Our multi-generational family had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Cape Cod rental. The space was perfect for spending quality time together — we played games on the floor, watched TV, and relaxed comfortably all in one oversized great room. At the same time, the layout allowed everyone to retreat to separate areas when needed.

The well-stocked spacious kitchen was ideal for preparing home-cooked meals, and the bedrooms and bathrooms were generously sized and conveniently located across all three floors. Though we visited in winter and couldn't fully enjoy the beautiful outdoor spaces, we would love to return in the summer to experience everything the property has to offer.

The location was ideal, and the host was incredibly communicative, providing helpful recommendations for local eateries and attractions. We truly had the best time and can't wait to come back!

If you are looking for a well maintained, spacious and beautiful home to vacation in, this is the spot to be. You feel right at home from the moment you walk through the door, and you can tell this home is well cared for. The yard and pool area were perfect, and there is plenty of space for a large family to spread out. Homeowner was very responsive to a few questions we had and was very prompt with sending check information and making sure we were enjoying are stay. You are very close to a lot of activities, shops and places to eat; however, the neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful you feel like you are on a retreat in the woods. All my children from adults to little ones are asking if we can book again next year. I highly recommend this home there wasn't one thing I would change. show more show less

My friends and I stayed here for Labor Day Weekend and it couldn't have been more perfect. To start, the location was everything we could have asked for. Short rides to bars and restaurants and beaches. The yard and pool were beautiful and had so much space.

There were plenty of beds for all of us (14 total.) and the air conditioning was TOP TIER. Jen was so amazing and helpful the entire booking process and throughout our stay. We will 100% be staying here again and hope to make this our LDW house every year! It was an oasis. show more show less

We had a golf trip and stayed at the Merch house with all of the guys! The house was amazing which included everything we needed! Plenty of rooms to accommodate everyone! This included a nice deck, backyard, and heated pool! Jen was responsive and helpful whenever needed! Would a absolutely recommend!

My family had another wonderful visit to the Merch House! This time we did a long weekend with our friends. There was plenty of space for everyone... the kids playing in all the different living areas and ample kitchen space for the adults to mingle. We might even make it an annual thing!

The house was located close to all our favorite Cape cod beaches and restaurants. It was a quiet neighborhood perfect for walks and bike rides with kids. The house had everything we needed to prepare meals and was very spacious. It had more than enough room for our 2 families to spread out with 3 tv rooms and all the bedrooms. The pool was also a great spot to hang out after a day at the beach. We definitely are looking forward to spending next summer at The Merch House!

This rental was absolutely perfect for our entire family!! We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The house was spotless when we arrived and there was more than enough bedrooms for our needs. The beautiful pool area provided entertainment for all ages from new born to grandparents! There was plenty to do and everything was very close to get to from the beach, to restaurants, to local grocery stores. Home was thoughtfully appointed, clean and lots of family friendly amenities. Pool was perfect for hanging out and the location was convenient to great beaches and Cape attractions. The host was easy to communicate with and helpful with information and reminders. We throughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return.

Kelly family vacation at the Cape. All the comforts of home in huge house. Internet does not do it justice. We enjoyed the pool as well as walks near the pond. Location was central and easy to navigate to other awesome spots on Cape. Jen was great and very informative and accommodating. Not our first rental in Cape and definitely not our last. Thank you!!

The Merch House was ideal for our family reunion. The house is laid out perfectly for a large group of different generations (and wake up times), the location was wonderful--very accessible to town and other attractions but felt peaceful surrounded by ponds and trees. Great pool area, great common spaces, we'd love to come back again next year!
