The house was great. Immaculate. My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The area makes for easy driving to all of the restaurants and attractions in the area. The backyard and porch are perfect for family to sit around and enjoy a meal. The outdoor shower is ideal after a day at the beach. Ashlee the owner was a pleasure to work with and was always available to answer any questions that we had. I would definitely recommend the house to anyone who is thinking of staying here.

From the moment we walked through the front door, we knew we had made the right choice. Ashlee is a great communicator and very thoughtful— she even left a few welcoming extras to help start our trip on the right foot. The house is clean, well stocked with essentials, and the design style is impressive! The beds are comfy, the AC kept us all cool, and it was just a great place to rest and recharge before going on day adventures or heading to the beach. We loved staying here. Immaculate, stylish, comfortable, and fully equipped - it has everything. A convenient drive to north and south sides; close to beaches, shops and restaurants but tucked away enough to feel cozy and quiet. Ashlee is a great host who doesn't miss a detail. Highly recommend!

Thanks for a great stay during Christmas week. The home was very clean with modern touches. Ashlee does the little tings that make this a difference. The beds were very comfortable, and even the towels were laid out for us. The home comes with an instruction manual that is very organized and helpful. A+

We absolutely loved staying at this house. It is centrally located, making exploring any part of the cape and islands very easy. Close to several beaches, the island ferries/airport/bus&train stations, loads of activities (batting cages/mini golf/bowling/arcade/axe throwing), tons of restaurants and shops, there's something close by that's sure to appeal to everyone in your party. The house itself is modern with high quality furnishings and finishes, and tasteful nautical style decor. Cleanliness is SUPER important to me and this house was immaculate and very well appointed. We rented during the off season and having the fireplace and fire pit table made our stay extra cozy. The layout of the house is great. Our party of five had plenty of space to spread out and relax. It's apparent that the hosts take great care of this property and that they truly care about their guests comfort. Everything from the quality of the linens to the comfortable mattresses to the partially fenced in yard for our small dog was perfect. They even left us a sweet welcome card and gift! We couldn't have been happier with our stay and we are truly looking forward to renting this house again in the future. show more show less

Spent a few days here with my parents and we enjoyed the location and the house that we extended our stay .
It was very comfortable and had a well stocked kitchen , lots of stores close by and wonderful restaurants which we used thanks to their guide books .
Will definitely come back in the warmer months .

I completely enjoyed my stay at this house. The interior is completely updated and includes all of the amenities one could hope for. The house is in close proximity to Rt. 28 and Rt. 6, making it easy to travel to popular areas on the Cape. I look forward to staying here again in the future.
