This charming ranch, located on the historic 6A side of the Cape is close to quaint villages, shopping, dining and beautiful beaches!

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, right off of 6A, with easy access to the highway. Stylish and contemporary, it provides one floor living. The home's entryway leads into a living room with a comfortable sectional sofa as well as two lounging chairs. The whitewashed fireplace and large flat screen tv line one wall. The dining area seats 6 with a lovely mango wood table, perfect for meals and game night. The kitchen has all new appliances and an island with seating for three. The first of three spacious bedrooms contains a queen size bed and storage bench with cozy reading lights. The second bedroom (the kids room!) has two trundle beds and a small flat screen TV/DVD player for movie nights along with loads of DVD's. The guest bathroom offers a tub and a shower. The master bedroom contains a king bed with a private bath, reading lamps and an upholstered bench for storage. All linens, blankets, quilts, towels and beach towels are provided as well as beach chairs, an umbrella, beach toys and cooler.

Enjoy the screen porch with its small sectional sofa and two rocking chairs for a glass of wine or quiet conversation. The outdoor patio has a gas grill and a table for al fresco dining. Rinse off after a day at the beach in the outdoor shower! Central air conditioning has been installed for those hot sticky days.

A few miles away are some of the best beaches and kettle ponds on the Cape. The Cape Cod Rail Trail starts in Yarmouth, winding its way down to Wellfleet. Bike rentals are available near the trail as well as places to get a snack or picnic lunch.

The 28 side of the Cape with mini golf, go karts, batting cages and lots of other fun things to do is just a short ride away.

    We had a very happy stay at this lovely home. It more than met our needs and expectations. It was well situated in a quiet neighborhood, but convenient to beaches, shopping and dining. It was in move-in condition and the owner was responsive and accomodating when called. The listing is accurate, but the photo doesn't do it justice!

    Bliss on the cape !

    My husband and I and two friends spent a wonderful few days at this home on the cape last September. The home is immaculate with modern furnishing and appliances, a beautiful screened in porch for lounging and having morning coffee. The backyard has a nice patio with seating and a picnic table for alfresco dining or catching some rays. We were minutes away from beaches, coffee shops, restaurants…really whatever you need. We look forward to another stay in the future! Just perfect…

    Cape Escape is Perfect!

    In September, 2021 my husband and I and another couple rented this welcoming property for 3 nights. It was perfect! The beds are brand new and extremely comfortable and the bed linens are lovely. The house is well appointed with a beautiful new kitchen, two full baths and the owner has thoughtfully considered every last detail including beach towels and chairs.The community space includes a spacious, comfortable living room, dining room and outdoor screened porch as well as an outdoor patio space. An added delight is the outdoor shower! The property is in a quiet neighborhood, close to beaches, restaurants, shopping and all the delights of Cape Cod. I would highly recommend this property to couples or families as there is a bedroom set up for kids with two trundle beds ( sleeps four). We will most certainly return!     I have rented for years on the Cape during the summer. It has been a dream of mine to own a property here and we finally made it happen at the end of 2020. I designed the house to be some place that I would like to rent on vacation. I had central A/C installed because it does get hot on the Cape! The outdoor shower was put in so you can enjoy the experience of being able to shower outside in privacy. The furnishings are comfortable and kid proof. The screen porch provides shelter from weather and mosquitos. I have tried to think of every amenity I would like to see when I rent a house and incorporate it into my home for you to enjoy.

    What is special about this property?
    I love this layout of this house - it's all one floor for easy living. It has been completely remodeled and everything from plates to mattresses is brand new! Professionally designed the house is comfortable, kid proof and charming. The area is quiet yet you are just minutes from everything you may need. The nearby beaches are some of the best on the Cape!
