This beautiful, 3 bedroom, with recently renovated 1.5 baths West Yarmouth home is a short walk to Englewood Beach and a 5 minute drive to Seagull beach. Englewood with its shallow, warm and calm waters is perfect for young children to play, or older kids to paddleboard and kayak. Seagull is a larger beach complete with snack bar and ample parking. If you prefer other beaches in Yarmouth, you can purchase a weekly Yarmouth beach sticker, which provides access to seven of Yarmouth’s beautiful beaches!

The house is centrally located - within a 10 minute drive to the great restaurants and beaches in Dennisport and a 10 minute drive to the ferries that can take you to Nantucket or the Vineyard as well as lively streets, shops and nightlife of Hyannis. We are also less than 1 mile away from Cape Cod Inflatable park.

The primary bedroom has a queen bed and a smart TV. The 2nd bedroom has a full bed and queen bed. The 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the needed cooking tools, and small and large appliances including dishwasher and microwave, toaster, 2 coffee makers including a Keurig, blender and crock pot. The living room offers comfortable seating for everyone and has a large smart TV with cable. There is a bonus room which offers both another smart TV / gaming room and a desk space with high speed internet access for remote work or schooling.

Outside, there is a patio with a built-in in firepit as well as a gas grill. A large dining table with umbrella seats six comfortably. The large yard is perfect for outdoor games and on the hopefully off chance of a rainy day you can use the PS4 or play one of our many board games.

The home offers Wi-Fi, central AC, washer/dryer and an enclosed newly renovated outdoor shower.

Beyond the beaches, the house is conveniently located Mid Cape Bay Side. Several restaurants are within walking distance like the Keltic Kitchen, El Mariachi, Ann and Fran's kitchen and more. It's also less than a mile from the Cape Cod Inflatable park and one mile southwest of such family favorites as the Whydah Pirate Museum, Captain Parker's and the Lobster Boat's fresh seafood. Day-trippers are within an hour drive to upper Cape locations like Wellfleet or Provincetown or lower Cape sites like Falmouth or Mashpee or head into downtown Hyannis three miles west to catch ferries to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket. There are also lots of public golf courses nearby.
