This is a special spot in what appears to be a residential area. Quiet, walkable neighborhood nearby a gorgeous lake and not far from the ocean. Loved the trees, perennials and cape style decorative touches. Well appointed kitchen, full bathroom, comfy living spaces and an outdoor shower which is delightful. We used a linen rental co. which was very convenient and the washer dryer came in handy as well. Elize is very available via text with any questions. Our pup enjoyed relaxing and looking out the screen door. Would definitely go back!

Our family of four enjoyed the long weekend at Good Hope Cottage. The home is clean and inviting with a fully appointed kitchen and gas grill on the private patio. We rode our bikes from the house to the C C Rail Trail and found the area to be a great place from which to explore the Cape.

Our family had an absolutely wonderful time during our 4 week stay during the summer of 2023! The cottage is very clean, well decorated and stocked with everything you could need. The host, Liz, provides detailed documents to help you know what to pack, what to expect and what is nearby. We loved sitting on the side porch for peaceful morning coffees, using the outdoor shower after beach days and taking walks around the safe, quiet neighborhood. Liz had many baby proofing items that helped our stay while traveling with little ones. The cottage has so many amenities close by that we enjoyed! It was the perfect spot for our family to stay and we would highly recommend Good Hope Cottage to all!

We enjoyed a relaxing stay with our daughter at the cottage. The communication with the owner was excellent. The home is well organized and clean. My favorite spot was the big comfy couch!

We had such a wonderful time at Good Hope Cottage. It was so hard to leave and go back to reality. The cottage is well-maintained, clean, and stocked with everything you could need. Liz provides you with plenty of information prior to your trip so you know what to bring, what to leave at home, and what to expect. The neighborhood is safe and quiet and you can take a quick walk to a nearby lake. You're close to beaches, shopping, and plenty of great restaurants. It's the perfect place to let your troubles go and enjoy some well-deserved R&R!

AWESOME!! We were there for two weeks!! We were close to everything, the neighborhood was quiet, and not a lot of traffic, which allowed our 12 year old grandson to ride his bike around! Nice outdoor area, and an amazing outdoor shower!! We will be back next year !

This cottage was beyond perfect for our family of 5. Its location was convenient to groceries, activities, restaurants and beaches. The neighborhood was safe and a pleasure to walk with our 2 dogs, including the small private lake beach and the dock, both within blocks. The cottage was cozy and very clean. Liz was professional, kind and helpful before, during and even after our stay. We will absolutely be returning amd would rate it 10 stars if possible

I stayed at the good hope cottage the week of june18th,2022. It has everything my wife and I needed for a most enjoyable stay. There was even a very nice outdoor table , chairs and big umbrella to dine outside. The location was excellent , central to many good restaurants and some day trips around the cape. The place has an outdoor shower when coming from the beach. And the people we rented from were a pleasure to deal with. Would definitely stay again

This cottage was perfect for our family of 5. The location is great, close to beaches and restaurants. Very clean and equipped with every kitchen utensil needed. The outside shower was amazing. Everyone used it even my 3 year old. We will definitely be back.

We enjoyed staying in this house. It's cozy and clean. Liz was very nice and on top of everything. The neighborhood is great for walking/biking and very quiet. Close proximity to stores, restaurants, entertainment.

We loved our stay at The Good Hope Cottage so much!! It was clean, comfortable and close to everything we wanted to do on vacation!! I loved the quiet, peacefulness of the house and the neighborhood, and also that we were less than 5 minutes from beaches, shopping, restaurants, mini golf, and lots of other family fun activities!! It was perfect for our family and exactly what we needed to end our summer!!!

Liz was so amazing to work with. She made the process easy and completely stress free! She was helpful, kind and had great recommendations!! We cannot wait to go back next year!

We very much enjoyed our stay in this nice home. Cozy atmosphere and pleasant neighborhood. Comfy beds. Awesome owners helped with any questions we had. Located in a great place to explore up or down the Cape. And we were blessed with lovely weather!

The Good Hope Cottage was exactly what we needed after this long season of COVID. The cottage is super cute and impeccably clean. The house has everything you may need for a wonderful beach vacation. The neighborhood is very quiet and is close to many beautiful beaches and great seafood markets. We spent every meal while not on the beach on the back deck. We had coffee in the morning and dinner at night.

Liz was so kind and made check-in and checkout seamless.

Our family of three needed a vacation desperately and the Good Hope Cottage did not disappoint. The owners were absolutely lovely to work with and had everything we needed in the cottage. We love to cook even on vacation and found the kitchen was well stocked. We also used the cottage beach chairs, beach caddy and kick boards for the beach.

We found that the cottage was located close to everything we needed and we even ventured out for a day to Provincetown to see whales. Our six year old loved her top bunk and the pretty ocean themed lights in the room at night and we all adored Mayflower Beach-what a special place.

Thank you for everything, we are planning to be back again next year!

The house was exactly what we wanted. Clean and comfortable with every amenity we could have asked for. Waiting for other family members I could walk to the pond in the morning, or enjoy sitting in the quiet backyard (or snoozing in the hammock!).

Convenient to everywhere we wanted to go and pleasant to come back to at night, this was the ideal cottage to enjoy our vacation on the Cape. Thank you Liz!

What a lovely cottage! A perfect place for a visit to the Cape. Close to the beach, nature preserves, and museums. Easy drive to restaurants and stores.

The cottage was impeccably clean, well-appointed and charming. Beds are comfy! Wi-fi worked great!!! We zoomed for work and school while we were there with no trouble at all. I spent the morning on the back patio, coffee in hand, watching the birds. It's a festive outdoor space that will make post-beach barbecue dinners a lovely end to the day. (It was still too cold for dinner outside when we visited, but we will be back!) The outdoor shower is a nice touch.

All in all, a wonderful destination on the Cape.
