What a great spot to vacation in Cape Cod! The location was perfect….central to everything. The house was well stocked and beautifully decorated. The hosts were very accommodating and made sure all our needs were met. The house was very clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend renting here!

We loved having beach towels available and multiple living rooms to gather with family. Backyard has great fenced in area for kids to play. Neighborhood is quiet and close drive to restaurants and beach. 100% would stay again.

My family and I stayed from July 5-12th and have nothing but great things to say! It was myself, my husband, our two daughters ages 17 and 14, our dog and 3 of their friends (18 and two 15 year olds). There was so much space it made it bearable to be with 5 teenage girls for a week. The house was split into two sides basically with all of the kids on one side and the master sweet on the other. We had peace and quiet when needed and then there was plenty of space and accommodations when we wanted to all hang out. They had a fully stocked sunroom with board games and DVD's and video games. Tons of seating in the living areas and the kitchen/dining areas. LOVED the partially fenced in yard as we had our pup with us (who also loved the house). The neighborhood was great for walks with a cute pond right down the street. The owners were communicative and so kind from when I first reached up to inquire 6 months ago throughout our entire stay. I have been coming to the cape my entire life (36 years), 30 of those in a family home and the last 6 renting, and this was the best house we have stayed in. Close to all of the things we love on the cape. Just overall a great stay!!!

Great Place for a Group
I booked Salty Air with 5 friends for an off season retreat. We were all impressed with how beautiful, spacious and well-stocked it was! From soap to linens, coffee bar to electric salt and pepper grinders, we had everything we could have asked for and more. Steve even stopped by with extra garbage bags when we ran out! There was plenty of space to spread out, indoor and out, and even the bunk beds were super comfortable for adults. The neighborhood was quiet and within easy walking distance of restaurants and shops. I appreciated the nearby pond and swans! We booked this property for its wheelchair accessibility features which included stair-less entry, one-floor living, doorways at least 32" wide and ample parking for large vehicles. I'd highly recommend this property for your next vacation!

house is incredibly spacious with tons of room to spread out, it also comes stocked with lots of amenities for kids and adults alike. The property is beautiful and thoughtfully maintained. Location was excellent with quick access to stores, restaurants, and beaches. Would love to stay again!

Beautiful House!
We just came back from 5 days at this property and we loved it. Even my husband who prefers hotels (he had a couple of bad experiences with rentals) loved it. Beautiful home, super nice hosts and lovely area: walked the dog around the lake every day and we all loved it. Couldn't recommend it more!

My extended family recently stayed at Victoria's South Yarmouth home. The location is centrally located in a quiet, charming neighborhood. The house is immaculate, beautifully decorated, and spacious with multiple seating areas. The yard is perfect for grilling outside and making a bonfire. Victoria has thought of everything that a large family may need while on vacation, including those with small children. I cannot recommend her home enough for your next getaway!

Victoria has thought of EVERY little detail one could possibly imagine in creating the absolute BEST vacation while on the Cape! The pictures match the in person experience to a T! Their renovations were spectacular. Soo airy with TONS of space and what a great backyard too! The beds were like sleeping on clouds and we REALLY appreciated their high end linens and pillows!
Centrally located to ALL the major attractions. Victoria was the greatest Host. Soo accommodating and just SUCH a sweetheart! You and your Gorgeous home made a lifetime of memories for us! Thank you soo very much.

We had a wonderful stay at the Salty Air beach house! The house was clean, beautifully updated and decorated, and it had all the accommodations needed for a successful stay on the Cape. The house is spacious, making it comfortable and an ideal house for two families to share. The location was great too as there was much to do even though the weather was a bit rainy during our stay. Victoria and Steve were so kind and such wonderful hosts. They had excellent communication skills and were very helpful in answering any questions we had. We highly recommend renting from them, you will not be disappointed!!

"Perfect Getaway"

We rented Salty Air off season for a long weekend and had such a relaxing stay. Victoria and Steve have thought of everything. The house is amazing: great kitchenware, lots of movies, games, toys, books, paper products and cleaning supplies, and a coffee/tea bar to name just a few amenities. The have a well stocked oopsie box for all of those forgotten items (we needed to "borrow" a toothbrush but made sure to replace it with a new one for the next guest.) The house was the cleanest we have ever rented. There was plenty of space for us to all spread out for some alone time as well as cozy areas to come together for family movies and game times. The split bedroom floor plan was a nice feature- so mom and dad could go to bed early while the kids stayed up. Victoria and Steve had fantastic communication with us prior to and during our stay. They quickly answered any questions we had about the property. We hope to be back soon! For wheelchair users accessibility features of this home included a ramped front entrance, zero barrier shower, and one floor living. All doorways are wide enough for a wheelchair. (Note: there are two small thresholds: the back sun room and between the dining room and kitchen- both easily managed with assistance.)

We cannot say enough about this AMAZING home! We rented this property knowing it was all one level and had handicap ammenities! It was WAY more than that!! Victoria and Steve were a pleasure to deal with and could not have been more responsive. Victoria thought of everything and more that anyone or any family may need on a vacation! We had the perfect weather to enjoy this gorgeous home and all it had to offer for our family. Great location to beach, although I do suggest buying a beach pass if you will be there multiple days or plan on staying a week otherwise it can add up! Stores, mini golf, restaurants everything that you could honestly need is within a mile or less. We cannot wait to come back and stay at Salty Air! It felt like home away from home. See you next year!

Open, airy, clean and crisp. All the small details of this beautiful space were so appreciated. Plenty of room to spread out and enjoy some quiet time, or have everyone together making memories in any one of the oversized seating areas. My kids loved the "rainy day ready" kids room stocked with games, and the fooseball/air hockey and basketball games in the living room. Has everything you could ever want in a Cape retreat and close to all the beaches and restaurants. My personal favorite is the enclosed porch of the house, perfect for feeling like you are outdoors but with the amenities and protection from any elements. A great spot for family movies or curling into a corner chair with book and cup of coffee from the adorably fashioned beverage/coffee center. After more than a decade of moving from rental to rental, I think we found the perfect spot!

We had an amazing week at Salty Air thanks to the meticulously-kept home and wonderful recommendations made by homeowners Victoria and Steve. Even with two families sharing the home, each could find their own space to chill when desired or gather for big family meals around the beautiful dining table. The home is stocked with every single thing you would need for your family's comfort on a Cape vacation. Victoria thought of everything, and we made our plans each day with the help of her recommendations for coffee and donuts, waterfront dining, and fun activity suggestions. This house couldn't be better located for family fun on the cape — so close to the best beaches, dining, mini-golf, and ice cream. We appreciated how thoughtfully and carefully the home was prepared for our family to relax and enjoy and make the best of our trip.

This rental was very nice - Cape Cod house charm with modern updates in a super location.
Some highlights of what we really liked about this rental: 1) the beachy, pottery barn style decor; 2) quality bed sheets and pillows; 3) the multiple sitting areas; 4) the beautiful sunroom was our favorite place in the house; 5) AC; 6) the cleanliness of the house; 7) pet friendly with no pet fee; 8) the added amenities of bikes, beach towels, beach chairs, toys, etc.; and 8) the location is awesome, in a quiet neighborhood that is close to beaches, a pond for fishing, a grocery store, shops and restaurants.

Some feedback: 1) Recommend leaving a few kitchen cupboards/shelves for the renter to store their groceries, we had to rearrange for some space. 2) Sunroom and living room have pull-out sofas, but not ideal for sleeping (in our opinion anyway). Bright sunroom which we loved, but no curtains/shades. The living room has a barn door, but still has an additional open doorway to the hallway/kitchen/dining, so lacking privacy in kind of a high traffic area. 3) Due to the humidity it was hard to close the bathroom door. 4) You can see into the bathroom from the sunroom at night through the shade. 5) Nice yard, but not fully fenced, which would have been an added plus for the dog.

we were last minute in planning our annual cape weekend away & Victoria worked with us last minute to accommodate our every need, including a lot of last minute logistical requests. she was responsive, professional, kind & even provided the cutest welcome bag full of s'mores treats. don't even get me started on the comprehensive welcome packet...how could you have any questions? they've thought of everything for you already!

the house was PERFECT. one level, multiple living rooms, huge kitchen, HUGE outdoor space, gorgeous outdoor shower, spotless/clean & the cutest interior design. perfect for kids who go to sleep earlier than the adults and even more perfect for multiple couples/families, where space constraints are needed. halfway thru the weekend, our entire party had me text her to see if we could already secure a weekend for next year.

cannot recommend enough!

The Salty Air rental is a beautiful, fully appointed rental with more amenities then you can think of. The owner has thought of everything, comfortable beds, fresh linens and fully stocked kitchen. Plenty of space to relax, play and escape for quite time. Especially loved the back deck and all the beach toys and chairs. My children loved the games, movies XBOX games and children's toys. Turn the key and enjoy!

This is by far the best rental I have ever stayed in. It was very spacious. It had everything that we could possibly need on our stay. The hosts were so nice and accommodating. They were very quick to respond to any questions we had. We are already booking our next visit here.

I've rented quite a few times through many different platforms, and Victoria was the best host I've ever encountered! In addition to timely communications and answering questions, she actually had welcome gifts for us! We were making Thanksgiving dinner, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Everything was well stocked, including the bathrooms -- going so far as to include an "oopsie box" containing those items you may have forgotten to pack. (I've been to VRBOs where there isn't even any soap). A fabulous place!

I recently stayed in the Salty Air house for the past five days and I've very much enjoyed the experience. The home was lovely from the coffee bar, to the beautiful outside area, and the multiple living rooms. I cannot wait to come back next Summer.

This home was beautiful and perfect for a large group! The host was incredibly communicative and provided everything we needed for a relaxing stay. They went above and beyond to make recommendations for things to do in the area. Our group would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay at Salty Air. The owners were super communicative, organized, and have every bell and whistle covered! Unlike other rentals - this house truthfully feels like a home. From the gorgeous decor to every utensil, coffee, or s'mores fixin you'd need - they had it! We celebrated a birthday and engagement while down and truthfully couldn't have enjoyed it as much as we did anywhere else. I 10/10 recommend choosing this for your stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at this very beautiful and spacious house. We had more than enough room to spread out and relax between our 2 families (4 adults, 4 kids). We really appreciated the comfy king sized beds in each master bedroom, bunk room for the kids, air hockey table, toys for the tots, fully stocked kitchen, towels, outdoor shower & the most of all the coffee bar! The guide book provided by the host are both are very well done & helpful. Victoria also does a great job of answering questions quickly & providing recommendations. The local beaches are great and the water park is so much fun. You will not be disappointed.

This home is newly renovated and filled with coastal chic charm. Victoria and Steve are wonderful hosts who know the area well and have the perfect recommendations depending on who you are with and what you're looking for. The space is perfect for 2 families who want the luxury of their own room and space but also plenty of shared space for gathering, kids playing, downtime, meals, etc. All the details are covered and thoughtfully included from pots and pans, dishes (for the kiddos too!), to the coffee bar, soaps and bathroom accessories. They have a great collection of kids books, movies, and toys. It was fun for our families to explore. The outside space is great with a nice deck, furniture, and fire pit. We had the opportunity to make the most of summer evenings "at home". Looking forward to staying again in the future!

As new parents, this was our first vacation with our son (11 months) and it was incredible! Priceless family time we will cherish always. A beautiful home inside and outside. Victoria and Steve have put so much thought into this beautiful home. Everything we needed was available and then some. All the rooms are beautiful decorated and so comfortable. The large outside private deck and yard were beautifully decorated with flowers and a great fire pit for roasting s'mores. This home is centrally located to the beaches, mini golf, restaurants, grocery stores, and ice cream shops. We enjoyed staying at this beautiful beach home and look forward to renting again next year.

This place is great. There is a big and comfortable family room to watch movies or play games. It's a very clean house with nice updated bathrooms. The coffee bar is an added bonus and the backyard is a great hangout spot. Victoria is prompt to answer questions and is a gracious host. My family of six had a great stay and would recommend this to anyone looking for a great Cape Cod vacation.

We rented this house for a bachelorette weekend away to celebrate my sister's upcoming wedding. Beautiful huge house with everything you could need.

There was more than enough space in this adorably decorated cape house! Every detail was so well thought of and something I hadn't seen offered in any other rental (tons of towels, beach chairs, sleeping space, different coffee syrup flavors, a fire starting log for the fire pit, ice packs, etc)!

Had a great time sitting out by the fire and playing games on the back porch. The outdoor shower is amazing, clean and large! Driveway size was a great bonus as we had up to 10 cars at times.

Quiet street but super close to all shopping and tourist attractions. Short 4 min drive to Smugglers Beach.

Victoria even came up with a better bachelorette #hashtag for the bride than we did! Would definitely stay again.

My family had an unfortunate experience with a house that we had booked 6 months in advance, leaving us in unexpected and urgent need of a home to finish out our vacation week and celebrate my father's and daughter's birthday.

Victoria was absolutely amazing. She was so responsive and bent over backwards to help save our vacation, prepping the house for us within hours! The house is beautiful, decorated in classic cape style. The house was also incredibly family friendly with toys and movies for all ages, corn hole, a foosball table and a basketball game, a crib and high chair. The children were thrilled with their bunk room and the Alexa that they could use to DJ their own dance parties! The deck and backyard were a perfect place to hang out with the family.

The location was great with a very short drive to the beach and within walking distance or a 2 minute drive to a pond with a beach. The cape cod creamery was right down the street and there were tons of activities to do within a 15 minute drive.

Victoria clearly paid attention to detail when putting this house together. She provided excellent recommendations for dinner and activities and our family could not have been happier. I would highly recommend this rental. We were so appreciative to Victoria and her family for their hospitality and for saving our vacation!

Clean & Roomy
We had a wonderful stay at #saltyair. The accommodations were great! separate master suite was extra helpful to us empty nesters with all the youngins and parents on the other side of the house ;) we loved the coffee bar area - had plenty of options for us coffee lovers! Property is pretty central to our daily activities. The manager was delightful to work with and always checking in if we needed anything. We would definitely rent again here. Thank you so much ??

I knew from the minute I arrived at the house and met the homeowners, that my stay was going to be memorable. The house is new, stylish, clean, and comfortable. The property is quiet and private, yet close to everything. I walked to nearby ponds with my dog, hiked local trails, and explored the cape cod beaches. I also took advantage of the many restaurants and bars in the area. All in all, it was the perfect home, and I look forward to coming back again and again.

I had the absolute pleasure of staying in this amazing Cape home for three nights with my husband and two children (4 years and 9 months). The house was extremely clean, open, and inviting. It had everything we needed from a baby crib to toys for the kids to play with if needed.

As a family we took a short walk down to the pond about 8 minutes away where my oldest played on the playground and also took a drive to the beach only about 5 min away. It was wonderful to walk on the beach and enjoy the sun during the "off season"!

The house had everything included and we didn't "want" for anything. I would absolutely book here again when I'm in the area.
