This charming and sunny 396 square foot cottage in South Yarmouth’s Pilgrim Acres Village offers one airy bedroom with a queen bed, a ceiling fan and a window air conditioner. The well equipped kitchen has cookware, housewares, gas stove, large refrigerator, coffee pot, microwave, blender, toaster and basic spices. A window air conditioner in the kitchen provides comfort to the entire living area. The living room has a dining area, a queen sofa bed, an app ready smart TV and a large ceiling fan. A sliding door leads to a large patio with a dining table, Adirondack chairs, a gas grill and a private outside shower.

The covered front porch offers extra outside sitting space to watch the world (and the local resident turkeys, if you’re lucky!) go by. Wi-Fi is provided. Coin operated laundry facilities on site. The cottage community owns a beautiful gated in-ground pool. For your safety, no smoking or animals are allowed on the property. There is a maximum occupancy of 3 people total.

Ideally located less than 1/2 mile to many of Yarmouth’s best beaches including Thatcher’s Beach, Seaview Beach and Parker’s River Beach. Also less than 1/2 mile away, is Route 28 which offers endless dining, mini golf, ice cream and shopping opportunities. The Mid-Cape location allows for easy day trips to explore Woods Hole or Provincetown along with nearby options for whale watching, sightseeing or ferry trips to the Islands.

    We have been staying in the West Yarmouth area for years, but never stayed in the area where this lovely cottage is. What a pleasant surprise!! CLEAN quiet and 1/2 mile walk to the beach made our stay a top 5 for sure! Wendy was super easy to communicate with and everything was as advertised if not better! Cottage is perfect for two, great patio and a great outdoor shower! The pool was a plus, but being so close to the beach.......We will be repeat clients for sure!

    Perfect relaxing stay

    This was the easiest and most comfortable stay for my fiancé and I. We felt at home and really enjoyed the fire pit as well as the outdoor shower. We look forward to our stays at this location! The place is so clean and there's everything you need there. They even left us wine for our anniversary. Highly recommend this place!

    Cozy, comfortable cottage!

    I really enjoyed my stay at this charming cottage! It is well appointed, clean and had everything I needed. I loved the outdoor shower, which was just what I needed after a day at the beach. It was great to sit on the front porch at night, relaxing with a cocktail. The community is quiet and is a short walk to the beach and a great local seafood restaurant on the water. I look forward to going back!

    Home away from home!

    We spent a pair of long weekends on the Cape staying at this great little cottage. The location is perfect and puts the entire cape within an easy drive's reach. The beach really is a short walk away but having the pool on location was just awesome at the end of a day out exploring.

    The cottage is cozy with all the amenities you could want for and the outdoor shower is a real pleasure.
