We had a great time staying here for our 4th annual cape cod trip. Our group had 4 adults with 5 children under five and we had plenty of space. The house is immaculate and has everything you would need to feel at home. There was also way more beach gear/toys than I expected which was awesome for the kids. The backyard is also much bigger in person and a great space to unwind after a day at the beach. The outdoor shower is a 10/10.

Would highly recommend and look forward to returning!

This home is adorable, and is stocked with anything and everything you might need. I will definitely recommend this home to anyone who wants to spend a week at the Cape. Thank you for making this vacation a success.

My friends and I came to Cape Cod for a mini vacation. What an incredible vacation it was! The homeowner Jessica made sure every detail was perfect, including fresh flowers and a card welcoming our group! Her home was so well appointed that we truly needed nothing accept clothing to get through our week! She even had beach chairs, umbrellas and a wagon to take to the beach so we didn't have to bring it all from home! What a wonderful stay we had in her beautiful home! Thank you Jessica and can't wait to get back next year!

We had a week-long stay in this house. It has been refurbished from top to bottom with all new appliances, beds, TVs, etc. The kitchen had everything and more than anyone would need. We boiled lobsters, used the new gas grill, sat around the fire pit, and everyone, including the 2 year old loved the well-appointed outdoor shower.

The owners haven't missed any details and they provide everything you'll need (sheets, towels, beach towels and toys, backyard games, indoor games, soaps, shampoos, etc.). We had six adults and a 2 year old and we never felt cramped. The backyard is large and very usable. We played corn hole, ladder ball, and Molkky/Skittle Scatter (which had never heard of). We loved Skittle Scatter so much that we purchased our own set.

Honestly, we can't say enough about the owners and their wonderful place. It met and exceed all of our expectations and we will certainly be visiting this house again soon.

We had an amazing stay at After Dune Delight! Jessica and Jay have truly thought of everything to make your stay feel just like home—every time we opened a cabinet or door we kept exclaiming how they had another thing we wouldn't think was in a rental, but made our stay feel that much more like home. The location of the house is in a quiet neighborhood that had easy access to a great beach and was perfect to go on walks or bike rides in. The house itself has just been completely redone and is the perfect Cape style home with an awesome floor plan that allowed our big group to stay connected with the open kitchen living room space. The backyard is the perfect place for a barbecue, game of corn hole, or to enjoy an afternoon glass of wine on the Adirondack chairs. And the outdoor shower was the most luxurious one I've ever used on the Cape! Would highly recommend staying here, you won't regret it!

Stayed here 8/05-8/12 and had an amazing vacation week with family and friends. This house is so beautiful and comfortable. The owners have thought of EVERYTHING. There is nothing it doesn't have. The firepit was great to sit around at night. The patio is inviting and the outside shower after coming back from the beach was the best! The owners give great local suggestions for restaurants and many other attractions. When we arrived we were greeted with a gift bag with many of the local treats with a welcome card to personalize our stay....very nice touch.
All beach accessories are provided, from chairs to boogie boards, even a cooler to use. The house décor is superb and the care they have for their renters clearly shows. I'd stay here at ''After Dune Delight'' again and again!

We can't say enough about our vacation at After Dune Delight! The owners, Jessica and Jay, have thought of everything! This newly renovated Cape home is a perfect getaway for any family. Our family of nine had plenty of room and enjoyed every aspect of this home. The kitchen is easy to work in and supplied with every thing you need. After our first night's sleep, everyone wanted to know the name of the mattresses-just awesome!
The patio was lovely, and we spent so much time there. The spacious lawn was perfect for our family games, and we ended many of our nights around the fire pit, roasting marshmallows!
If you forgot to bring something, you can be assured that it was provided. The garage had everything you needed for your days at the beach.
When we return to the Cape, we will definitely stay at After Dune Delight!

You won't be disappointed! Jessica and Jay have thought of everything in renovating this home. Every room is tastefully decorated and all the appliances are of the highest quality. There's a wonderful patio in the backyard where we enjoyed dinners as well as the fire pit. It's at the end of a dead end so it's very private. Also, it's a short walk to Colonial Acres beach. All in all, I would highly recommend this rental!

Jessica's home was completely renovated and they thought of everything we could have needed while staying on the Cape for a week. Not having to bring bed linens, bath or beach towels, beach chairs and more was so helpful. The kitchen was well stocked too. The outdoor shower was perfect! The backyard solo stove and camping chairs provided was perfect for relaxing at night. We had a fantastic week! Jessica was very responsive and helpful when asking lots of questions about things to do on the cape as well.

Highly recommend this rental! It has everything you could ever need in it. So much thought and detail put into this home. Owners are very responsive.

There was nine of us, and we had plenty of room. Kitchen has everything you could possibly need. The house was very clean and organized.
Amazing host, they were so kind, went over and above like you would do for family. House is beautiful, back porch with fire pit is nice and cozy. We did not have a car, the house is located just a block from the main road to catch the local bus. And just a couple of blocks to the water. It could not have been better.

After Dune Delight is more than just a delight! The home is beautifully designed and the homeowners did not miss one detail. They have thought of and supplied everything you need to enjoy your vacation. From inside the home to the outdoor space, everything you need is there to relax and enjoy your vacation. The beach is a short walk, as well as dining options. We look forward to returning to this home again!

This was the perfect house for our group of eight (3 adults
and 5 teenage kids!) The home was impeccable both
inside and out and offered plenty of space for all of us.
Three large kitchen island and outdoor patio table allowed
for family meals and we spent every night around the
awesome solo stove while the kids played cornhole, wiffleball, or just chilled with some music. In addition to
being an amazing property in a convenient location near
the beach, mini-golf, etc, the amenities were endless!
Every household essential, every indoor or outdoor game,
every beach necessity…all provided! We couldn't have
asked for more, and we can't wait to return next year!

Our family of 6 stayed in this recently fully renovated home. We had the best week exploring Yarmouth and beyond. Beach is in walking distance to the house which is great for adults, kids and even older kids to have some independence. We were also able to walk to the bagel store, the antique store and a nice restaurant for dinner.
The house and grounds are immaculate and the attention to detail made my house seem sad (said my kids). It was so nice to have everything we needed from the bedding and towels, to the kitchen amenities to the outdoor games. A lot of love when into this house and it shows.
Great location, near mini golf, ice cream and shops and restaurants.
We cant wait to go back.

We stayed at this beautiful home for the first time this summer - it's amazing! The home is beautifully laid out with relaxing colors and decor and super clean. The landscaping is impeccable, the patio large with plenty of seating. And, who could forget the outdoor shower?! By far the nicest one we've experienced at any of our Cape rentals. But one of the best things about this home is the incredible attention to detail by Jess and Jay. There is everything you could ask for available to you - beach towels, sheets, beach items (chairs, a wagon, beach toys, umbrellas, even a mini beach table!), soap, shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent. Did you forget your portable speaker? No worries - it's there. How about games for the kids (because who can really pack more stuff?) - all set and plenty available. All of the items in the home are top notch too - Weber grill, Solo outdoor firepit, Dyson vacuum. Jess is a gracious host - easy to get in touch with, super responsive, and she even left us a small gift basket upon arrival :) Short and flat walk to the beach which had warm water and was great for our younger girls. Plenty of parking available and a quiet neighborhood. Thank you for the wonderful week away - we definitely hope to return!

Just got back from a wonderful week. Jessica really makes you feel like your at a five star hotel. It's the perfect cape house. My kids and parents had an amazing time. The walk to be beach is easy and the beach is just perfect for kids. They really thought of every detail. We hope to be lucky enough to stay here again.

When we arrived, we could not believe our eyes! What an absolutely gorgeous home! We loved everything about it. Everything is brand new - from the walls, to the floors to the appliances, furniture, kitchenware, linens, towels, bedding, outdoor furniture - you name it, it's new.

Anything you needed for the beach was supplied. And the backyard was a lovely oasis with a great outdoor shower and large yard. We had everything we could possibly want! The house is at the end of a dead end street and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. It's centrally located and close to many attractions, restaurants and beaches.

It was a dream working with Jessica. Everything she promised, she delivered! She was extremely responsive to texts and emails and 6 days after we got home, I received my security deposit back! That's amazing. Jessica and Jay, thank you for the opportunity to rent your beautiful dream home. We will be back!

- [ ] My family of 10 (myself, 2 daughters & 7 grandchildren) had the pleasure of vacationing at 'After Dune Delight' for a week in July. We couldn't have been happier with our choice! Jessica & Jay created a newly renovated, beautiful and comfortable 'home away from home' that we got to enjoy! It was great to be within walking distance to Colonial Acres Beach. We made many good memories there!
- [ ] We have had a tradition of vacationing on the Cape from the time my daughters were very young. Of all our rentals through the years this home is by far the best! It has it all! We appreciated the organized and well-stocked kitchen; beds, linens, towels & toiletry items to rival any up-scale hotel; beach towels, beach chairs, toys, etc.
- [ ] We especially enjoyed the great outdoor space! The spacious outdoor shower got lots of use after a day at the beach. The lovely and comfortable patio furniture more than accommodated our large group for eating, relaxing, and gathering around the solo stove for S'mores. The large fenced yard was perfect for the kids to play whiffle ball, toss a football or just run & play. The hook & ring toss game became a favorite challenge for us all!

From her 'Welcome' note & gift pail upon arrival, to her 'Thank you' email after departure, she is committed to making your stay perfect!

Just returned from After Dune Delight and it was everything the description promised. A welcoming sand pail filled with Cape Cod specialties greeted us and I knew this would be special.

The newly renovated cottage is beautiful in its finishes & decor as well as comfortable with new furniture & mattresses. Jessica exceeded my family's expectations by providing so many perks & amenities that we would usually bring or buy. Having rented at the Cape before this rental is a "step up"~it's the little touches, soap & shampoo in every shower, a place to charge your phone, a handy Dustbuster and the BIG conveniences like beach & bath towels, new beach chairs, umbrella, wagon & cart all right there.

My family (4 adults 2 children) enjoyed having a shaded yard to play games (also provided) post beach and the generous patio set with new outdoor furniture a grill and Solo stove.

Jessica is a pleasure to work with and sincerely wants your stay to be as perfect as it can be. There is no doubt this will be a family favorite.

My husband and I along with friends were lucky enough to stay at this beautiful vacation home. It was so comfortable and everything you could possibly need was provided. The house is so bright and decorated with such charm. I would highly recommend it. You will be very pleased.
