This rental property is fantastic! My friend rented the house in June and invited me down for the week. I loved the house and location so much I decided to rent it in August with my husband. The views are spectacular and the house is modern, clean and has everything you need. The owner Mike goes above and beyond to make sure his renters are happy and enjoy the vacation. I would recommend this rental property to anyone who is looking for a Slice of Heaven on the Cape. The only suggestion I would make is to provide some type of covering for shade on the outside deck. Maybe either an awning or a few umbrellas in the corners. Thanks for everything Mike and we will be back for sure! show more show less

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It is brand new, with all the latest appliances and systems. The house is cozy, clean and well furnished, with views of the water. It is a perfect size for a family of 5 (three adults and two young children). The walk to the beach is about two minutes. The beach is beautiful, with warm, shallow water perfect for kids. The owner is very responsive. Overall, a great property in a lovely, quiet neighborhood.

The property is newly renovated with beautiful views and very well equipped with everything you will need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Walking distance to the beach which is perfect for families with small kids.
The host is very responsive, friendly and helpful. When we arrived at the property he made sure that we are familiar with the property and the area. Before arriving we asked if he can provide a pack and play for our 10 months old and he did, during our stay one of the fire alarms went off at 11 at night and he helped us fix the issue and provided a new fire alarm the next day. show more show less

We've been vacationing at the Cape for over 30 years and this is one of the nicest we've ever rented. The home was immaculate and all the amenities new. The view of the bay was spectacular and just a very short walk to the beach. Mike met us there and was very helpful. As a bonus it is centrally located yet in a very quiet neighborhood.

I highly recommend this gem of a property. Brand new construction, fantastic location, beautifully appointed. The owner provides everything you need for a lovely vacation, and everything is top-quality. The outdoor shower is like a spa, the grill is a Weber, the sheets and towels are new, soft and comfortable. There are beach chairs, a beach cart and umbrellas provided. The kitchen is very well stocked. This is not a huge house, but every square inch is well utilized and planned out, so it never felt cramped or confined. And the pictures don't do the views justice - the house is VERY close to a lovely beach, and has unobstructed views of the bay.

Perhaps most importantly, the owner was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Rather than dealing with a corporate entity/rental company, you deal with the property owner himself, and he cares about making sure his guests are happy and comfortable. He was quick to respond to emails, gave us many tips for enjoying the area, and generally very pleasant. I have already recommended this property to friends and family. show more show less

What an amazing home! Beyond the fact that you are steps from the beach, the house is wonderfully built and beautifully appointed. When you walk in, you know immediately that you are at the beach.

The living room and kitchen area is comfortable and cozy for hanging out and enjoying the end of a great beach day. Anything you might need--from beach towels to lawn darts--has been thought of, so you can drop your bags and head out to the beach.

My personal favorite is the amazing view from the upstairs deck. A great way to end a day, watching the sun set as the ferries come in and out of the bay.

This new home is extremely clean and cozy. It was a great size for my family of 4 and the accessional family visits. Mike and his family were amazing hosts and were very attentive. Although the weather was not good, the views from the home and walks on the beach were amazing!

We rent homes quite often and I am glad to say this home is exceptional and I would highly recommend it! Can't wait to go back!
