Your perfect Cape Cod vacation awaits you in this warm, inviting home. Affectionately named Sandy Shores for its beach decor, our home is situated in a quaint and quiet South Yarmouth neighborhood. Conveniently located to area beaches, restaurants, shops and entertainment, Anchors Away is the ideal destination for your getaway. Newly installed massive 6-hole putting green in the backyard!

Keyless entry welcomes you into a spacious kitchen with seating for 6. Just off the kitchen is the master bedroom, containing a queen bed. The open floor plan guides you to a very large, centrally located living room (21' x 11.5'), where you can relax, unwind, read a book, play games or watch television on the wall-mounted smart cable TV. Business grade internet allows you to stream movies and games on your mobile devices. Two additional bedrooms off of the living room, both containing two twin beds round out this beach house. Each bedroom has a dresser and closet for all of your storage needs. The side door off of the living room provides you convenient access to an outdoor patio with seating, a gas grill, and outdoor shower.

Enjoy a short half-mile walk to three of the areas nicest beaches, Parker's River Beach, South Middle Beach, and Smuggler's Beach (Bass River). A half-mile walk in the other direction brings you to restaurants, ice cream, and shops, as well as Skull Island Adventure Golf, which includes mini-golf, driving range, arcade, go karts, batting cages, and kickball. Old school family entertainment at its best!

Exclusions: Beach towels, coffee pods, iron, hair dryer, dishwasher, washer/dryer. There are a limited number of beach chairs in the shed for your use.

    My family and I had an amazing time! The place was tastefully decorated. We loved the games and toys that were available to use. Location was perfect, short walk to the beach and also close to many other activities such as ice cream and mini golf. Can't wait to stay again.

    Had a great stay

    Accommodations were clean, well stocked with cooking and eating necessities, had a great outdoor shower. Owners were very easy to work with. As they say - location, location, location - short walks to two beaches, close to shopping, eating and activities and especially a short walk to Skipper Chowder House for ice cream. Our grandkids really appreciated that short walk.

    Our Yarmouth Stay

    First time we have stayed in Yarmouth and loved the area. The house was ready for us after a long ride from Virginia. It was bright airy well stocked with all amenities. Thank you Pam and Steve.

    What is special about this property?
    Our home is in a great location that allows you to walk to just about any amenity from beaches, restaurants, shops, mini-golf entertainment park, groceries, and spirits. The home is very inviting so you can relax, unwind and enjoy. Every decoration throughout the home has been specifically selected, so our guests truly feel they are in paradise. Although our two units are part of a single duplex structure, we designed the outdoor entertaining spaces to be extremely private. A 7 minute, half mile stroll gets you to three of the areas nicest beaches.

    What is special about your town?
    My parents took my sister and I on many South Yarmouth vacations when we were young, and we continue to talk about those fond memories to this day. South Yarmouth is conveniently located in popular mid-Cape with tons of restaurants, beautiful beaches and a litany of entertainment options for the entire family. Take a walk on popular Route 28 and explore shopping, dining, ice cream, and mini-golf. Take a ride into downtown Hyannis to explore the malls or have drinks with friends. Head east to the Chatham Lighthouse to catch a sunrise, see the seals at Nauset Beach in Orleans, or continue to the tip of Cape Cod, Provincetown.
