Beautiful Cape Cod home centrally located with gorgeous landscapes private backyard and outdoor shower. Great central location if you are driving around the cape. Kitchen is fully stocked. We stayed 2 weeks. Traveled with our dogs who loved the fenced in backyard. We loved the patio and strings of light hung all around the yard and spent a lot of time there. Neighborhood is super quiet and nice for walks. The two driveways easily accommodated three cars and could probably handle one or two more cars. The layout worked well for us (4 adults). Definitely would stay there again.

This is our second time staying at David's rental and we couldn't be more happy. The house is well kept and is in a perfect location. Our 2 dogs feel right at home during our stay. It really makes our Cape Cod experience more rewarding when our dogs can enjoy it too. They are obsessed with the big fenced in backyard. The house is very spacious for small groups. Any night that we don't want to go out, cooking and enjoying the outdoor patio is a great time. Anything you can think of is provided at this rental. If you happen to forget something, there is a good chance David has it covered. In addition, it also has a nice cozy fireplace outside too! Lastly, David is very prompt in getting back to you if you need anything!

We loved our stay here! Super easy communication, very clean home, and the backyard is really something special. Gorgeous trees with lots of bird and rabbit activity. Awesome spot!

This rental was exactly as described, with no disappointments. The home was extremely clean, updated, and the furnitings were nice and well maintained. The home was well stocked with everything you could possibly need or want in a rental. The back yard was georgeous, and more lovely at night when the string lights came on. The informational binder had all of the liscensing documents, numerous pamphlets for restaurants and things of interest in the area. During my two month stay I found the home to be inviting, warm, and comfortable. The home was everything I needed to transition to retirement. The owner was very responsive and quick to answer any questions I had and to give recommendations to the best restaurants and activities in the area. He always ended his communications with stating to let him know if I needed anything or if there was anything he could do to improve my stay. The home owner appears to be a very responsible home owner and one who cares about his property and wants his tentents to have an enjoyable stay. The home owner was personable and treated me like an old friend. I had a delightful stay and hope to return soon.

Wife and I have stayed a lot of places on the Cape over the years, after a couple of years off we chose a VRBO this year for our Anniversary. We couldnt have picked a better Host, very professional and honest, also take any advise they give, if you are a foodie. We ate at 2 of the 3 places suggested, and we will return to both. Absolutly made our trip, the house, the fenced in yard, the fire pit, and most of all the Host, made everything easy. 5 is the most i could give but if it were up to my wife and I this was a 10. And we will be back!!

Our stay was just perfect. Four adults had plenty of room and the back door oasis was something very special. The house was very well appointed and had all the necessities required for our stay. We hope to return.

Really enjoyed staying at this house. It's bright, clean, and is stocked with everything you may need. The back yard and the outdoor shower were the best. Also on the hot days the central air was wonderful. David was quick to reply with any questions and sent instructions that were easy to follow. I would definitely recommend this house.

David was very communicative and answered our questions promptly. it's a beautiful place and would like to stay here again!

Amazing Month Stay!

What an amazing month long stay I had at the cape escape!! Cape Escape was truly my relaxing escape for a month with my dog. The house was perfect, the backyard beyond exceeded my expectations. Nala enjoyed chasing all the squirrels & birds along the fence line. David was wonderful communicating & made sure I had everything I needed. He even came by one night & started the fire pit for me. The neighborhoods were safe & amazing to walk my dog. 5-10 min walk to a local little beach & pier/boardwalk. 5 stars, even 10 stars. I am so thankful for my stay. Thanks again for everything David!

David's place was exactly what we needed for our anniversary trip. We brought our two dogs with us, and he had a nicely maintained yard for them. He also provided some top-notch local recommendations for us which helped a ton! And since weather was nice, we were able to enjoy a nice fire with some s'mores every night. The neighborhood itself is quiet and near some good restaurants. Easy to access other areas on the cape if you have a car.

David was an amazing host every step of the way and couldn't have been nicer. He was very communicative throughout the entire process and even gave us some local recommendations which we appreciated. Additionally, he was extremely flexible with our check-in and check-out times which made things super easy. Place was in great shape and the fenced in backyard was a great private space where we could feel at home and let our dog run around. Definitely looking forward to hopefully staying again next time we're in the area!

Honestly, we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay while visiting the Cape! David was so nice & accommodating. David's home was one of our favorites. Located in the center of the Cape, it's easy to get from one end to the other. The fenced in yard was perfect, our dog agreed. We sat in the yard every morning and evening; We even built a fire one night. The Inside was very comfortable too. David was super helpful and gave us some great local recommendations. Wonderful short stay. My family and I rented David's place for the 1st time Easter wknd. You can definitely call David a Superhost. He provided clear instructions, was very responsive and provided great recommendations.

The home was immaculate. Super Clean, organized and had everything you need. You really do not have to pack a thing except your clothes & food!

The house fit my family of 5 plus 2 dogs comfortably. We loved that the yard was large and fully fenced in.

Highly recommend as we definitely will be coming back.

Home is convenient to beaches, shopping, golf and resturants.. if you chose to stay home their is a wonderful family room where you can stream movies and more. There is also a large backyard with a grill, table, and relaxing sitting area.

We had a wonderful time. The house was very clean, nicely decorated and very bright and cheery. Fully stocked with just about anything you need. Our dog loved the huge fenced in backyard, which was very private. There is a very nice dog park ~1 mile away. Plenty of stores, restaurants, gas stations close by. Provincetown is only an hour away and visited Truro Vineyards on our way back. So many yummy seafood restaurants. Tried a different one each night! David was very helpful with suggestions and there is plenty of brochures at the house for things to do in the area. Nice, quiet, safe neighborhood. This was our favorite Airbnb so far. Would recommend it .

David was the most helpful and responsive host. He made everything so easy. David's home is comfortable and has everything I needed. The bed I slept in was on the softer side though I slept fine. The highlight was the yard; my two dogs had so much fun back there. It was quite reassuring that I could let them in and out as I was working in between on-site work meetings in Barnstable and Dennis.

We had an absolutely great stay at David's home. It was easy to find with plenty of parking. The property was large and peaceful and the fence meant our dogs could run free. The home was bright and airy with skylights, lots of windows and plenty of pots, pans, knives and utensils to cook with. It was clean and there were no pet smells. Yarmouth was a great central location to make day trips from and to see all the Cape had to offer. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit here and would not hesitate to book another stay with David. You won't be disappointed!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at David's house. The house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed and more! The bed was comfortable and the sectional in the den was comfortable for relaxing after our busy days of sightseeing. The backyard was beautiful and conveniently fenced in for our dogs. Thankfully we were able to keep our bikes in the shed and out of the rain. David kindly provided wood for the outdoor firepit, which we enjoyed sitting around when the weather allowed. Being centrally located, the house was in a perfect location to explore the cape. There were plenty of restaurants, shops, and beautiful beaches nearby as well. David was a great host, he goes out of his way to make sure you have everything you need! He was very helpful in providing great recommendations, and even alerted us to construction on the Sagamore Bridge. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

Wonderful spaced out two bedroom bungalow. Was perfect for us meeting up with family that live in the Cape already. The kitchen is well stocked and open concept very nice for entertaining. The back yard is beautiful. Unfortunately, we were late in the season but would have loved to have a fire and sit out back in season! David's communication is wonderful up front and responding! We stayed a week at David's place. You will not be disappointed. We loved the location too. the backyard is huge and has every type of sitting area to enjoy the yard. Squirrels running up and down the trees. The house is lovely, comfortable and clean. Beds were very comfortable and we slept very well. David responded to any questions we had right away. He went above the bar by having some food in the fridge for the morning as we got in late and had no time for getting food. You won't be disappointed.

The house was super close to Seagull Beach, which was gorgeous esp at sunset, and located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Everything was as advertised and we had all that we needed for our 3-night stay. Our dog loved the fenced in backyard and back patio. Although the rain prohibited us from spending too much time out there, it was such an inviting space. We would definitely recommend staying here and hope to enjoy another stay in the near future!

This was our 3rd time staying at our favorite Cape house!! Perfect location to shops, restaurants and beaches!! The house had plenty of room to fit our family of 4! The family room is away from the bedrooms which was my favorite part!! Relaxing at night was nice! The décor and cleanliness of the house was definitely 5 stars! The huge fenced in backyard and brand new outside shower and deck were also a huge bonus!! We also love the fire place outside! Perfect for family nights and smores! The cottage was amazing, many options for food and entertainment nearby. Upon arrival, we noticed the house was shiny clean, and everything was setup and ready for our presence. The bedrooms were very spacious and comfortable. The neighborhood is very quiet, only the occasional car passing by, and the house was suited us very well.

Absolutely one of the best places we have stayed at. House was immaculate, well organized and completely stocked. David was extremely responsive and answered all of our questions. Backyard was so peaceful, with an outdoor shower which my daughter loved. Great location, with grocery, drug, and package stores within 5 miles. Seagull beach was lovely and also s short distance away. Will definitely be back next summer!

We rented from David in July of 2022. We had an amazing time and made lots of memories. This home is located on a quiet street with beautiful mature trees in the back of the property. The highlight of this house is the back yard. We spent every night hanging out on the couches by the fireplace, it is the perfect spot to relax and have a drink. The house is clean and updated and provides all the amenities you need to have a stress free vacation. David is excellent to deal with and was always available. We hope to rent this beautiful property again in the future.

The house is perfect. The pictures of the house are true in every sense, and yet you have no idea how spacious and open it feels. The owners have gone beyond what most rentals are., right down to perfect pot and utensils for your own clam bake. You are on the Cape with central AC, massive fenced backyard, two outdoor sitting area's, grills and more.
The beach is a five minute drive away. If you have little ones you can go in the morning … Let them nap at house and return.
The neighborhood is quiet… no traffic. Most enjoyable trip

within 2 miles of the house. Fish was fresh and great prices. The ice cream place was enticing every day. No surprise we will be returning next summer.

David's place is a hidden gem! The place is located in a quiet residential street, we felt very safe. It is close to beaches, and supermarket. The place is quant, clean and well stocked. We found everything we needed and more. Impressed with the extra care in stocking the kitchen pantry and household items. The back patio has newly renovated deck with outdoor shower. This place is a gem! Wonderful location to be based out of in Cape Cod - quiet area, and easy access to many other locations on the Cape. As for the house itself, access was very simple. David was very communicative throughout the whole process. The house was also extremely clean and well equipped. We really enjoyed having the huge yard with the BBQ grill. The den area was also very nice. If you are a Red Sox fan you will love all the newspaper clippings and ticket stubs on the wall. Also having a washer + dryer is a huge plus. We will definitely be back here the next time we visit Cape Cod!

Fantastic communication from David starting from booking our reservation all the way through our stay. The property was amazing and exceeded our expectations, plus the neighborhood was super quiet. It was more than enough room to stretch out, relax and enjoy the Cape. Definitely would stay here again!

David's place was great and is pretty much exactly as listed. It was very well stocked with everything you could need - towels, sheets, toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies, dishes, cups, and more! We didn't find ourselves missing any household items that we needed. The layout worked out really well for us as the two bedrooms and the den are on opposite sides. That meant that we could watch TV without waking up the kids at night. The one-floor house also made it easy for our kids to get around without us worrying.

David also went out of his way to provide for us a crib for our one-year old. It was brand new with a brand new mattress as well! Our only improvement would be for blackout blinds or curtains so the kids would sleep in a little later :D. The location was easy to get to and close to everything. After a day, you can easily get around without requiring GPS and it's just 10 minutes away from awesome seafood and ice cream.

Lastly, David was extremely communicative during the entire stay and made sure we were doing alright. Again, David went out of his way to provide us with a brand new crib so overall I have to rate this stay 5 stars and would gladly stay here again!

A beautiful property offering a peaceful and relaxing few days. Perfectly situated to head in any direction. Clean, well stocked and did I mention peaceful??? Quiet too! Even though we did not utilize the back yard it was certainly beautiful. It was little too cool for us to sit outside but I can picture sitting out there in the warmer months. A definite 5 star vacation!

We loved this home! I have stayed in many and this was one of my faves. The location is perfect as it is central to the peninsula, hour and a half to either side. The house layout is perfect with two equal bedrooms and two bathrooms and there are even two living rooms. The backyard was HUGE and private with tall fences around it. A lovely variety of trees full of acorns and squirrel friends in the backyard too. A sunrise walk is highly recommended in this neighborhood to hear the variety of bird sounds around the surrounding ponds. There are also cute bunnies and squirrels very active at this time. David was a wonderful host, very accommodating and communicated everything quickly leading up to the reservation, left us to enjoy our stay once we arrived - much appreciated! We will happily return to this lovely spot in the future!

We spent 3 days at David's house. Check in was a breeze (coded electronic lock). The place was impeccably clean and had everything listed on its web page. All equipment worked fine, obviously the owners take care of all details on a regular basis. Communication was easy and almost instant. Also, per our request David generously extended our check out time for several more hours. Overall, we greatly enjoyed our stay - thanks David!

My husband and I have been coming to the Cape for for almost 10 years now!! David's house was hands down the best house we have ever rented!!! Perfect location to shops, restaurants and beaches!! The house had plenty of room to fit our family of 4! The family room away from the bedrooms was my favorite part!! Relaxing at night was nice! The decor and cleanliness of the house was definitely 5 stars! The huge fenced in backyard and outside shower were also a huge bonus!! We can't wait to come back next year!!! Thank you David!!

We really enjoyed our stay at David's . Everything was as it was listed and David was very easy to communicate with, We had a great time, location was perfect to visit a lot of nearby attractions. We hope to be back. Thank you David

Communication with David was great. The house was spotless and had all the little things to meet our needs. The fenced in back yard is a beautiful spot to relax. The overall location was convenient... caught sunset one night from the west coast, supermarket not far away, bike trails nearby, and lots of food options around. Would highly recommend!

We spent five days on Cape Cod at David and Susana's home. Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, it was a great home base to travel anywhere on the island. Located minutes away from many beautiful beaches (some are free). Plenty of places to eat close by and food stores are right there. Light, airy, and newly decorated, we felt instantly at home. Everything was fresh and clean. The beds were comfortable and there was ample space to relax. All of the little details did not go unnoticed. From the presentation of the towels to the little soaps and shampoos to the well-stocked kitchen to the shed full of beach chairs and umbrellas, it all made our stay that much better. Time did not all for us to use the grill or outdoor fireplace but they looked inviting. David was wonderful. He was very quick to respond. Communication was very clear and he provided lots of great suggestions. The only thing, and this is probably because we were unfamiliar with this type of streaming, was not being able to access network and local TV via traditional cable. David did offer to help us out but at that point, we just used our Netflix account to watch movies. Other than that, we had a wonderful time and wish we could have stayed longer.

We had a wonderful time staying here. Great location. 5-10 minutes away from beaches, mini golf, shopping and the Cape Cod Inflatable park (great for kids). The house was beautiful and clean. The large backyard and BBQ grill are definitely a plus. We would definitely stay here again.
