are two bathrooms and even an outdoor shower, which is great when you're getting back from the beach or the pond. It has a spacious yard and a deck in the back which was great for nights we chose to stay in and eat. The backyard is large and even includes a fire pit for those beautiful summer nights! The house was clean, comfortable, and inviting. It had everything that I could have possibly needed during my week stay. Maureen was wonderful to work with as well!

I had the pleasure of renting this home. The home is well located and is maintained and equipped beautifully. it has three different gathering rooms which make it excellent for a large group. The garage is full of anything you can imagine you would need outdoors at the cape including bikes. I was there during a heat spell and the A/C was excellent. I had some issues with the TV's and the Rafferty's actually drove 5 hours to resolve the problem on the same day! The backyard is large with anything you could want including a fire pit. It was my pleasure to meet Maureen and Terry and I would highly recommend this rental.

This home was very clean and comfortable . It nicely accommodated our family of 6 as well as our dog. Maureen was available for any questions .

We had a great week on the Cape. The house was perfect for our family and made the stay relaxing.

This was our second booking and always a great time! The house is very clean and has such a warm feeling of being in your own home. The house is equipped with everything you need and our hosts reached out when we arrived and mid week to be sure we had everything we needed. The location is so peaceful and close to our favorite beaches in Dennis We will definitely be back next year.!

The property was very clean and spacious. Walking distance from two ponds. Terry and Maureen checked in often to see if we found everything we needed. Definitely hope to come back next summer.

We had a great family vacation! Maureen & Terence's home was perfect for our family and fur babies! Very warm and inviting. Their home has really nice updates and the layout is great. The new deck & outdoor shower are an added bonus. It was super clean when we arrived and has all the comforts of home. It's located just a short walk from Follins Pond. We found a small beach at Follins Pond where a couple families had set up beach chairs, their kids were splashing in the water and people were walking their dogs. My family had a really nice afternoon there. This home is close to beaches, stores, churches and restaurants. Maureen was available via phone or text in case we needed anything. I recommend Maureen & Terence's home for a fun & memorable family vacation. On the fireplace there's a sign that says "Every family has a story...Welcome to ours". We definitely added a lot of memories to our family story there. We will definitely rent Maureen & Terence's home again!

Loved this house! Great space, nice and clean- also Perfect location to go to different beaches! Several parts of the house seem to be recently updated, Plenty of parking. Wonderful vacation for our family, will return again. Owner was personable and accessible if needed!

Our family & dog enjoyed this house very much, especially the location on a quiet street right near two ponds and a short drive to Long Pond Lake to boat and paddle board. Close to beaches and restaurants but tucked away. Plenty of room and a great outside shower and large deck to relax on.
