We had such a wonderful stay and really appreciated all the small touches. It's very helpful to have "extra stuff" already in the house so that you can pack less. We would love to stay again next summer!

We booked this house to stay at during the Pan-Mass Challenge weekend and it was the perfect location! The house itself was VERY clean. Our favorite was enjoying morning coffee on the screened porch and it was comfortable for us, our friends and our kiddos! Will definitely stay again in the future!

Wonderful, well-appointed home with beautiful garden

We stayed at Your Cape Escape for the entire month of July and it was just perfect. Nestled in a quaint neighborhood, not far from Rte 6 and close to local beaches, it was the best location for us to get to all the Cape Cod Baseball games we needed to see as our son was playing for the Orleans Firebirds. Therese, the owner, was incredibly responsive and had thought of everything to make our longish stay very comfortable. Highly recommend this property.

We love Therese's place. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and is wonderfully decorated and has everything prepared for us (including beach chairs, beach toys for kids, and much more!) Therese also offered us early check in. We had a wonderful time here.

We enjoyed sitting in the screened in porch area in the evening. The home is a short drive to Mayflower beach. I would definitely stay here again!

This house is beautiful! Very nicely decorated with everything you need in a rental. The screened-in porch is perfect for hanging out after the beach or in the evenings. There is a great spot out back to grill too! The house is in a great location, close to a local market and about 10 minutes from Mayflower Beach. All in all a great house!

Cute house and super clean! We loved how stocked it was with some staples and condiments! Backyard was lovely and convenient location. Therese was very responsive and sweet!

We loved Therese's house! It was newly renovated, beautifully decorated and clean as a whistle. The outside was recently landscaped and lovely, as was the back patio and grill area. The house was outfitted with everything we needed in the kitchen, baths and bedrooms, no worries about sheets, towels, supplies. Loved the location, near supermarkets, beaches, and the bike trail. Therese was great to deal with and would definitely go back!

We had a very happy stay at this lovely home. It more than met our needs and expectations. It was well situated in a quiet neighborhood, but convenient to beaches, shopping and dining. It was in move-in condition and the owner was responsive and accomodating when called. The listing is accurate, but the photo doesn't do it justice!

My husband and I and two friends spent a wonderful few days at this home on the cape last September. The home is immaculate with modern furnishing and appliances, a beautiful screened in porch for lounging and having morning coffee. The backyard has a nice patio with seating and a picnic table for alfresco dining or catching some rays. We were minutes away from beaches, coffee shops, restaurants…really whatever you need. We look forward to another stay in the future! Just perfect…

In September, 2021 my husband and I and another couple rented this welcoming property for 3 nights. It was perfect! The beds are brand new and extremely comfortable and the bed linens are lovely. The house is well appointed with a beautiful new kitchen, two full baths and the owner has thoughtfully considered every last detail including beach towels and chairs.The community space includes a spacious, comfortable living room, dining room and outdoor screened porch as well as an outdoor patio space. An added delight is the outdoor shower! The property is in a quiet neighborhood, close to beaches, restaurants, shopping and all the delights of Cape Cod. I would highly recommend this property to couples or families as there is a bedroom set up for kids with two trundle beds ( sleeps four). We will most certainly return! We give this Cape Escape home 5 stars!*****
