Time to relax and kick off your shoes in this spacious, yet cozy Cape Cod ranch.

Located in a quiet neighborhood with lots of space to walk, and ride your bike. Our house features a four-season room with a television and plenty of seating. A large open living room/dining area, with a cozy kitchen. Two good sized bedrooms with plenty of closet space and dressers. Full bathroom with tub/shower which is furnished with grab rails. Towels, linens and bath toiletries are provided.

There is a partially finished cellar with a pull-out couch and television. A washer/dryer, iron, and ironing board are also located in the basement. Step outside to a beautiful patio, with outdoor furniture, a fire pit, and a grill. An outdoor shower is also available and makes the perfect place to wash off the sand from your fun day at the beach. WIFI, Netflix and cable are all included.

The house is centrally situated between the ocean and bay side beaches, both just a short drive away. Walk to see the Cape Cod Baseball League play at the Dennis/Yarmouth High School just 4/10 mile away, or ride down to the Cape Cod bike trail which is just a mile up the road. Sweet Tomatoes Pizza is a mile away with great pizza, salads and sandwiches.

Sea Dog Brew Pub is just up the road as well. Miniature Golf, museums and great restaurants are all in town. Grocery stores, and pharmacies are all just a mile away. There is nothing better than an after dinner trip to the Cape Cod Creamery, for that special homemade ice cream treat.

    Wonderful stay in South Yarmouth!

    Amazing property inside and out! The house is very conveniently located to shops, beaches and restaurants. My children loved riding their bikes in the quiet neighborhood. The house is a great size for a 2 bedroom and had all the amenities we could have possibly needed for a vacation. The laundry was definitely a bonus! The beds were very comfortable. The decor was very cute and nautical themed as well. Noreen was very responsive as soon as I had inquired about renting the week and easy to work with throughout our stay. We have been renting at the Cape for 6 years and this house was by far my favorite. Plenty of room, great yard and patio. Absolutely perfect for the 4 of us. Can't wait to return!
