This family vacation home is located in a quiet neighborhood that borders the marsh extending from Lewis Pond. The home sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms (1 queen bed, 2 twins, and 1 single over double bunk bed) and has 1.5 baths, two living rooms and a large sunny dining area. Updates in winter 2023: renovated full bathroom. Updates in 2021: renovated dining area and large living room, new half bathroom with laundry, new outdoor shower, and new or refinished floors.

Amenities include air conditioning, dishwasher, washer/dryer, Wi-Fi, smart TVs with streaming services, outdoor shower, deck, BBQ grill, beach chairs, beach cart, beach toys, cornhole set and plenty of yard space for lawn games. Bring your own linens and towels. Sorry, no pets!

You can walk or bicycle the 1.8 miles to Seagull Beach on a side walk with no major intersections. Seagull Beach is a public beach with plenty of parking, a snack bar, bathrooms, a large jetty to fish from, and access for kayaks/paddleboards/canoes into Parker's River and Lewis Pond. You can also walk or bicycle on side walks to restaurants, ice cream, a bakery, mini golf, Cape Cod inflatable/water park, beach shops, and the Whydah Pirate Museum. There are numerous public golf courses within 12 miles of the house. Necessities like grocery stores and pharmacies are 1-2 miles away.

    Amazing Family Vacation Home

    Beautiful home, centrally located to all of our favorite Cape Cod spots. A perfect home to relax and enjoy family time. We have rented in this area with our family for over 20 years and this by far was our most positive experience. We look forward to renting again in the summers to come.

    Great house in Yarmouth

    This is a great house in a central location. We have been coming to the cape for years and this is one of our favorite houses. Clean with modern bathrooms and in a quiet neighborhood. Big yard with a nice outdoor shower.

    Cozy and Charming Stay

    My family and I had a cozy and relaxing stay here last week. We were able to cook meals in the evening and enjoy dinners in the spacious dining area. The outdoor shower was also amazing. We will definitely stay here again!

    Vacation home away from home

    We love staying at this rental!! It is a great find in a quiet neighborhood. We've visited our Cape Cod family for over 25 years and find this location very convenient! We walk to Seagull Beach for exercise (just under 2 miles one way). There are several restaurants within walking distance as well as several stores right on Route 28.

    Our family of four adults fit comfortably in this rental with room to spare. It's nice to have the two living room areas although we generally hang out in the larger one where we can all be together.
    The kitchen is fully stocked with accessories which makes cooking and eating in easy. The dining room is spacious and seats 8.
    Recently, the owners updated the full bathroom with a new shower and it's a great upgrade!

    Laurie is an absolute pleasure to work with and responds quickly.

    We love this gem of a home and we love staying here! Highly recommend!

    My family has been vacationing on Cape Cod for nearly 20 years. We've rented quite a few vacation houses in that time and recently bought one of our own. We use the house ourselves and, when we're not using it, we rent it to others.

    What is special about this property?
    The house is very tidy and uncluttered. Even though it is a smaller house, it has two nice large rooms to gather for meals, TV, and games. It also has a deck with dining table and plenty of yard space for lawn games (corn hole and Kadima provided).

    What is special about your town?
    The quiet neighborhood is situated between Seagull Beach and bustling Route 28 that offers plenty of restaurants, ice cream shops, mini golf, beach shops, Cape Cod inflatable/water park, and a pirate museum, as well as grocery stores and pharmacies within 1-2 miles.
