Relaxing Cape Cod Get Away Summer Rental - Situated in South Yarmouth, this house is located 7/10 of a mile (walking distance) to Parker Beach and 1 mile from Bass River Beach.

Our home sleeps 6 people. The master bedroom has king size bed and its own TV, and the remaining 2 bedrooms have a set of twins in each room. All bedrooms have window air conditioners as well as ceiling fans for your comfortable nights sleep. We offer a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave/confection oven, toaster oven, toaster and a Keurig coffee maker. There is also a window air conditioner in the kitchen.

Entering the living room, you will find 2 full size couches, a recliner chair and a brand new 50'' screen TV with Amazon Fire Stick for your viewing pleasure. WiFi is also included.

I find the most relaxing part of this house is the 3 season porch. You can enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon cocktails in this comfortable space that has it own TV with Amazon Fire Stick as well as a cooling ceiling fan.

Other amenities include a washer and dryer located in the basement, relaxing outdoor shower with hot and cold water, picnic table, umbrella and table for 6, gas grill and a fenced in back yard.

You will enjoy the location since it is in walking distance to Dairy Queen, Sports Center, which has batting cages was well as mini golf and go carts, super market and several restaurants.

This is a Friday to Friday rental, which means you won't have to deal with off Cape traffic on Saturday and you will be able to have an entire weekend for fun.

No pets of any kind are allowed.

Wonderful house in a convenient location

My family and I rented this home for a long weekend. It had plenty of space, a great fenced in outdoor area, and was extremely convenient to the beach and Rt 28. Gayle, the owner was very responsive to emails and questions and everything about renting this home was extremely easy!

Great stay in a great location!

We enjoyed a week here even with a hurricane warning. Gayle was in touch and made sure everything was OK with us and the house.
The cute house is in a quiet neighborhood yet close to Rt 28 which has all sorts of restaurants and activities. We enjoyed the beach at the end of the road after 4 when it was free parking. We also visited other nearby beaches and enjoyed activities on Lower and Upper Cape since we were centrally located.

The house is well-equipped for cooking, grilling and just relaxing. We had an awesome time and did not want to leave.

Centrally Located!

We had a great week stay at this home. I wasn't super familiar with the area, but it ended up being a great base for trips to the upper Cape or lower Cape! Beach was a 15-minute walk or a quick drive if you wanted to pay for parking. Mini golf, ice cream and go-karts were a short walk up the street.

The home was well equipped and clean, and the hosts were great to communicate with.

My husband and I recently purchased this house from my family . This is our 1st year for a summer rental and we're excited about sharing it with families wanting to experience the Cape for its beautiful scenery and gorgeous beaches.

What is special about this property?
The most we love about this house is its location. To think, you can walk to the end of the street and be at the beach and watch the most beautiful sunsets. You are also in walking distance to stores restaurants and Dairy Queen!!
