    Great house within walking distance to beach

    Perfect house for our family group, with everything we needed for a great week on the Cape. Very clean & updated, tastefully decorated, and well-stocked. Comfortable beds & furniture. Lots of space to spread out, and plenty of seating both in kitchen & living room for when we wanted to all be together. A nice easy walk to the calm water beach, which also has a small parking lot with free parking. Close to plenty of restaurants, shopping, and things to do. Easy to communicate with rental agency. We would definitely recommend this house for a great Cape experience, and would not hesitate to stay here again! show more show less

    Great vacation home, great beach!

    Our multi-generational family loved staying at this home. The main level is bright and sunny with an updated kitchen. There was a lot of room for everyone to spend time together or spread out when needed. The house was clean and in a great, quiet neighborhood.
    We love Colonial Acres Beach - it is ideal for young children as the water is calm and shallow. The beach is great for taking long beach walks too. The beach is easy to walk to, but some days we drove all our gear down to the beach since there is free parking. show more show less
