    Convenient location

    This was our first time renting in the Cape so we can't compare. Prices in the Cape are ridiculous but this was priced more reasonably. We had a good stay.

    Pros - house had just been renovated so everything was new, location was great and walking distance to downtown and the island ferries, neighborhood was quiet, driving distance to several nice beaches

    Cons - windows in the bedrooms don't open so sleeping with fresh air was not an option, if you plan on doing more than light cooking kitchen utensils were a bit lacking (no can opener or bottle opener), skylight windows in bedroom had no shades to block out morning sun, the beach down the road is not very nice for swimming. show more show less
