Still looking for the perfect Cape Cod summer getaway?! We are so excited to welcome you as guests to our South Yarmouth home on Long Pong for rent this summer! Perfect mid-Cape location – close to everything the Cape has to offer. We’re doing 3 night minimums for Summer 2023 with shorter stays allowed in shoulder and non-peak seasons as well. Currently pets are allowed on a case by case basis.

This stylish 3 bedroom / 1 bath house is perfect for families, couples, or individuals – sleeping up to 7 people. Centrally located in South Yarmouth, < 15 min walking to Wings Grove freshwater beach on Long Pong – perfect for the little ones to swim or for a day of fishing and kayaking. It also has a playground and basketball court. <10 min drive to many of Cape Cod’s pristine beaches. The whole house has AC so you can stay cool, there is high-speed WiFi (300 Mbps), a well-stocked kitchen, 50” smart TV with Netflix & HBO Max provided (primary, secondary and game room also have Roku TVs!), a lovely gas fireplace to cozy up to, a game room full of all your favorite board games, and even a classic arcade system. Washer & dryer available for use plus parking on-site, accommodating 5 cars. All linens, bath towels and beach towels are included. We have a dedicated work space of a desk next to an outlet to accommodate any school/work from home needs. A pack n' play, kids books, beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella, beach supplies (cooler, shovel, pail etc.) light cleaning products, shampoo, conditioner, body gel, soap, coffee (Keurig, coffee pot or french press) + tea and paper necessities included as well with your stay.

You’ll have your own outdoor oasis on the deck, complete with canopy lights, a gas fire pit, grill (gas & charcoal), and patio furniture to relax and enjoy the weather. Plus a fenced-in yard – perfect for the kids or pups to play in!

All bedrooms are equipped with memory foam mattresses. The master has a king bed to sprawl out on, the 2nd bedroom has 2 full-size beds, and the 3rd bedroom has full-size bunk beds with a twin trundle bed that pulls out.

Hassle free entry using a smart lock with a unique pin code assigned only to you prior to check-in, so you don’t need to worry about carrying keys! A ring doorbell with video is installed at the front door for protection as well.

Plenty of to do nearby to make for the perfect vacation:

- 14 min walk or 2 min drive to Wings Grove beach on Long Pond
- 7-8 min drive to Seagull Beach, Bass River Beach, West Dennis beach and plenty more
- 3 min drive to Cape Cod rail trail

- 5-6 min drive to 3 different golf courses

    Great place, great experience

    We loved staying here. Immaculate, stylish, comfortable, and fully equipped - it has everything. A convenient drive to north and south sides; close to beaches, shops and restaurants but tucked away enough to feel cozy and quiet. Ashlee is a great host who doesn't miss a detail. Highly recommend!

    Great stay

    Thanks for a great stay during Christmas week. The home was very clean with modern touches. Ashlee does the little tings that make this a difference. The beds were very comfortable, and even the towels were laid out for us. The home comes with an instruction manual that is very organized and helpful. A+

    Perfect Cape House

    We absolutely loved staying at this house. It is centrally located, making exploring any part of the cape and islands very easy. Close to several beaches, the island ferries/airport/bus&train stations, loads of activities (batting cages/mini golf/bowling/arcade/axe throwing), tons of restaurants and shops, there's something close by that's sure to appeal to everyone in your party. The house itself is modern with high quality furnishings and finishes, and tasteful nautical style decor. Cleanliness is SUPER important to me and this house was immaculate and very well appointed. We rented during the off season and having the fireplace and fire pit table made our stay extra cozy. The layout of the house is great. Our party of five had plenty of space to spread out and relax. It's apparent that the hosts take great care of this property and that they truly care about their guests comfort. Everything from the quality of the linens to the comfortable mattresses to the partially fenced in yard for our small dog was perfect. They even left us a sweet welcome card and gift! We couldn't have been happier with our stay and we are truly looking forward to renting this house again in the future. show more show less

    Family Gathering

    Spent a few days here with my parents and we enjoyed the location and the house that we extended our stay .
    It was very comfortable and had a well stocked kitchen , lots of stores close by and wonderful restaurants which we used thanks to their guide books .
    Will definitely come back in the warmer months .

    Perfect Cape rental

    I completely enjoyed my stay at this house. The interior is completely updated and includes all of the amenities one could hope for. The house is in close proximity to Rt. 28 and Rt. 6, making it easy to travel to popular areas on the Cape. I look forward to staying here again in the future.     Hello! I grew up spending summers on Cape Cod with my grandmother and have only fallen more in love with this area the older I've gotten. So much so, after spending many seasons with family here, I decided to buy my own Cape house - a dream come true! South Yarmouth offers great accessibility to beaches, Cape Cod Rail Trail, restaurants, bars, shopping and distance to other great spots on the cape. Our street is family friendly - take a stroll over to the field and watch little league or over to the pond to fish, kayak or swim. Long Pond also has a playground. There are several grocery stores nearby to grab the necessities...also nearby are drugstores, gas stations and liquor stores. Seagull Beach, Parker River Beach, and Bass River Beach (Smugglers) are a quick 7-8 mins away! Additional perks for staying in this area include mini golf, antiques stores, golf courses, ice cream shops, and a mall all less than 15 mins away.
