Your perfect Cape Cod vacation awaits you in this warm, inviting home. Affectionately named Anchors Away for its nautical decor, our home is situated in a quaint and quiet South Yarmouth neighborhood. Conveniently located to area beaches, restaurants, shops and entertainment, Anchors Away is the ideal destination for your getaway. Newly installed massive 6-hole putting green in the backyard!

Keyless entry welcomes you into a spacious kitchen with seating for 6. Just off the kitchen is the master bedroom, containing a queen bed. The open floor plan guides you to a very large, centrally located living room (21' x 11.5'), where you can relax, unwind, read a book, play games or watch television on the wall-mounted smart cable TV. Business grade internet allows you to stream movies and games on your mobile devices. Two additional bedrooms off of the living room, one containing two twin beds and another containing a twin/full bunk bed, round out this beach house. Each bedroom has a dresser and closet for all of your storage needs. The side door off of the living room provides you convenient access to an outdoor patio with seating, a gas grill, and outdoor shower.

Enjoy a short half-mile walk to three of the areas nicest beaches, Parker's River Beach, South Middle Beach, and Smuggler's Beach (Bass River). A half-mile walk in the other direction brings you to restaurants, ice cream, and shops, as well as Skull Island Adventure Golf, which includes mini-golf, driving range, arcade, go karts, batting cages, and kickball. Old school family entertainment at its best!

Exclusions: Beach towels, coffee pods, iron, hair dryer, dishwasher, washer/dryer. There are a limited number of beach chairs in the shed for your use.

    Anchors Away

    Thank you Steve and Pam for the perfect vacation week. The house was perfect and had EVERYTHING we needed and more!
    We did early morning walks to the beach at the end of the street. We did get a weekly beach pass and drove with all of our "supplies" to Smugglers beach and Seagull Beach. We had great weather and beaches daily.
    My daughter occupied the other side of the house and it was so convenient and fun to be that close. ( my grandson thought a connecting door would be great!)
    The house was clean and comfortable! The decor was really cute!
    Looking forward to staying again next year!!

    Great Rental! Perfect for 2 families!

    We loved this house! It was so nicely decorated and just a walk to the beach. Also just a walk to a great bar/restaurant - Skippers Chowder house. We had one part of the house and my parents rented the other side. It worked very well with little kids during bed time. Outdoor showers were awesome! Overall a great stay and we want to come back every year!!!

    Great vacation

    We loved our stay there. It was perfect for us because it had 2 units so half of us stayed in one and half in the other. It was beautifully decorated and super clean. We could walk to the beach and to Dunkin' Donuts. The place is so close to everything. Definitely going to book for next year!!

    Anchors Away

    Lovely cottage, had everything we needed including air conditioning! Our family was very sad and reluctant to move from a cottage we stayed in for more than 10 years. They say change is good and it is very true!

    We were so lucky to find this place. Super cute, spacious, comfortable etc etc.

    Steve and Pam are great owners I highly recommend their place in Yarmouth. We will be back. MH from CT

    Great duplex!! Wonderful location.

    Pam and Steve the owners were super helpful and easy to deal with. We rented one side and long time friends rented the other. We have a great time going back and forth between sides. The house is decorated beachy and we loved the theme. The location was perfect and we walked to the beach daily. We highly recommend the location and cottage!

    What is special about this property?
    Our home is in a great location that allows you to walk to just about any amenity from beaches, restaurants, shops, mini-golf entertainment park, groceries, and spirits. The home is very inviting so you can relax, unwind and enjoy. Every decoration throughout the home has been specifically selected, so our guests truly feel they are in paradise. Although our two units are part of a single duplex structure, we designed the outdoor entertaining spaces to be extremely private. A 7 minute, half mile stroll gets you to three of the areas nicest beaches.

    What is special about your town?
    My parents took my sister and I on many South Yarmouth vacations when we were young, and we continue to talk about those fond memories to this day. South Yarmouth is conveniently located in popular mid-Cape with tons of restaurants, beautiful beaches and a litany of entertainment options for the entire family. Take a walk on popular Route 28 and explore shopping, dining, ice cream, and mini-golf. Take a ride into downtown Hyannis to explore the malls or have drinks with friends. Head east to the Chatham Lighthouse to catch a sunrise, see the seals at Nauset Beach in Orleans, or continue to the tip of Cape Cod, Provincetown.
