Our three-bedroom cottage is only 0.7 miles to the beach. We have bikes, beach chairs, cart and beach toys for your enjoyment! This beautiful vacation home is $3662.40 per week which includes all linens, taxes and fees.

The home features a large, eat-in kitchen with dishwasher, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and washer/dryer.

The master bedroom has its own private deck and outdoor shower. The single twin bedroom has an ensuite half bath. The largest bedroom has one queen bed and one twin bed. There is an additional twin daybed in the sunroom.

The fully enclosed private back yard offers lots of family fun with two decks, dining area, new gas grill, firepit, lounge chairs, and new outdoor shower with hot running water.

Located a residential neighborhood within walking distance to local beaches (0.7 miles to Parkers Beach, 1.0 to Smugglers Beach). Bikes are available on the property for quick beach access or the local trails. Otherwise stroll through the residential neighborhood to the beach in 12 minutes.<br /> <br /> At your fingertips are excellent restaurants, golf courses, minigolf, kayak rental, biking trails and the Cape Cod inflatable water park. The kids will love nearby Cape Cod Creamery, Dairy Queen and neighborhood ice cream shops. Hyannis Port with pirate and whale tours, as well as ferries to the Vineyard and Nantucket is 5 only miles away.     This was such a pleasant stay and rental experience. The host is wonderful and very communicative. Everything is well stocked, organized, and thought through. The location is perfect with both benefits of quick access to the main road but in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood. It was clear this home is well taken care of and I would absolutely recommend this rental.

    Perfect house for me and my 2daughters, son-in-law and 2 grandchildren! Beautiful fenced in back yard, outdoor shower was wonderful. Clean and roomy! Close to beaches and restaurants! Val is great to work with!

    What an amazing 2 weeks we had at Cape Cod thanks to Valerie. Her house is very light and welcoming. Super clean, lots of appliances and kitchen gadgets and everything you need to make your stay pleasurable. Beds are very roomy and comfortable. We really enjoyed the yard and the outdoor shower that's completely new and amazing, Close proximity to the beach is also a great bonus my daughter was able to walk to and from the beach every day. All in all amazing stay

    What a lovely home! Perfectly located..so close to the beach and Rt.28. The weather was disappointing the week we were there, but we can't wait to go back again for a do-over! The home was immaculate and the beds were comfy.

    When we arrived at our rental, it was exactly as the owner described. We had more than enough room for the whole family. We especially loved the private backyard with a firepit and outdoor shower. I was pleased to find lots of beach equipment in the garage for our use. There were chairs, beach toys and umbrellas that got a lot of use. The beach is very close by, but we chose to drive since we had a lot of stuff to carry. Looking forward to booking again when we are back on the Cape!

    This cottage is so lovely and just a short 15 minute walk to Parkers Beach! The owners have done a wonderful job of maintaining a beach-cottage charm, while also providing modern amenities (two digital tv's, electric stove, a well-stocked kitchen and extra soft bedlinens). We also really appreciated the outdoor grill and firepit. But I would be remiss if I didn't mention the amazing (and obviously brand new) outdoor shower! You must try this shower for the experience alone! The water pressure was excellent; and showering outdoors makes you feel like you are part of nature!     We had a fantastic stay! Weather was perfect, allowing us to get to the beach every day. We enjoyed great dinners at the Skipper, Captain Parkers and also Chapin's Bayside in Dennis. We also went on the speed boat ride with Cape Rib Tours in Hyannis - lots of fun! Thanks for hosting us!

    What is special about this property?
    Excellent location walkable to beaches and local amenities, south of Route 28. Fully enclosed yard with two decks, outdoor shower and family fun built right in!

    What is special about your town?
    Quiet, friendly, with some of the best beaches, restaurants, and mini golf on the Cape.
