Luxury home with central A/C and freshwater beach rights, located just a few steps from Long Pond in a very quiet neighborhood.

This beautifully furnished 3 bedroom and 2 1/2 bath home has a large fully equipped kitchen. The sliding door in the dining area leads to the very private back yard, surrounded by flowering hibiscus trees. The deck is fully equipped with a gas grill and a small charcoal grill.

Two bedrooms have a queen-size bed each, one of them is master with its own bathroom. The third bedroom has two twin beds and a twin-over-twin bunk bed. Linens are provided upon request.

The large family room has leather recliners and smart TV, where you can relax, or just discuss your next day's schedule, while kids are at sleep - pocket doors provide excellent noise isolation. Hardwood floors are found throughout. All measures are taken to provide a low allergy environment.

Fifty yards to a private beach on Long Pond, where you can swim, or use provided double kayak and paddleboard, located in the attached garage. There you will find beach chairs and other beach equipment.

If you prefer saltwater, the closest beach is Smuggler's/Bass River beach at the mouth of Bass River, which is just 1.5 miles away. Fishermen will find a convenient boat launch there. Our parking can fit any size trailer if you decide to bring your own boat. Otherwise, many private vessels depart from this slip in search of stripers, tuna and bottom species.
